Grand Ascot Hotel

New, clean, spacious and well located hotel. Highly recommend. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Big plus are the high quality breakfast and water refill in every floors. We had a great stay and I cannot complain anything.

Very modern and very well maintained. The hotel is located within comfortable walking distance to the main square. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable, and the hotel provides a pillow service if you have specific requirements. Breakfast is served between 7:00am - 10:30am. The bar is open 12:00pm - 12:am and the restaurant is open 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

The Grand Ascot hotel is just wonderful and perfect for a visit to Krakow. Stylish, modern rooms and common areas, comfortable beds, fabulous breakfast and friendly, helpful staff and Anastasia at the bar was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only negative comment is that the fragrance in the reception and bar area is a little overpowering especially as I have a slight allergy to perfumes.

Location is excellent. 5 minutes walk from main square. Near to some fast food places if you get peckish. CK Browar also very close by with amazing food and drink options.|Rooms are fantastic, very big and comfortable. Excellent shower. Bed was also really good.|Breakfast was really good. Hot and cold selection.|Our room was really quiet (room 113).|This is a great choice if you want peace and quiet within easy walking distance of the Rynek Glowny. We would come back again.|Only downside is limited English speaking options on the TV in the room.

Location: Perfect, about a 5-6 minute walk down 2 streets to the main square. Take a left out of the hotel and keep walking straight! Super quiet & peaceful sleep after busy days sightseeing.||Hotel: Lovely smell in reception to greet you. Spotlessly clean throughout, friendly staff, nice toiletries in bathroom. Super comfy mattress (meant to look what type it was!).|Nice choice of hot & cold buffet food for breakfast, coffee and juices. Even homemade cake!||Would highly recommend and would choose to stay here again. Thank you.

Great stay, I can only recommend it. My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised. Professional and helpful staff explained and ensured a smooth check-in. The hotel is clean, modernly equipped, the room was quiet at night. The breakfast was very rich, with a varied selection. The steak for dinner was excellently prepared. The service in the restaurant was very professional. The hotel is very close to the center. Highly recommended.

Quick check-in. The hotel and our rooms were clean and everything was in order. The mattress was a bit soft. Fast internet, and there was cold water and soda available in the hallway. The street is quiet with little traffic. Since it's a smaller hotel, there were no lines at the elevator or at breakfast. Breakfast was great, and we could sit both indoors and outside. The courtyard was well-kept, and we were surrounded by greenery despite being in the city. We used Uber to get around, but the city center is within walking distance. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby, and even a pharmacy just two minutes away. The staff was always helpful and answered all our questions. I would especially like to highlight the kindness of the bartender, but we were happy with everyone! I can’t say anything negative—we left satisfied and we’ll definitely return!

The lady at the reception gave me the code for the welcome drinks and she said, “Its okay we can give you fresh juices as a halal drinks.” the other day When I went to the bartender, he told me that he only gives me alcohol and the system only registers them! And the woman for the room service knock the door with a really annoying way she woke me up badly..!

This hotel is amazinggggggg. The breakfast is goooooooood. The location is greattttttttttt. The rooms were cleeeeeeeeeean. The staff were wonderfullllllllll.
