My family and I stayed at the Grand Cayman Marriott this past weekend to celebrate my dad's birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless.||The newly renovated rooms were absolutely beautiful—modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It was the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation, and we truly felt at home. Every interaction with the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm and genuine, making us feel like valued guests.||A huge thank you to the entire team for making my Dad’s birthday getaway so memorable. We will definitely be returning!

I recently stayed at the Marriott Grand Cayman and had a mostly wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The brunch was fantastic with plenty of fresh options, and the cocktails were great. Do not miss if you are staying on a Sunday! The pool area was great and Damian at the pool was extremely helpful and nice. The staff at the restaurant, front door, and desk were all friendly and welcoming. However, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. There wasn't a shelf in the bathroom shower for soap and other items, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the room cleaning service could be better. They didn't do a great job cleaning the room daily, and I had to call for refills on conditioner and other amenities. One downside is the lack of a real beach. It was quite rocky getting into the water, but the hotel is conveniently located near other beautiful beaches, especially Governors Beach, which I highly recommend. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

I went for a mini staycation with my husband as we live in Cayman. The Marriott has always been one of our favourite hotels, here, on island. The staff are all, without exception, incredibly welcoming, friendly, efficient and just plain NICE!||A big shout out to Aina at reception who kindly upgraded us to a partial ocean view room and gave us a late checkout on Sunday. She was so friendly, smiling all the time and so helpful which made our stay even better. ||The rooms have been renovated and now boast lovely Caribbean colors. My only comment would have been some higher chester drawers where the luggage rack was placed. There were 3 drawers in the console below the TV but so low down you had to be a gymnast to bend down! Also the coffee machine sits on a tray also low down. Just leave it in the same try on top of the console/ drawer thing. It didn’t work in that tray so I had to put it on top and plugged it in elsewhere. Just make things easy to reach for us older folks! The bed was lovely and comfy and the pillows awesome! Although the a/c said it was 72 degrees we found the room quite warm and adjusted it to 69 which still wasn’t cool enough (and I’m one who freezes in a/c). Definitely something a bit dodgy with that rooms a/c (room 324).||If you’re planning to come here before the end of the year, avoid the left side of the building closer to the beach as they are doing noisy renovations at the Hamptons Hotel next door.||The gym has lots of stuff in it, but as you walk in, it does smell musty though. It has all the kit you need for a good workout.||They do have the absolute best value Brunch on Sundays! Fabulous food and bottomless Prosecco, wine, beer and cocktails for under $100/pp ($85 + 18% s/c). Pappagalos in West Bay, definitely has the BEST food ever on their brunch menu, but it’s quite far if you’re a tourist with or without a rental car, so chill and enjoy this one.||Although I’ve pointed out imperfections above, I would still stay here in a heartbeat. Why? Customer service and the best staff ever.

There is a nonstop flight from our home airport to Grand Cayman so it was on our radar for several years. We finally decided to spend a long weekend at the Marriott and had a GREAT time! We knew about the beach issues before we went, it didn't impact us at all. We loved the small beach area, the pool was great, the service was amazing and we thought their food was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Had a very nice time at this property. The rooms were clean and more spacious than a typical hotel room. The free morning coffee was a very nice touch, as were the little activities and treats that were scheduled during the day. The staff everywhere were very friendly and efficient, especially the gentleman at the towel desk and Rey at the front desk. |Overall, we found that it offered great value for money.

The resort is beautiful with lots of attention paid to detail. The view of the sunset is breathtaking! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful - particularly Dehemah at Anchor and Den who took such good care of us and provides EXCELLENT service. ||The only reason I won't give an excellent review is because I pre-paid for my stay in full (or so I thought) and was still charged an additional $60 per day resort fee, upon check-in. This feels disingenuous, as I was provided no information about this rather steep fee, prior to my arrival. I've traveled extensively, and have never experienced this.

Everyone at the hotel was simply amazing so friendly and very attentive and happy to help with any questions or with anything you needed. Service was amazing and quick the maid service was really amazing. We had a lovely lady that took care of our room her name was Osiris from housekeeping the room was immaculate and smelled freshly clean everyday! Also let me not forget the people at the pool. They were just so sweet and so helpful and so accommodating they truly were happy to please you and they did. thank you to all who made our trip special! Can’t wait to come back ❤️

First time to the island and we stayed two nights here at the Marriott. The service provided was on point. The lobby area was newly renovated and welcoming. The Kraft cocktails we were served at the lobby bar were phenomenal! We didn’t have the opportunity to eat at any of the restaurants but heard great things from other guests that did…supposedly they’re known for brunch. This hotel is not on the beach. The pool area felt crammed and there were small children in the pool that were left unattended…. which resulted in unnecessary noise while people attempted to relax throughout the day and during the sunset. Other than not having a beach, everything else was good, including the walkability this hotel offers.
