Most unprofessional experience of my life. We arrive for a business trip with a room booked and paid for two nights. After a day of travel to make it there, we are rudely told by the staff that the hotel has been oversold and we were issued “walking papers”. Alternate hotel is a cheap 3 star nearby. Shocking behavior. Staff handled the situation poorly and were very rude. Wont ever stay here again

Valet, Brooks had tremendous 10/10 service. From the moment I stepped out to the moment I left I felt an overwhelming amount of welcoming. I don’t know what is better the Spa or the valet service. Very comfortable and safe hotel to stay at %100 recommend

Definitely a one-of-a-kind. The place was clean and inviting although just a little overpriced. Either way it was a quick stay. The staff however definitely made it a great place.

Excellent hotel! Fabulous service and very comfy, well appointed rooms! Great bar/restaurant upstairs! We stayed in a suite and it was very roomy! A great bathtub!

Beautiful resort with stellar guests service! Very clean, you wouldn't know it was pet friendly unless you see the actual pet!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very nice and location is convenient for access to Publix and restaurants within walking distance. My biggest issue was the blow dryer in the room was in disrepair, looked really old and the handle was losing it's covering peeling off. The hallways were very warm when I walked out of my room. Otherwise the bed was great and shower fantastic. Art was very nice.

This was in the center of everything for this trip. The team was fast and responsive and ready to help when needed. We enjoy the respite of the hotel with our body days working. It's very quiet and a refreshing to recharge and reload for the next days challenge.

I was just visiting the bar for a short period of time. I valeted my car and they charged me 19 or 20 bucks plus tip for maybe two hours. I’ve never been charged before. Just beware that they don’t tell you.
