Grand Cayman Marriott Resort

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was among some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered! Room service even brought us a little cake for our birthday! Our biggest concern when booking was the lack of direct beach access, but we were pleasantly supersized that there was a mini beach on property with anchored rafts in the water to float and lounge on. The pool chairs also overlooked the water with the peaceful sound of waves crashing. For a proper beach day, the hotel had a free shuttle to Public Beach where we were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella for the day. I’d definitely stay again!

Location, rooms, shuttle service to beaches and staff friendliness are some of the things that made our stay enjoyable. Restaurants on site offer great food and ambiance. Special thanks to Emira, Illi and Priam. Emira is so kind and attentive, and kept our room spotless and supplied with amenities. Illi made us feel like family and we appreciated the menu recommendations and our friendly conversations. Priam made my birthday dinner so special and took great photos. Can’t wait to see you all again soon.

We spent 10 wonderful days at the Marriott Grand Cayman, and everything was perfect from beginning to end. The staff made our stay truly unforgettable. A huge thank you to Jose at reception for his warm and attentive service. We were also incredibly impressed by Siva and Nancy, whose beautiful smile and kindness brightened every morning. The two lovely girls from the craft classes brought so much fun and creativity to our afternoons. We looked forward to their sessions every day. And although we don’t remember all of their names, the rest of the staff was equally fantastic, always friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. I also enjoyed an amazing pampering session thanks to Fulda and Hannah, who did an outstanding job on my nails 💅 truly the best vacation treat! A special mention for the bottomless brunch, which was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our trip. From the atmosphere to the service, every moment exceeded our expectations. Marriott was great!! The staff are all amazing. Only one wish, a bigger pool area. But the resort fee is well worth it because all key water sports are included, such as paddle boards and kayaks. Spa is small but excellent staff. Highly recommend the Marriott Grand Cayman!

My wife and I stayed for a week and had a great time enjoying the amazing weather. I rated the property a 4 primarily because the beach was largely washed away in 2019 storm which makes it a bit more challenging to get to Seven Mile Beach for a walk, which we still did nearly everyday. The food at the beach was average and we tried a variety of items and nothing was above average, The rooms have been recently updated and are very nice. Lastly a shot out to 3 employees 1) Gregon - our checked luggage did not make it for over 24 hours. Gegon personally took us to stores so we could get essentials, extremely kind and helpful. 2) Jerome - he assisted us each and everyday getting our pool chairs and was fantastic always with a smile on his face and ensuring we were “all good” 3) last and certainly not least was our housekeeper Emirw - yes our room was cleaned exceptionally but again incredibly friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on her face.||As an Ambassador member I have the privilege of staying at many Marriott’s - I’m hopeful they will be able to solve the beach challenge but know they have some outstanding staff!

Friendly, clean fantastic service. Staff could not have done more for us. Only complaint was no beach but you can access it from tons of places with a quick walk. Hotel is in a great location and close to canama bay. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also lots of events at hotel to attend. Special mentions to Jerome, Sid, Murine at the pool and all the bar staff just great.

My husband and I spent 5 days there in the beginning of October. I don't even know where to begin with my review. The front desk staff was very welcoming and accommodating, our room was very nice and most importantly.. clean! Also, have to shout out the incredible concierge, pool and wait staff, they all go above and beyond for their guests. I went for a solo massage while my husband went on a fishing trip, it was the absolute best I've ever had! From the time we walked through the door, every employee we came across was super friendly and always smiling. We're already planning our next trip back and we won't stay anywhere else. Thank you everyone for making our trip unforgettable! ❤️

What a great week!!! For a I want/need a relaxing week, it was absolutely perfect. Jerome and Murine were amazing!!! Can’t thank them enough for the attention to our needs by pool/beach. Took care of us the entire week. All staff were friendly and respectful. We enjoyed every bit of it.
