Grand Art Hotel

A nice and no fuss hotel. The Staff are very good, courteous and helpful. They all seem to be quite fluent in English at the front office. The rooms are simple and clean. It's a quiet location with some super markets close by and good places for National food as you walk towards the Grand Mir crossroads . The ACs work well. The WiFi works very well too,in the room too

A good quality budget hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. A bit out of the way, but Tashkent is easy to get around so not a major problem and its a quick cab ride from the airport. For a traveller on a budget you can't go wrong with this hotel.

Nice hotel with good breakfast This is a nice hotel in a quiet area, but still quite central. The rooms are simple but everything works well. The breakfast is very nice, there is a buffet and you can order extras for a low price. Staff is friendly, helpful and speaks English.

Absolutely do not recommend! Avoid this place. Bathroom: 1. The room is totally a disgust - drops of someone's urine on the toilet flange 2. Toothpaste set was missing a toothbrush - the whole set was used 3. All the towels were very old with a yellow tint 4. The shower cabin was the most disgust - didn't even step in to have a shower! 5. The shower goose is broken! Room: 1. The air conditioner was very loud - can't sleep at all! 2. The bedsheet didn't match the size of a mattress - the whole sleepover was a mess 3. The blanket laid separately in a closet without a duvet cover. 4. The furniture is old and damaged Staff: 1. Reception - good 2. Barman - changed the tip on the printed blank from 10 to 15% on his own by a pen! Tried to cheat with the rest. What??

staff is the mooost friendly u can ever meet in tashkent in any hotel. Breakfast is same eveery day and theres nothing spetial. they have small pool and fitness place where u can have some fun if u have free time. Reception guys are also very cutee they r ready to help u any time.

Excellent value 3*. Not perfect by any stretch but they work out any problems really well. Note: (May 2019$ heavy construction next door is rather disruptive - and they work all weekend!

Clean and comfortable but the rooms are looking a bit tired. Staff were very helpful. I think there are better options at this price
