⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our second stay at the Grand Bohemian Orlando, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. My husband and I truly have nothing but amazing things to say. From the moment you pull up, you’re greeted with professionalism and genuine kindness from the valet staff. Walking into the lobby is an experience in itself—the signature hotel scent is absolutely captivating and divine, and it instantly sets the tone for a luxurious stay. Madison B. welcomed us with a warm smile and exceptional hospitality. We originally planned a one-night stay but unexpectedly needed to extend two additional nights due to a family emergency, and Madison accommodated us seamlessly and without any issues. She also generously provided us with complimentary beverage credits to use at the hotel bar or Starbucks, which was such a thoughtful touch. I also mentioned that it was my birthday, and Madison went above and beyond by sending a bottle of champagne, a delicious dessert cake, and the hotel’s signature candle to our room. It truly made my day and meant so much to me. The restaurants are 10/10, the rooms are spotless, luxe, and beautifully designed, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—some of the best sleep I’ve had at a hotel. We will absolutely continue staying at the Grand Bohemian every time we’re in Orlando and will be recommending it to everyone we know. A truly unforgettable experience all around.

I recently stayed at The Grand Bohemian Hotel in Orlando and was completely blown away by the atmosphere. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with artistic and unique decor that makes you feel like you are staying in a gallery rather than a standard hotel. Every corner of the property is beautifully designed and feels incredibly luxurious. ​The accommodations were just as impressive. My room was surprisingly large and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. Between the beautiful interior design and the comfortable, expansive rooms, this was easily one of my favorite hotel stays in Orlando. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale and memorable experience.

We came specifically for the Christmas Buffet and let me tell you…… it was an excellent experience. The buffet options were plenty and it gave elegance. There were breakfast items, fruit, various meats(i.e. prime rib, ham chicken) and seafood options(i.e. crab legs, cocktail shrimp and oyster bar) all the food was seasoned well and look very appealing. The servers were all friendly and very accommodating. The musicians set the atmosphere and highlighted the experience even more. The vocalist was awesome. She gave a variety of songs that everyone could enjoy. I would return to this hotel to stay next time. Thanks Frankie for the invite and hospitality. You and your team are awesome. 👏 👏👏💙😋

My wife and I recently stayed at the Grand Bohemian Orlando to celebrate our wedding anniversary and to say our stay was fantastic was an understatement. Immediately upon arrival, from valet to the front desk you are greeted with genuine smiles, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. We arrived early and the staffed allowed us to check-in with our room clean and exquisite. We forgot some toiletries for our stay and went downstairs and meet Madison from the front desk who was absolutely amazing and provided us with the necessary items. Additionally, Madison later came to our room with complimentary gifts of the hotel for our anniversary. This is our third time staying at this hotel and without hesitation would recommend it to anyone considering staying in downtown Orlando.

While visiting Orlando I decided to drop by and see a great friend of mines Chef Francisco. He recommended Brunch on Christmas Day. And let me tell you it was AMAZING!!! The experience starts as soon as you pull up to valet. All the gentlemen out front seem to be happy about being at work on Christmas Day and showed great hospitality. My Wife and I , and the rest of my family was greeted with a warm welcome. The lobby was beautifully decorated with such holiday spirt. Now let’s talk about the FOOD. From the endless snow crab and shrimp, to the bottomless mimosas, chicken and waffles , bacon, and delicious dessert, and lastly the truffle Mac n cheese which was my favorite. Shout out to the entire kitchen team and serving staff especially Renford!! Special shout out to Chef Francisco for the invite. Me and my wife will definitely be back to spend a weekend with you guys.

I’m a Marriott gold member and this hotel is so deceiving! I booked this coming off vacation to stay at a hotel with a roof top pool lay in sun order drinks and food before heading home. The pool is completely shaded by the building and more like on the roof of a garage! Also it was 1pm and it was not staffed although there is a bar supposed to be food etc. no one was there! My room was sparsely decorated either just a bed, chair and desk. Don’t believe what you see on line such a big disappointment l!

Great hotel, staff was great! Thanks Victoria, Gabriella and Chaz for the personal connection we made. Thanks to my lady’s in Starbucks who took care of me every morning! You can’t go wrong staying at this hotel. Not sure you could write a bad review about this place.

The Grand Bohemian hotel is gorgeous. It has a sexy vibe with dark and colorful decor throughout. Our room on the 8th floor, 822, was nice. Two double beds, a desk and sitting area. I would have appreciated a walk in shower instead of the tub shower combo. Our view was of E. South street and Steinmetz Hall. One thing to note if you are a light sleeper is the police sirens and loud cars will keep you awake most the night.

My spouse and I had a good, brief stay here for an event at the Dr. Philips Center -- years after having some disappointment at this hotel. And speaking of the Dr. Phillips Center, it would be nearly impossible for the Grans Bohemian to be in a more convenient location; we could see the venue from our window! Our room itself was mostly wonderful; the decor was fun but felt lighter and airier (in a very good way) than it did on our previous stay. Most of the room was in excellent shape, and the bed and couch were quite comfortable. The issues: one big, dark stain on the carpet near the bed, a smaller stain near the entertainment center, and one pillow case with a stain on it. We didn't notice these issues until we were heading to bed after 11, and we didn't feel like it was worth contacting the desk over. The other detracting factor was hearing the din of music from somewhere despite being on the top floor. A refrigerator beyond the minibar would be nice, too. The staff was excellent! (This was also a big improvement over our prior stay.) Someone reached out before I arrived to see if I had any special requests, and the check-in staff were friendly and easy to work with upon arrival. Carpet maintenance issues aside, I'd definitely stay here for another event downtown.

I came here with about 25 - 30 friends to connect and have drinks with my artist cohort after presenting at Dr. Philips Center in June. Originally we headed for the roof top and that closes at 10pm which was disappointing. The bar downstairs was filled with a wedding party and the only option we had was the rotunda when you enter. It was the perfect setting for our little group. We had a waitress who attended to all our needs and she was kind and helpful. She had a wonderful attitude. I hope my party tipped her well. And I noticed the drinks were in overflow. The hotel in the heart of downtown is stunning and I was excited to do our meet and greet here. I'll be returning again with my boyfriend and some friends to check the roof top and have dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor. Overall excellent decor, delicious drinks, pricey drinks, and outstanding service!

Stayed at the Grand Bohemian to watch the U S Olympic Marathon trials. This hotel is in a great location. It is walkable to many restaurants and its so easy to go on a run from the hotel door. The hotel itself is newer and very clean. We did have the opportunity to check out the pool bar. It was super relaxing there. They also have a full Starbucks in the hotel. Staff overall were very friendly during our stay. We had no problem getting both a late checkout and checking our bags before we left for the airport. If in downtown Orlando, I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Do Not Stay Here. Have lunch, have a drink enjoy the piano dude. Downstairs is a Marriott. Upstairs is a dive motel at best. My carpet looked like ten dogs peed there. Threw away my socks before putting on clean ones before putting on shoes. Kid you not someone was cooking hamburgers down the hall. Then the surrounding neighborhood looks worse than the west side of Chicago. Apparently after the bars let out the entire downtown turns into a fart can car race track. I checked out about 3:30 AM. Couldn't take it anymore. Didn't even make it 12 hours ! DON'T STAY HERE.

Stayed here one night. The staff was very nice. Everyone from the valets to the front desk staff. Beds were extremely comfortable to sleep in. Rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are as well. The rooftop pool bar is also very nice. The bartender was great. Sadly it was a little cold and we couldn't enjoy it as we wanted to, but that is something that cannot be controlled. I am not able to give it 5 Stars because 1. the lamps and alarm clock were dusty. Since it's such a nice hotel, I expect it to be cleaned spotlessly. 2. The walls are very thin. The gentleman in the room next to us must have had a rough night and we could hear him use the bathroom all through the night. I guess we just got unlucky with our neighbor but the walls are not insulated very well. Overall we had a nice time. The lounge downstairs is beautiful as well.

Easy check in and check out. Rooms were nice, quiet, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job and if your timing was such that you missed the regular service go around it was easy to ask for a specific sweep of your room. It was fun seeing all the players at the hotel for Shaquille O'Neal's number 32 retirement--but no, I did not get to meet him in person. Valet is tight, but they do a great job of turning cars around quickly. There was only one time out of a week's worth of ins and outs where I needed to ask more than once. The "rooftop" pool is on the 6th floor. Not quite the 15th floor roof, but it works. They have live entertainment there at times and the only downsides are the size (it is relatively small) and service (it is relatively slow). Additionally, I was impressed with the location. Some great eats are a short walk away. Easy to get on to the highways going north or south. However, thank goodness for navigation as without it the ease of getting to and from would be a completely different story!

It's always a perfect experience at the Grand Bohemian. This time around we stopped in for dinner and drinks. The Boheme restaurant does not disappoint. Their menu offers a good selection. The service is everything you would expect from an upscale restaurant. The restaurant was recently redecorated and the new color scheme really brightens it up. Our server was very helpful and offered many great suggestions. We ordered the butcher board it was great for sharing. For my entree the NY Strip was cooked to perfection and so flavorful. The chocolate crème brûlée was a must. I didn't expect it to taste as good as it did! The bar area was lively and a great place to carry on our conversation after dinner. Wonderful place for a formal date night. Valet service is quick and fairly priced.

Brad Pitt in "Oceans 12" makes a comment about hotels being run like a hotel should be run. This is not the Grand Bohemian. Which is a shame. The rooms are lovely. The staff is wonderful. Seriously - amazing staff! The food in the main dining room and the pool area is so delish. And great cocktails. So why should you hesitate?! Because some marketing dude continually books promos at the super-small pool area which entails REALLY LOUD MUSIC which can be heard on any room facing the pool (even 5 floors up) and THREE BLOCKS AWAY. Whoever is allowing this - stop it. Your staff is being berated by angry guests through no fault of theirs. We will not book here again. We'll take a crappy hotel with QUIET ROOMS over this place.

Solid place. Everything you need you will have in your room. Coffee machine and full mini bar. There is a Starbucks here as well. And the location is prime. The one negative is they need sheers on the window. (Not curtains...sheers). Because as it stands now. I have 2 choices. 1)Open the curtains to get the light but have then office building people watch me. 2) close the curtains and sit here in the dark. Again I say....they need sheers

Took my wife for a brunch before our show at Dr Phillips Center. How disappointing it was. We were seated and waited over 25 minutes before anyone came to our table. A waitress came by and asked if anyone helped us yet, we replied no and she brought us some water. We ordered an appetizer which came after our lunch which it did not arrive for 30 minutes. Poor service!

The Grand Bohemian should be an upscale hotel and this last experience has completely downgraded it. Maybe because there is a pool lounge now? The 6th floor pool area is open basically to the public as you don't need a key to get there. I have stayed here a couple times and this last time has really changed my rating. The pool is small and so is the bathing area but if it is not really crowded it should be fine. During my last stay there was a group of drunks for two days straight day drinking, taking over the entire pool, bathing area and being loud and obnoxious. There was nowhere to swim or sit unless you wanted to bump into them. Regardless of the time the outdoor bar opened they were out there being drunk. The pool also shut down for a few hours because of a private event one night, which is disappointing because you are paying a good amount of money for the pool to be open and enjoyable. The drunks never left the pool so you know they were probably peeing in there too and I never saw pool maintenance once to clean up. I love this hotel but the pool situation really was a downside and the drunk people that were there really brought down the experience and will deter me from staying here again :(

The hotel was horrible, it would take two hours for a waiter to come to our table, they forgot about our food multiple times and when we asked about it they claimed we were lying and that we were told they were out of the food we ordered. They also denied our confirmed late checkout and yelled at us for having our car parked where it wasn't supposed to when we were rushing someone inside who had been injured badly. Horrible would not come back.

Beautiful welcoming hotel lobby with gorgeous decor and orchids. The valet and desk staff were very attentive. We loved the BosendorferLounge for a delicious light lunch and drinks. However, we were disappointed with our room especially because of the amount of money we spent for this room. I expected things to be in working condition. The air conditioning vent blew directly on our head during the night and was extremely uncomfortable. The light in the mirror in the above the bathroom vanity was not working so a lamp was brought into the bathroom and placed on the counter. The safe in the room was not operable. The hairdryer was stuck in the lowest speed. We left our room on checkout day to grab breakfast at 10:45 and to give our valet ticket to the front desk. When we returned at 11:20 we were locked out of our room! The valet who was with us ran down to the front desk to get us a key. We will probably return again but we will make sure the room is in shape before we accept it.

I loved this hotel! Traveling throughout Florida this week and this was by far my favorite hotel.. great pillows!! Bed was comfortable, the hotel was a vibe and the people were great. I hope to stay again!

The staff were all friendly and professional. We had a great time having drinks at the bar by the pool and inside the hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. Everything great. Will return. Only two small things to say negative on: the doors to the rooms slam so you can hear others coming and going late at night, and the shower floor was very slippery. Husband caught me from falling a few times ;)

I like to write a review when I feel compelled to share positivity with my fellow travelers. Over the past couple of years I have stayed at the Grand Bohemian Orlando many times. Each time has been a wonderful adventure! My AWESOME experiences have all started with the staff. The front desk team is amazing. Just recently I celebrated my birthday and Jazmine helped us celebrate by decorating our room before we arrived. That was such a sweet touch and was totally unexpected. The restaurant and bar staff will treat you like gold! Adele has been our amazing server several times and will always great you with a smile. The bar team has our favorite bartender Greco. Wonderfully nice and cheery gentleman who brings fun, joy and great drinks to your bar experience. The rooms are clean and have style. Food is great. The 6th floor Saturday pool party is a must to do while in town and they have the best Sunday brunch in all of central Florida. I do travel a lot and I have the ability to have some great hotel experiences. But there is nothing better than having a hotel that you and your child bond over each time you stay there. I highly recommend staying at the Grand Bohemian Orlando and having your own awesome experience. Thank you to the entire team at the Grand Bohemian Orlando. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Yesterday they open the new pool and bar in the 6th floor which was a great add to the Bohemian Hotel in dow town Orlando. We had the chance to taste some of their food and drinks and the place rocks!! Is an oasis in the middle of downtown where you dont hear any noise at all. Great for a nice time with friends and family!!

It's been several years since I've done Sunday Brunch here and it was good to be back. Items available on the menu include: prime rib carved to order; steaming crab legs (quite large on this Sunday!); peel and eat shrimp (my friends raved on them); oysters on the half shell; various pastries and bread/muffins; and scrambled eggs, bratwurst sausage, and fingerling potatoes. A jazz pianist and singer provided the musical accompaniment while you browsed over your selections. A special shout out to the excellent service from Adele ("Hello, it's me"), who was one of our servers and ALWAYS made sure our bottomless mimosas remained bottomless through 2 hours! Her quick wit and funny repartee also added to the enjoyment of the day. The prime rib carver, Bobbie (hope I spelled that correctly!) was also a standout! She made us laugh, took our pictures when requested and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. Great job, ladies! The only reason I cannot give 5 stars and a major bummer of the afternoon, had to deal with the service after Bobbie and Adele left their shifts. From 3pm to almost 5, we were finishing up our mimosas and water as well as our conversations. NOT ONCE, did the afternoon bar servers come up to ask us if we needed anything nor did they clean off our dessert plates or empty glasses. The new shift servers acted as if we were not even there. So, be careful. If they sit you in the bar area for Brunch, be sure to get out a little after 3pm because you will not be noticed.

They charge for parking even if it's validated. $15.00. We just wanted to see the new renovation. Believe me, it's not nice. On top of that its $25.00 per drink.

Great hotel right in downtown Orlando. Close to restaurants and bars. Beautiful rooms and great lobby Bar!

The one star is because room was clean. What is unacceptable is that corporate and mgmt is well aware that construction has been going on for months that causes loud noise level, water and elevator issues. Our group of at least 60 rooms did not realize this upon booking our stay. It is not listed on their website. Our agent inquired if we would be dealing with any issues during our stay and none of this was mentioned. We were taken aback upon arrival that construction was taking place from Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 PM. They mentioned water would be out from 1 to 3 PM only on that day. Some rooms experienced this throughout the stay. I also received texts each day that elevators will be out of service from 7:50 AM for about 3 hours. You have to use stairs to walk up or down. There are 15 floors and this was not mentioned at all during our check-in process. They were drilling Sat and Sun that started before 9AM. The least you can do is start at noon during the weekend. I understand you need business, but it is unethical for you not inform guests on your website or when you call to reserve. For it to be called a "boutique hotel", I expected so much more!!! Everyone should be compensated. One front desk person should be retrained and learn how to be more amicable. He was dry and you noticed the difference in treatment depending on guest. Guests be aware construction will be going on for months. Many rooms are out of commission. You will have drilling above, besides and across from your room.

My group was there for Sunday Brunch. Because there was 11 of us, a signed contract and credit card is required. Only valet parking is available at the hotel. It's $15 for 2 hours. There is other city garage options near by. The menu is amazing. There are a few items (sea food mainly) that have to be ordered from the menu. Enough is served for the table and you can continue to order more. The buffet includes all the main breakfast items, omelettes, crepes, fruits and desserts to name a few. Everything I tried was delicious. I wish I would of waited to see the large portions served from the menu before picking up items from the buffet. Very generous portions are served. This is a pricier experience but worth every penny for a special occasion. Unlimited mimosas is also included in the price. I love the decor and ambiance. The live jazz group was great. After brunch we continue the celebration at the rooftop bar. That's a first come first serve area. They promote a DJ on Saturdays so we did not have the opportunity to experience it. I apologize for no photos. I was really enjoying the moment and forgot to take pictures without my group.

We had a nice overnight stay here for the Citrus Bowl. We indicated on the reservations that we were going to arrive early and had hoped they would have a room ready for us since check in for hotels are usually around 3-4 pm. We arrived at 9:45am and it was so amazing we had a room on the 10th floor away from the elevator. My husband did the check-in so I didn't pay attention to who was helping us but the staff was super nice and friendly. We were also offered a water bottle at check-in. While some might think this place is weird or dark or gothic...the hotel is called bohemian for a reason! LOL I personally love the eccentric paintings, unique decor, different colors. The entrance to the hotel for parking was a little tricky since a couple of streets were closed off and we had to do a couple of loops before finding the entrance to get into the valet area. The valet area was a little claustrophobic since it was busy but we got assistance immediately and the valet staff was great. In the morning when we checked out, we called to the front desk to get the car a few minutes before we headed down and it was perfect. The car was already out and ready for us. Yes, parking is $30/night+ tip but to not have to worry about parking in a public lot and having to walk over. I don't know. I guess if you want to save a few bucks, then there are a lot of different parking options around. The only low points in the stay was the random fire alarm around 8:30pm that was a false alarm and the wifi there was pretty terrible that I just decided not to use their wifi. I also didn't love that they are still using small bottles for shampoo and conditioner. A lot of the Marriott hotels have converted to the full bottles attached to the shower wall to reduce waste of plastic.

Stayed here and used the meeting rooms for a presentation in July 2024. It is a boutique hotel with moderately sized rooms. Louis, the valet kicked things off in the right direction. He was knowledgeable of local restaurants and I tried 2 of the 3 he recommended. Some of the best food in Orlando. Hector, the Banquet Captain, checked on us several times in the meeting rooms and brought us lunch when our presentation ran over the lunch hour - his personalized service was greatly appreciated. A final gem at the hotel was Selena - the IT guru whose knowledge is only bested by her personality. The Bohemian team is top notch. The only hitch in the stay was the anemic jets in the hot-tub. The front desk knew of the problem and stated they were waiting on a part. While the accommodations may be 4 out of 5 stars, the staff at The Grand Bohemian were 6 out of 5 stars!

We had confirmed reservations for 2 months. Suddenly less than a week from the event we were attending, they emailed a cancellation. We called & they gave no reasonable explanation. They tried to blame it on Expedia, but they did not cancel our reservation. Called the manager& Mr. McCarthy's assistant "Sunny" did quite a bit of smoke & mirrors. Said she would speak with the manager and take care of it. She didn't know I knew they were sold out and she is a terrible liar. Mr. McCarthy did NOTHING! We were really looking forward to stay there and feel like they do not care about their customers. I wouldn't trust them, being unethical and breaking company policies stealing our reservation. Problem made double the rate, or more for selling us out. To me they are dirty. Fortunately there is a Hilton down town. I will never step in the Orlando Bohemian hotel for anything, I don't want to be "thrown out" again.

Cancelled my reservation randomly and now refusing to reinstate at the rate I booked. Sketchy and I am a platinum elite member to boot. Marriott customers, STAY AWAY.

I checked in today late afternoon. Ice dispenser on the 7th floor is not working so i called guest services to inform and asked where i can get ice. The person who picked up my call was rude and hanged up on me when she said i cant understand you! I speak english well but she probably could hear the simger at the pool making noise but she hanged up. I repeatedly made 3 calls after few minutes around 7pm but my calls were ignored. Poor customer relations!!!

My wife and I ate dinner at hotel's main dining room on Feb 10. It will be the last time until major changes occur. I ordered a salmon and it was disgusting, cold by the time it got to the table and the plate presentation was made by an amateur. The plate was never preheated. My wife ordered a tenderloin which was also lukewarm, and she was unable to cut it with a dinner knife. No steak knives were available. Never again. $200 dinner for 2. But there is a solution for the future: get a new chef and hire pros to prep. Two positives: decent wine (a red granacha from Spain) and a very good waiter. Mr Brown

The Grand Bohemian earns a five star rating once again, based solely on their hospitality. After traveling here from Los Angeles, I was utterly exhausted. In total transparency, I was probably a bit snippy with the front desk and other people. Look, I was stressed and had a long day. But leave it to the Bohemian. About an hour after I checked in, a woman from the front desk texted me to "check in" and offer anything that might need to be delivered to the room (eg water bottles). It made my day. She was so sweet and it reminded me why I stay here: You're in the Bahamas (sort of)!!! Enjoy their way of life at this property. I've never been so relaxed on a business trip. Thank you Grand Bohemian!

Nice hotel, convenient location and very chic and modern hotel. The rooms have cozy beds and the staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. When staying at this hotel a car is not needed to get around downtown. It is a little pricey for the comparables in the area. Parking is paid separate on a valet basis.

Sunday Jazz Brunch: This used to be so great, although pretty pricey, it was fun for a special occasion, not so much anymore! WAYYYYY overpriced now! Not much selection, most has to be brought to your table for family style. The lines for the crepe and omelet stations were too slow and long, and the service was spotty. We ordered the crab legs for the table and they were brought nice and hot, however they didn't bring the shell crackers or forks, and when we requested them, it took a long time and the crab legs were cold by the time they came. The dessert bar was picked over and not replenished, the serving implements they had were not appropriate, they had tongs for tiramisu that caused it to get squished and fall apart before it made it to your plate. All the dessert serving implements were like that. Badly done! It just didn't have the same fun vibe as before and to top it off, the valet parking at the hotel went from $8 to $15 even if you get your ticket validated, a total rip off! We won't be going back.

Arrival was perfection. The staff assisted us immediately and were exceedingly exceptional. Our room was standard yet highly satisfactory, had a gorgeous view of the Orlando skyline, City Hall, and an outdoor theater. Watching the fireworks from our window was awesome and convenient. I have been to the Grand Bohemian hotel brunch a couple times, this is the worst. They double the parking fee, raised the buffet price after remodeling, but with less food provided. Seafood (oyster, crab legs) needs to be order and limited quantity each round. Raw oyster is not fresh and makes my husband diarrhea, I contacted them to try to let them know, leave message and email, but no response at all, get away from this restaurant, you can have much better experience at this price somewhere. it's waste money.

Not particularly bad, but every time we come to GB, we are disappointed. The service was good--everyone was friendly and attentive, but it feels like we aren't getting what we pay for as far as "shareable" apps and pours. Our burrata appetizer was less than half of what it has been, with a few slices of tomato. We did request bread when we found toast points weren't included. It's No longer the place we want to meet before or after a show.

As a hard core fan of Airbnb, I don't mind splurging on a hotel IF it is NOT one of those boring sterile hotel chains. Usually I find standard Marriotts boring. Why spend the money on a hotel where you vacation if looks like the same sterile hotel you'd get if you went to any other city in America? When I stay at a hotel, I want it to capture the spirit of the place I'm visiting or at least be unique. This hotel is surprisingly a Marriott but it is not your standard boring Marriott. This hotel prides itself on featuring curated art from local and regional artists. There isn't just art in the hotel lobby - art is infused in every space including your room, the halls, the bar, etc etc! It's like you're getting a hotel and museum in one place! The hotel has a great downtown location and there were several options for dinner and drinks in walking distance. My sweetheart surprised me with a stay here for Valentines weekend and I was in awe how beautiful this place was. We were greeted with champagne and the hotel had some special IG worthy Valentine setups. This boutique chain has another location in St Augustine and Savannah and if we go the hotel route, this brand will definitely be considered.

I'm not sure why the Grand Bohemian Hotel has so few stars. I was very comfortable when I stayed here and the staff was amazing. Everyone seemed to have a genuine smile and a cheerful greeting. It's a perfect hotel for visitors or a staycation. It's in a great location downtown and easy to get in and out of. No on-site personal parking is available. You either have to valet or go to a parking garage a few easy blocks away. The rooms are spacious, clean and relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quite. The restaurant and bar serves delicious food in a relaxing atmosphere.

I give two stars because the room was clean and service was friendly. I'll give warnings for those that may stay here. Parking: No self parking that's a reasonable distance or safe for your vehicle overnight. Noise: You do not want a room that faces the pool. There's currently loud music and the lady performing is not appealing at all. Room: There's no fridge for items you may want to keep cold during your stay. The design of the room doesn't give a level of comfort. If you're staying maybe one or two nights this can be an okay place. If you're staying a week or so, you definitely want to pick something different. The door to the room shakes anytime that a door near you opens or closes. Mine shook to the point I thought that someone was entering or exiting my room. All and all, this hotel doesn't promote a relaxing environment.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The decor is stunning, the artwork, the bed was comfortable, the tub was nice, the faucets, the space, the sound was quiet. It was complete luxury everywhere I looked! I'm just in awe that my husband brought me here. Did I mention the brunch? Omg . Our server Alex kept the mimosa's flowing nonstop and the food was impressive! 10/10 stars I cannot wait to return~ my new favorite staycation

I enjoyed a relaxing one night stay at the Grand Bohemian Hotel recently. The valet was swift, the lobby was impressive, the hotel restaurant was swanky and chic, and the rooms were nicely elevated with some simple and colorful touches. We were able to check into our room early, given complementary waters and utilized the tech of having our phones act as a room key. The room was clean; and luxe headboards and wall prints elevated it to "autograph collection" quality. *autograph collection hotels are Marriott's higher end, more boutique style hotels. Often more expensive and unique than a typical courtyard Marriott etc. We enjoyed drinks at the lobby bar, accompanied by friendly conversation with bartender, Louis. We headed out on the town later, I was pleased with the central location of our hotel. Bars, restaurants and clubs downtown are aplenty and all were within a few blocks. Excellent walkability! The beds were luxuriously comfortable and our valet had the car waiting upon our departure. Although this hotel is certainly a splurge, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this establishment for future visits in the downtown Orlando sector.

Hotel staff is not helpful. We left something in our room and when we tried to retrieve it after we checked out we were told we had to go to lostmystuff.com Seriously? Horrible service!!! We never got it back. No one was helpful.

Exceptional as always! They're were able to accommodate our party of 9 for an 18th birthday celebration and it went so well! Everyone enjoyed different salads meals and drinks and we all had a great time under the grand chandelier! Thanks again for exceptional service

The hotel facilities are elegant and clean. The location is central to downtown Orlando. The service is on par for a high end Marriott property. Andrew and front desk team were very helpful and provided good suggestions. I will be back.

Absolute nightmare hotel. Holds itself out to be "Autograph" collection, maybe you can ask one of the dogs barking in the middle of the night for an autograph. When you call the front desk they figured out that not answering the phone is easier than doing something. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here.

Five absolute stars as far as I'm concerned. From arrival to departure, the personnel and service were great. The decoration and the work of art is elegant. The bar and lounge are stylish. We had a very large party for a one night stay and appreciated every minute. The location is strategic in the city of Orlando providing access to most hotspots. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. I'll certainly be back.

Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando, Autograph Collection is a great hotel! I travel for work, and I stay in a lot of hotels, and this is definitely one of the best ones I have experienced. The service is fantastic! Everyone from the valet, to the front desk, to the manager (who I had a chance meeting with) were all super friendly and they all appear to greatly care about their jobs, and their guests. Service throughout my stay was also great! Though they're not currently extending nightly room cleaning/turnover service, it was quick and easy to request anything I needed on the app, and it always arrived quickly. The rooms are very clean and really nice. I had a corner view of the pool, which was gorgeous! The bed was extremely comfortable, one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in in a hotel, and the desk, couch, etc. were all very clean. If you're looking for a place to stay in the downtown Orlando area, I definitely recommend Grand Bohemian Hotel Orlando, Autograph Collection!

LOVING my stay here! I've stayed at some of the best hotel In the world and I'm placing the hotel in my top ten. 1. From the moment of arrival the immersive experience of a luxury hotel And high end service begins. 2. From valet to the incredibly welcoming receptionist staff I felt very welcomed and even spoiled. I received an upgrade into a suite because I'm Platinum MARRIOT. The front desk assistant handed me two waters without asking. The enthusiasm was contagious as she seemed actually excited and said Wait till you see your room it's incredible. Being a business owner I know when you using verbal implants they stick. And it did. 3. My room is spectacular. My room is spotless. My room has a breathtaking view. And my room has Everything to relax. I'm on vacation 4. The bed. Please sell me the bed with the pillows blanket and sheets and mattress. I slept 9 hours. The bed is so comfortable. 5. Room service was divine. The food arrived as quickly as if I had ordered it in a restaurant and was hot...and delicious. The salmon dinner unique and fabulous. The cheesecake was wickedly yummy even though I did not need it. 6. I just woke and ordered coffee. It was here in less than ten minutes. Really!! I'll update as my sister is arriving. All and all it's a Five Star.

If you are looking for an amazing boutique hotel in Orlando FL, look anywhere other than the Grand Bohemian. The hotel service is abismal, food subpar, and the amount of things broken in our room was unacceptable. I give this a total of one star out of five.
