Grand Himalaya - Luxury Hotel | Best Hotel | Leh | Ladakh

As our Indigo flight was cancelled we were provided this accommodation by the airlines. Upon reaching we received the worst service for a 4 star rated hotel such as not getting mineral water bottle even when we opted to pay for it. 2 hours waiting for lunch food and not getting warm water to bathe.. will definitely not recommend

Great place to stay.. Nice rooms with good ventilation Staff behaviour is also great And always very helpful to everyone ... Not far frim main market Masjid is nearby Wifi connectivity needs to be improved Non veg is some times under cooked... Rest is all ok... And safe place to stay..

The stay was a memorable experience. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. The staff is cooperative and friendly. The Hotel is still in its development phase. Once completed, it would be a prime property in Leh. The only thing it should work upon is food and kitchen. Like most of the hotels, the kitchen was substandard and food was ordinary.

Very nice hotel at short distance (walking distance from Leh Market. Spacious rooms with full amenities, pleasant helpful staff. Their USP is their reception and dining area. Very neatly designed with local ladakhi antiquties. Simple, minimal designs used all over. Must Visit for a quiet and peaceful stay. Antique looks of furniture with tibetian touch of designs all over.

I think this is the best hotel in Leh with nice rooms and pretty good service. Nice and kind staff. The food was also good and the buffet was quite okay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the wifi was also very fast

Service needs to improve a lot. May be it's under staff but this area they really need to work on to level up their game. Otherwise 15mins drive from the airport in a decent location close to market area(6-7 mins walk) Overall experience was pleasant. Internet is not stable. Staff is welcoming and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights on April 27 and 28. Upon checking in, the staff notified us that we were their first guests of the season. They explained that most of the hotels stay closed for the winter. For our two nights, we were their only guests and we were treated like royalty. The service was excellent. Special mention to the entire kitchen staff including the chef for preparing delicious meals (our package included breakfast and dinner) and the service staff for waiting on us and keeping us company while we ate. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The location was central. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable stay with a personal touch.

This hotel has such a nice and cozy ambience and the quick service made our stay even more convenient. Leh market is around 100 m from the hotel and all the rooms have a nice view of snow-covered mountains 🤍
