I’m really disappointed to be spending 7 nights in what I believed would be a 5‑star hotel. We accidentally booked the wrong “Grand Hotel” — it turns out there are two with very similar names — and the difference in quality is shocking.||• Extremely hard beds, making it difficult to sleep comfortably|• A strong sewage smell in our room, completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming 5 stars|• Very poor breakfast variety, far below the expected standard|• The hotel is old, dirty, and clearly in need of major refurbishment|• Non‑functioning air conditioning, resulting in extremely poor air quality in the room|• We had to sleep with the door open just to breathe, which meant listening to all the traffic noise outside throughout the night||Overall: This hotel does not meet 5‑star standards in comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, or service. A very disappointing experience.
