Grand City Hall Medan

Stayed for 5 nights for a getaway trip. Overall great stay. The staffs there are very polite and professional. Room service was prompt, housekeeping service is quite detailed. As a smoker, I always like to hang out at Demitasse Lounge. The staffs there are outstanding, especially Pina , missed her beautiful smile already😄

How can you say no to Grand Cityhall Medan? They always give you the best, especially th staff. The help you with everything. Breakfast was great. Room were spacious. The sauna was the plus one. We enjoyed it very much

This incredible stay would not have been the same without Deya. She goes beyond limits to make sure the guests have an amazing stay. It would be hard for the hotel to ever replace her. A 10/10 service and example for many hotel employees!

The room was large but old and not really clean, with furniture that has clearly seen better days. The staff, however, were very friendly and helpful. Still, I decided to move to another hotel after just one night.

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Cityhall Hotel. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, so it's easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were especially welcoming and helpful.

Customer service is exceptional: the staff are attentive to your needs at every step and anticipate your requirements. Facilities are great-pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi etc. Breakfast was almost overwhelming in the choices available and delicious💯🔥
