Our stay at Grand Ambassador Santorini was the perfect ending to our honeymoon. The view over the caldera is absolutely breathtaking, waking up to that sight every morning felt like a dream. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the people. The entire staff made us feel at home from the very first moment, and a special thank you goes to Pepi, the concierge, for her endless kindness, advice, and help with planning. From arranging an unforgettable boat trip to sharing local tips, she went above and beyond. The restaurant deserves a highlight as well, not only is the food delicious, but the team there is just as welcoming and attentive. Dining with that view, paired with their warm service, was an experience on its own. We couldn’t ask for more. Between the stunning location, the amazing food, and the friendliest staff, this was everything we dreamed of, and more. Thank you for making our last days in Santorini so memorable.

visited this hotel with my girlfriend in August and I can honestly say it was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was beautiful, very clean, and offered an incredible view of the caldera. The food at the restaurant was simply amazing, beyond words, and the staff were always kind, polite, and welcoming. Truly an unforgettable experience!

We visited the Grand Ambassador in Santorini this August as a couple and it was honestly one of the most memorable trips we’ve had. Our room was beautiful and spacious with the most breathtaking view and waking up to that scenery felt magical. The restaurant was another highlight with delicious food full of flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were always kind attentive and genuinely welcoming which made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay.Overall it was an unforgettable experience of luxury relaxation and authentic hospitality and we can’t wait to return.

I stayed at the Grand Ambassador in Santorini with my husband for our summer vacation, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, with an amazing view that made every moment special. The staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we were absolutely satisfied with our stay. I would definitely love to return in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini!!!

Where do I start.... This hotel is beautiful. It is situated on a cliff side with villas and suites in caves rooms. We stayed in a Grand Cave Suites Infinity, a large cave suite with its own private infinity pool. Although some access can be challenging, a simple call to reception and you'll have your own buggy come and collect you and drop you off at the restaurant, reception or even the front gate. The restaurant was first class and the food was excellent. The staff are also very pleasant and charming, we got on very well with them. The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming. They will also be very happy to arrange reservation, boat trips, vehicle hire etc. for you. This is easily one of the very best hotels we've stayed in and would highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful and memorable stay at Grand Ambassador, primarily due to the exceptional hotel management. This team is dedicated to providing a truly personalized experience for every guest. They were incredibly attentive, assisting us with everything from food allergy accommodations to orchestrating special surprises. Their expert help with island travel and booking coordination was invaluable, and their prompt communication via WhatsApp was incredibly convenient.||||Our room was spacious, spotless, and boasted an awe-inspiring view. We chose a room with a balcony infinity pool, which offered panoramic views of the stunning volcano island – views that were simply breathtaking even from the comfort of our bed. The hotel's restaurant impressed us with its classy ambiance and excellent cuisine. Being just a 10-minute drive from several beautiful beaches was a huge plus. The availability of their premium hotel cabs with polite drivers also made getting around the island incredibly comfortable and stress-free.||||My only point of feedback concerns the privacy of the balcony and pool area. While advertised as private, the tapering design of the walls meant we were visible from adjacent balconies, and unfortunately, guests on balconies directly above ours could also easily see down into our space. However, this small detail did not detract significantly from an otherwise fantastic and highly recommended experience.

Grand Ambassador in Santorini completely exceeded my expectations – beautiful rooms, stunning views and amazing service. What I loved the most is that it gives you the same charm and beauty you’d find in Oia, Fira or Imerovigli, but with so much more privacy, peace and no crowds of tourists. Truly the perfect choice for anyone who wants to experience Santorini in the most relaxing way.
