"This fantastic two-bedroom wilderness retreat sits on two private acres of fragrant juniper in the arid Arizona desert and balances modern comforts—high-speed Wi‑Fi, a smart TV, two plush queen beds, and stainless steel kitchen appliances—with nature‑first perks like an outdoor firepit, a comfy front porch, and a telescope for late‑night stargazing. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, plus a soaking tub and wood‑burning firepit, it’s ideally located between Williams and the South Rim entrance near Tusayan." - Emily Pennington

We had a lovely experience at Grand Canyon Tiny Homes. Cabins have a beautiful wood interior, nice tile shower and a quiet setting away from the bustle of the crowd. My family enjoyed cooking breakfast and just enjoying good family time together. No, its not spacious but its all adequate and provides a good clean comfortable place for the nights rest.

Charming, Peaceful, and Perfect for Grand Canyon Adventures! We stayed at the Grand Canyon Tiny Home Stay during our recent trip, and it was one of the highlights of our vacation! The home was beautifully designed—compact yet thoughtfully laid out with all the essentials. Clean, cozy, and super comfortable beds. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to the Grand Canyon South Rim, Page, and other local attractions. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, offering great tips for nearby food and sights. Watching the stars at night from the porch was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended if you're looking for a unique, affordable, and serene stay near the Grand Canyon. We’d love to return!

Road in is one of the worst I've ever been on. Extremely bumpy and a little hard to control the car. You're on this road for several minutes. While I don't think they own this road, it was bad enough it made us wish we hadn't stayed here. Website says high speed internet and cable. The shows on the TV are from some app, definitely not cable. And the service is terrible, very slow internet, definitely not high speed. Friendly stray cats, but I worry about their safety with so many cars nearby. A sign warning folks of them would go a long way. They also like to hide under and inside cars. Full containers of soaps and wash in the shower, but none say what they are. Have a fun gamble. No new towel everyday, you must reuse. Temperature control in our room wasn't great and the second night was very warm, while the first night was very cold. No mountain views from the cabin, just vast empty fields of nothing. Bathroom door does not lock. Full kitchen but only one chair at the table. The fridge is large, which was very nice to have. Beds on the website all said they'd be queen, but I'd lean more on a double. They were comfy though. After a week on the road with a car of six people, I enjoyed the private room. The loft is two mattresses. Not nearly as thick as the ones the bedrooms have. Stairs up are narrow. It was a cool place to stay and a nice change after being in only motels previously. There were enough issues though, and dishonesty that a few people were upset about this choice.

Every year I do a rim to rim hike with out of town guests. I needed this place for my south rim accommodations. Unfortunately this year, the Dragon Bravo fire burned a lot of the north rim so the trail was closed, and the park closed on the north side. Since my group was coming from out of town I needed to cancel the trip, because the hike was to do the iconic R2R. I made the reservation in May and in late August, about six weeks before the hike I canceled through the app. Then, I learned that I would only receive half of my money back that I paid. I told them the circumstances, but all I got told was that it was policy. I tried calling and received someone from an offshore call center that said it was policy. Don't stay here if you want assurance that if you have an emergency you will get a full refund. *someone at GC Tiny Homes reach out...I would love to talk about an annual rental for my hikes or at least we can fix this.

I was here for 7 days, at first it seems like a good place, however a couple of thi gs stopped me from giving it 5 stars. Had some communication issues initially, quote wasnt sent so i had to call back the next day, then when i got there i still didnt have a code to enter, but as soon as i called i got the code within 5 minutes. It was clean inside, however no remote to turn the AC on (this point is crucial) however I saw some cleaning people next door, one of them came and searched my cabin and when we couldn't find it, they got me a new one. The bathroom is clean spacious, but shower pressure was horrendous. The bed was comfortable, but no fitted sheet, luckily I bought my own sheets otherwise you will end up on the bare mattress like every other patron before you. The weirdest thing was the AC issue, the remote did not make sense and it only blew cold air even though it was about 30 degrees outside at night...now the crucial point about the AC is that I came back early one day to find a maintenance person at my front door even though I asked for no maintenence or cleaning. He reassured me he didnt go in, just that the door key pad needed new batteries, weird thing is the battery compartment is on the inside...I didnt say anything, then he told me he won't change the code and reassured me he didn't go inside...only problem is when I did get inside, there are now two remotes for the AC in the room. One by the bed and one under the tv...so someone did go in...just made me uneasy...luckily it was the last day...all in all not a bad place just those few issues...

Nice place to stay near Grand Canyon. Room was clean and cozy. Could use some instructions for the thermostat control unit, walls are thin between adjacent units if not renting the entire A and B sides. Nice alternative to camping or hotels.

The tiny home is cozy and comfortable. Very clean and with a table outside. We were four and tow of us slept in the underroof on foutons but it is a very intimate experience. The location is amazing for reaching the grand canyon.

Yelp
Okay, I'm changing to 5 stars but please read! Lots of great things to say, and the place met all expectations. However, couple of notes! 1. The Road sucks. Just saying one mile off highway however. It is very bumpy and if you are prepared then no big deal. 2. Water pressure is nil, 3. No dish towels. That being said, highly recommend. It was clean, and great view of stars. 20 min from Grand Canyon. Now it only had one comfy bed. The others not so much. But I guess we expected that. Fridge and cooking stuff. Bring paper towel and spices (salt and pepper) if needed. Had a great time. Very clean. Good amenities. Tiny home and well taken care of of. Great for four or family of four. But can squeeze 6-8.

Yelp
As a couple visiting the Grand Canyon, we were looking for a self catering accommodation for 3 nights and we did not mind driving a short distance away from the park. So we booked no 36 in this holiday rental park. We recognise from the pictures what the house would look like and understood it was a "tiny" house. We also accepted, it was a 30 min drive away from the Grand Canyon South Rim visitor center and in the middle of nowhere with no nearby amenities. No 36 claims it will accommodate 8 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed, 1 other bedroom with 2 very short bunk beds and a mezzanine level with 3 other beds (this level has a reduced head height so only for children in our opinion). I presume the other bed is the sofa? I would not recommend this house for 8 adults. Even 2 adults and 2/3 children would be a tight squeeze. There is also a table with 4 chairs and very limited cutlery so again, 8 people could not all eat at the same time. The positives - for 2 people the house is a perfect size. The location is very convenient for the national park. The house was clean when we arrived. On a clear night, the stars right outside your house are amazing. So was the sunrise. The negatives - the heating in the house was a system of air vents in the floor. When we arrived, the air was on full blast pumping cold air into the house. There were no instructions for the control panel and changing the temperature on the panel had little effect. One of the vents was broken and made a terrible clanging noise. We could see spoons inside this vent and we thought someone else must have tried to fix it. We had to cover the vents with our luggage to stop the noise and air. The kitchen is not well equipped. No dishtowels, only 2 mismatched wine glasses, mismatched cutlery, only 1 small chopping board and 1 knife, no tin opener, very few utensils to cook with. The tap in the shower room sink was broken (still useable but broken). The fridge would emit a loud noise every 30-60 minutes - even through the night. There are 2 new looking TVs (one in the living area and 1 in the master bedroom). Since the internet signal is so poor, you could not get either terrestrial channels nor sign into any streaming channels. So the TVs were useless. We attempted to email the info@ address as soon as we arrived to ask for help with the heating. Despite bombarding you with emails before you arrive, no-one answered any of our emails while we were there. We talked to some people in the unit next to us and they reported the same issues we were having. Ironically, the night before we were due to check out, I got an email telling me that the company hoped I had a good stay and would I please leave a 5 star review. The email asked, if I did not feel I wanted to leave a 5 star review, could I please let them know before I posted a review so they could try and make amends. So I sent them an email before writing this review to let them know the issues and guess what - of course they did not reply to the email. I suspect all the emails before you arrive and system generated and no- one (machine or human) is checking the email id for replies. If you have any problems while at the park, you are on your own. Having read a number of previous reviews going back over 12 months, the same issues are mentioned more than once. In summary, I would not recommend.

Yelp
Excellent location, terrific service, wonderful accommodations! We started in #36 - it was spotlessly clean, stocked with plenty of towels and linens. We have a larger family (6 of our 7 children still live at home), so this was the perfect option for us! It's only 20 minutes from the Grand Canyon, much more convenient than staying in Williams, and away from the bustle of the Grand Canyon Village. Great for stargazing on clear nights since it's so far from city lights. I'm taller, 6'6", and I managed just fine - the bedrooms and bathroom have about 6'8" ceilings, but it wasn't an issue. We will definitely be staying here again!
