Rooms: Stayed in the Executive room. Spacious and can easily accommodate an extra bed. Bathrooms were well appointed. ||||Food: Breakfast spread was simple but tasty especially for South Indian dishes. Continental dish taste was below average.||||Service: Staff were friendly and hospitable. ||||Parking: Plenty of open parking.

A good thing about this hotel is the location which is easily accessible. Since there is a private hotel running on the ground floor, car parking is always full and the guests have to park the car outside of the hotel in the hot sun . Administration doesn't provide any wallet parking ,when asked reply was like dump ,Secondly the bathroom is a disaster , no proper cleanliness and taps are very old clogged showers . Room service is a big disaster after giving orders you have to remind them again and again . Complimentary breakfast is just average .

It’s kid-friendly, elderly-friendly, and ideal for a relaxed family stay. The service was prompt and professional, and the staff were always ready to assist with a smile. The complimentary rooftop breakfast was a highlight — a wide variety of dishes, all delicious and of excellent quality, served with a beautiful view of the city. It was a great way to start each day. With ample parking space, convenient location, and great value for money, Hotel Grand Gardenia has become my go-to place whenever I visit Trichy. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay. Travel Tip: If you're looking for pure vegetarian dining, you might want to explore some of the excellent restaurants outside the hotel.

I would give 5 stars for below. 1. Location - in the highway 2. Rooms - clean, spacious, elegant, modern & luxurious suite room for a nominal price. I was absolutely surprised. Absolute value for money. 3. Service - superb service even by the luggage handler. They were courteous and helped a lot. Gave extra water bottles when asked for. Things that can be improved: 1. While the complimentary breakfast was great, the furniture used reminds of an ordinary hotel. The chair with metal legs, makes a lot of noise when dragged to sit. The dining area is smaller. Can be extended on to outer area too. 2. More varieties of breakfast if possible? They had south indian, breads, cereals and even organic foods like koozh. Could try adding more salads, fruits , milkshakes ( not sure if they were already over when I arrived)

Well maintained hotel. Courteous and helpful staff. All appliances in working condition. They have a large outdoor parking. Hotel is situated on the highway just on the outer edge of Trichy mainstay. We did not get a chance to try their restaurant.

I had attended a business meeting with my colleagues and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was really nice and we were served dinner. It was good and the food was great and especially the tandoori chicken from Kannnappa hotel below and it tasted homy. The overall service was also good.

This is my third visit to this Hotel in the past 2 years and I really liked the Hotel . The rooms are clean and decent and location of the Hotel is also good with good parking space . The Complimentary Buffett Breakfast in the Roof Top Palm Tree restaurant was very good and had wide options . Being a Vegetarian I did not make much use of the Kannapa Restuarnt which was predominantly Non Veg ( though Veg Options were there ) I just had coffee and fruit juices in the Kannappa Restaurant . In future when I visit Trichy Grand Gardenia would be my first choice

Pleasure staying at this wonderful hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Special mention must be made of Madam Vidya, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The entire staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a truly welcoming atmosphere.
