Grand Caribe Belize

This resort is wonderful, and I highly recommend it for families or groups. We stayed in a 3 bed/3 bath condo with kitchen, living room and balcony facing the beach. The check in process was easy and quick. The concierge made our reservations from Belize City to San Pedro, our pickup from the airport, and our golf cart rental. This was our first time in San Pedro and we were all very impressed. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The condo comes with daily housekeeping service and that includes doing your laundry. The condo was very spacious. On the main floor were 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, with king size bed in one and two twins that can be converted into a king. One of the main floor bedrooms had a walkout door to the balcony. Upstairs was a king suite with its own bathroom and balcony. The air-conditioning worked very, very well. The kitchen had pots, pans, plates, glasses everything you need to cook while there. We cooked breakfast but ate out for lunch and dinners. We got all the groceries we needed from the convenience shop beside the hotel. We also went to one of the larger grocery stores but everything we needed was at the convenience store.

Our family visited during the Grand Caribe fishing tournament. We enjoyed our stay and our boat was the winning boat! ;) Rooms were nice and pool was great! Our overall experience was amazing. Service was INCREDIBLE, SHOUTOUT TO Ms Anna (front desk) who went above and beyond and made all of us feel welcome and appreciated. Always with a smile on her face, Anna for the win.

Just checked in to our one bedroom (H8) oceanfront on the 3rd floor is amazing. The view from the room is spectacular and can’t be beat. The furniture and decor is upscale, reminds me of a furniture showroom. Very well designed, full kitchen, full fridge, toaster oven, blenders with an island and two chairs. The large balcony has seating for 6, again ocean view.||The bedroom and living area is separated with glass double doors, with thin curtain, so you could close the door off. The living |room has 50 inch smart tv and there’s also a tv in the room. Each room has its own WiFi, when you leave the room there is guest WiFi throughout the hotel.||They also offer free paddle boards and kayak!!||You’re greeted at the front desk with rum punch (or virgin) and theconcierge personally walks you to the room and provides an overview of the hotel and amenities. ||In order to get t the island you need to take a small 10 passenger aircraft. We used Maya Air, please be sure to book yourself we over paid going through the hotel concierge. The flights run every 40 minutes and is a quick 15 minutes, if you arrive early to Belize city, you can request an earlier flight. The wait was about an hour, but there are numerous restaurants to pass the time. The hotel will arrange pick up from the airport to the hotel.||Please be sure to rent a golf cart one or all your days here and travel downtown.|| I hope my review helps you.|The only con, is the beach is un-swimable, do to the seaweed, the hotel said they clean the private beachfront daily, but one thing to mention is it smells horrible! This is not a show stopper for us as we plan, to return when the seaweed is not bad.

My wife gifted me a trip to Belize for my birthday...she booked a room here and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Once we got to the hotel they helped us with our bags. Checking in was easy and we were given a tour to our hotel room by one of the staff. The grounds is immaculately clean and the view is just breath taking...I had never stayed at a hotel with astonishing views. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. There was a kitchen, a bedroom and 2 bathrooms! For as big as the resort - there wasn't a lot of people which we liked. It created a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere to enjoy our vacation. We would love to come back to stay here in the future. Thank you Grand Caribe for an awesome experience and your wonderful hospitality.

We stayed at Grand Caribe for 6 nights and had a wonderful stay. We reserved a 3 bedroom ocean view, and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable and the AC was cold! ||We were greeted with drinks upon arrival, were easily able to quickly reserve a golf cart for our stay, and book our excursions. ||Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the golf carts, and one of them died on us while we were out in town. I called the resort, and within about 15 minutes, they had brought us a working golf cart, and they towed the other one back. The replacement cart was a bit janky and was the third one of the trip as we kept having issues, but we made it work.||Pro tip for the laundry: If you don't want your whites washed with your dark clothes, put your white clothes out one day to be washed and your dark clothes on a separate day. I had multiple clothing articles destroyed because I didn't know they would wash everything together.||At the end of our trip, we purposely left our water shoes there as we needed space in our bags for souvenirs. The resort reached out to us, letting us know we had left the shoes, which was greatly appreciated even though we did it intentionally.||In case anyone is concerned about the safety of the water, we used the ice and water from the fridge without any issues the entire time we were there.||All in all, we had a great stay, and anything we had issues with that we brought to the staff's attention was promptly addressed.

Our stay at Grand Caribe Belize was absolutely wonderful. The resort’s beachfront location made it the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Ambergris Caye. Every morning, I’d grab a cup of coffee and head to a hammock hung over the ocean to watch the sunrise—it was such a peaceful and unforgettable way to start the day. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen, but with the amazing dining options available, we didn’t use it much! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The resort also offers plenty of activities, from snorkeling and diving to exploring the island by golf cart. We took advantage of the concierge service to book a snorkeling tour, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The water was crystal clear, and the marine life was incredible. What really stood out to me was how relaxed and welcoming the atmosphere was. Whether we were lounging by the pool, walking along the beach, or enjoying a meal, everything felt easy and stress-free. It’s the kind of place where you can truly disconnect and recharge. If you’re looking for a beautiful, family-friendly resort with amazing views and top-notch service, Grand Caribe Belize is a fantastic choice. We’re already dreaming about our next visit!

This was our 2nd time staying at Grand Caribe and we again had a wonderful experience! They planned our flights over from Belize and other transportation. We rented a golf cart from them and that was a blast. The pool was quiet and service was great. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at the resort. Hospitality and accommodations were excellent. Friendly group at the swim up bar. Enjoyed the excursions and took advantage of their spa services. Going again next year!
