Grand Beach Hotel

No automatic doors to enter hotel with all your luggage and only rare occasion for someone to help open the door. Constantly watched by security to a gray wrist band on, even when inside at the bar or cafe. To remove band, you have to break it off and keep asking front for new arm band, and they do not enjoy reissuing them, it shows. However, the staff are nice, the air is cold, no issues with our room or bed. Cleaning staff did great to replenish room towels and soap daily. The pool areas are nice with umbrella lounge chairs all around and quick access to beach. Pool closes early 6 pm. Bar offers cocktails, be prepared to pay! ($45 for two cocktails, $15 for two cans of coke) By the way, no bed bugs we found as concerned we were when seeing prior reviews. One last thing, it would help them if enough staff can be at front desk when check out/busy times, most times were lines with one person to help. Overall, good experience, I just think they could do better in some areas. Also, could be helpful if when checking out, guests are asked if they enjoyed the stay….anything to improve on…etc… Usually this is my expectation when staying at other hotels.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and had a truly fantastic experience. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped with everything you could need, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and plenty of little toiletries that were promptly replenished when used. The bed was enormous and unbelievably comfortable.||The hotel facilities were excellent, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. If we had to mention one small thing, purely as a personal preference, it would be that we’d have liked a little more variety on the evening meal menu. That said, every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious.||The pools and the beach were simply spectacular. I’m genuinely surprised by some of the negative reviews, as they do not reflect the wonderful stay we’ve just had. As for complaints about seaweed on the beach and staff not removing it — honestly, that’s absurd! The idea that hotel staff should control nature is beyond reason.||We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with gorgeous ocean views from my balcony. My suite was spacious, clean, and modern, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. I loved that there were multiple pools, including an adults-only one, plus direct beach access with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. The food was delicious, whether I grabbed a casual bite or enjoyed a nicer meal, and the poolside bar service was quick and friendly. Every staff member I encountered was welcoming and helpful, which really made the stay feel special. It’s in a peaceful spot but still close to all the excitement Miami has to offer. Parking and resort fees were a bit pricey, but the comfort, amenities, and atmosphere made it completely worth it. I’d definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Beach Hotel. A huge thank you to Amaury and Kristina who truly went above and beyond to accommodate us on such short notice. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made everything so smooth. Our stay was memorable because of their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel, especially thanks to the wonderful staff!

We were very disappointed with our stay. The room was dirty upon arrival and had to be re-mopped. For the most expensive room option, it lacked even the most basic essentials like a hairdryer, ironing board, and glassware. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations—something we weren’t informed about ahead of time—which added noise and disruption. One part of our room had no working air conditioning, making it uncomfortable, especially for sleeping. When we raised this (and other concerns), the staff was rude and dismissive, offering no real help or solutions. Service and amenities were consistently poor. The elevators were extremely slow, and both the restaurants and in-room dining were closed daily between 5–6 PM—very inconvenient for families with young kids. Even the ice cream stand closed at 7 PM. The beach was also a disappointment, completely covered in seaweed with no visible efforts to clean it. Security was missing from Thursday to Sunday, but when they finally showed up Monday, they repeatedly bothered our two-year-old for simply having a plastic cup of water at the pool. For the amount of money we spent, the experience was far below expectations. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. PS nothing around walking distance!

Do not go here if you are black and wealthy you will be stereotyped. I was accused of smoking marijuana in the hotel on three different times and even had a room change when I don’t even smoke but because everything around me was a different race it has to be me. I’m disgusted of this place and will NOT be returning. Room service was the best experience and it was a 5/10. ⭐️⭐️

Hotel is so cute, very clean, and very efficient! the suite was super spacious and clean. front desk staff was very helpful. beach/pool chairs are so comfortable. 10/10 recommend this hotel for your stay.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Avoid this hotel at all cost due to following reasons. 1. All staff is extremely rude. Don't expect respect as a guest to this hotel. Even property manager herself is same. No difference 2. Rooms are dirty. Cleaning staff does a good job when asked but be prepared to wait. Biggest issue we had was staff being unprofessional, unwelcomimg and absolutely disrespectful
