A nice blend of colonial style with modern and efficient rooms inside. Best for adult travellers, pool is a little small for kids. Some stairs might pose some challenges for seniors.

This is the second time staying here and I really like it, rooms are always clean, everyone really kind and nice, everything is walking distance, and food and drinks are good! I do believe they can improve their customer service at the bar upstairs, a lil faster service, and more communication would be the cherry on top! Thank you! We Will be back!

Great quiet sleep. Comfy large king bed. And nice pool to take a dip in. Hotel buffet looked great as well!

My favorite hotel in Orizaba. The rooms are very nice - I have stayed in several. Breakfast in the large courtyard restaurant is always a treat with a wide range available both on the plated menu and the buffet. The rooftop ɓar and swimming pool both offer great views. I look forward to my next visit in a couple of months.

We where traveling with a lot of things and a Dog and they where really nice to us. I really enjoyed our stay there. Orizaba is a magical place, very full of mysticism. It is one of my favorite places in Mexico. The room was very nice and the staff super friendly. I forgot something really important in the room after we check-out and they kindly kept it until we got there. This place is the kind of town you never want to go to. I will definitely go back again.

Excellent hotel with the perfect roof top pool and good food at the restaurant. Only issue was construction at the pool area during our stay but not a big issue. The gym access next door is very high quality.

Staff is friendly and fast. They also upgraded my room without cost since they had availability during my stay. They have a playground for kids which my kids loved! There's a pool and a bar in the rooftop with great views. The pool is heated and open most of the day. There's also a restaurant with good coffee and food. In addition they have onsite parking and people helping with luggage. We had a great time and my family specially my kids were looking forward to go back to the hotel. Will be staying here every time we visit orizaba.

My friend and I stayed overnight at this hotel and we were impressed. What liked that the room was very clean, the accommodating and flexible staff, the varied and good food options, that the hotel restaurant was open until late at night, and the stunning rooftop view with small pool. Would definitely stay here again!
