Grand Hotel Bellevue Pohorje

Perfect location to start exploring Pohorje. The staff is super nice. The renovated restaurant with the view is amazing. The food was fantastic -it is not a classic self service, someone comes to you and gives you options what is available. Very family friendly. Was 79€/night with discount code form the hotel website, breakfast, dinner and hotel services included.

Located on the slope that's closed. You'd expect them to try to partially compensate with offer in the hotel but what you find in reality is the pool that's not working, closed children playroom (with no explanation) and no massage available. The price is full anyway, of course. The hotel stuff is great and they really try hard, without them, my grade would be 1.

A pleasant spring weekend with a beautiful view.

Alarm in the middle of the night, lasts almost 2h, not a single sorry for sleepless night of us and our kids, every single guest was upset. Marketed pools, when you get on site they tell you pools are not available at that time of year. No fridge in the room (well not functional at least), very uninspired staff except for a few. No smile, nothing. And worst of all, the owner who acts as if guests are animals. Called us "budget" guests when we wanted to talk about the pool and alarm thing. The place is doing a bare minimum and is living off of the fact that its next to a skiing stage. Not recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bellevue. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious & clean & the food was plentiful & tasty. An amazing few days enjoying the slopes & hospitality. We will certainly be returning to the Bellevue, highly recommend.

Horrible experience. Bad bad bad service. They were still finishing construction work when we stayed there so, some parts of the hotel were still in work process, which is not correct for 4 stars hotel.|Breakfast was poor and usually no caffe. When you ask for caffe they answer "We did not have time to make it!". First day we had some boiled eggs but next morning those eggs were not cooked at all. When I asked them to cook them they told me "This is not my problem!" and did not cook them later so they were uneatable. Wellness zona was in construction work, that no body told us, so when we wanted to go they sent us to another hotel and told us to go over a part of the land next to the hotel where is construction site, and all at night. We tried to pass but it was impossible so we had to decide not to go. This is just a bit of problems in that hotel.|I do not recomend this hotel.

We havent stay in the hotel. We just had food at the restaurant. The service was really bad, waited for 1hour till the food was delivered. We were 4 and they broght 3 plates and i have got his my food when everybody else finished his. even got something different that I have ordered. The food was really bad. The waither did not even appologized and said its normal to wait 1hour in an empty restaurant where we were the only people eating there. I would not recommend this restaurant at all.

5 star burger in the top of the mountain 👌👌👌 youthful staff, excellent service and kitchen, big terrace with a stunning view to the city of Maribor 😎 (-) no apres ski (+) credit card payment, cold beers, relaxing mood, quick service
