Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc, by R Collection Hotels

Came away for a long weekend with a small group of friends. Hotel is set about 10 mins walk from village centre and has a great view over the mountains. The staff could not have been friendlier, with a particular mention to the bar staff (Julia / Christian) who were super attentive and responsive. Spa is lovely, pool a little bit small but plenty of space in steam and sauna, and I had a 80min massage which was amazing. My mate was doing one of the races so I had a day to myself, and chose to stay in the hotel rather than go to the village because it is that nice.||Surprised some of the rooms don’t have air-con, but we coped without it fine by opening the balcony door.||All round great hotel. Will come again.

Exceptional Stay in Courmayeur – A Place to Return To We spent four unforgettable nights at the Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc, and I can’t praise this experience enough. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by a sense of calm, elegance, and refined hospitality. The hotel itself is beautifully situated, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and easy access to the charm of Courmayeur. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. I would like to express my special gratitude to Nando Ferrardo, the Front Office Manager, whose professionalism and personal attention made us feel truly welcome. His kindness, availability, and dedication reflect the highest standards of hospitality. We are already looking forward to returning. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it’s a place to feel at home in the heart of the Alps.

On July 3 we celebrated my daughter's wedding at the Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc; we could not have made a better choice. The setting, the food, the staff, the managers, the accommodations , everything was spectacular and made the day all the more special. Than you again to the staff and management for having taken such wonderful care of our family and friends.

A great hotel in a great location.  Restaurant service was excellent and the food fantastic. The breakfast experience is great as you can eat whilst viewing the sunrise on Monte Bianco  I  highly recommend eating at the restaurant. Had an issue with the bar closing earlier, but the manager Nando addressed my concerns very professionally. We will be going back so highly recommend the hotel.

We had an incredible stay at the Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc. The breakfast was outstanding—every morning offered fresh fruit, high-quality food, and truly attentive service. But the highlight of our stay was the hotel manager, Nando Ferraro. When one of our friends went missing during a hike, Nando immediately stepped in. He helped us contact the local police, stayed by our side, and handled all the translation with calm professionalism. Thanks to him, our friend was found safe and sound. We’re deeply grateful for his compassion and support. Our room featured a balcony with breathtaking views of the snowy Alps—quiet, peaceful, and the perfect way to start (and end) each day. If we ever return to Courmayeur, this will absolutely be our go‑to hotel. Highly recommended!

An excellent modern hotel in a stunning location. From valet garage parking on arrival, helpful reception staff, very well equipped bedroom to large attractive public spaces. But ensure you book a room with a mountain view of The Mont Blanc range of stunning snow covered peaks.

Beautiful hotel, zero flexibility with staff and management. Want more than 10 minutes to unload car - €30 please. Want teenagers to use pool - not after 5.30pm even though it is empty. Extremely unnecessary uptight experience at a lovely hotel. Breakfast is fantastic though, just don't expect any customer service. Edit: Point 1 - correct - we had 3 calls about other cars during our stay, just offer everyone a bit of flexibility. Point 2 - the spa was empty and your member of staff allowed two of my children and sent the other two (13 y/o) away! Point 3 - nothing should ever be too much when staying in a hotel. You should be made to feel special. Sadly, your militant staff did the opposite, probably due to your management?

Beautiful hotel! Stunning interiors, incredible views, room was gorgeous. Great location. Very comfortable, friendly staff and special thank you to manager Nando for even treating our visiting friends as guests 😍 highly recommend
