Rooms are outdated, not modern. Air conditioning is not sufficient for hot/humid climate. Reception has been questioning additional guests (more than 1guest/room, which seems unfair bc usually 2 guests/room is standard). However, event room was impressive with beautiful view of lake.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of town still on the lake. Rooms were fine and the view can be great depending on the room. The pool and spa are small but good.

Everything is excellent, but elevator is old and small... and rooms are little bit old... But at the end, it's the best panoramic view you can find ;)

A hotell which could need an upgrade. The breakfast and the dinner were not anywhere near a five star hotel, closer to a two star. The personel were attentive and service oriented, did they best to compensate for the lack of quality

Excellent staff. Rooms are cozy. I would only improve breakast service. Excellent WiFi and free shuttle service from/to airport. Pity it was closed in November....

In dire need of updating, this place has aged poorly, definitely cannot be called "five star". Dreadful!
