Grand Hotel

It's a wonderful stay experience. Hotel is at M. G road easy connectivity from both Ernakulam Junction & town railway station. It lobby is beautiful and room are spacious and beautiful design. I like the place. Food is their restaurant is also very delicious. Housekeeping of room was very good. Frontoffice was very cooperative. Check-in & checkout was very fast and hasselfree. I can say that overall experience is excellent.

I had food at their restaurent on 28.05.2025. Had mutton soup quality of which was not good. Also, it was not at all hot. The main dish we ordered also was of poor quality. Fish was not fresh. A few years back we had lunch here which was very good. Food quality had deteriorated a lot over years.

Excellent old school hotel. The rooms are super spacious - especially the executive rooms. The staff are friendly, helpful and prompt. We used room service which was efficient and the breakfast buffet even though limited was sufficient and good. The hotel comes with the restaurant that is legendary for Kerala food. Make sure to turn up early since the wait time can be long. Also do check out Couchin, which is a lounge bar that is also part of the hotel. Finally, the location is great with it being on MG road, close connectivity to metro station and bang in the middle of Ernakulam town.

The stay was awesome, happened to be there by march 2025. Bit late to review. Great place to stay, nothing to complain. Good proximity of location, food was very good, expected some local cuisines but that was a little disappointment else the taste was awesome. Service to be mentioned, each and every staff was courteous and well trained. Good parking space. Great place for families to stay.

Very old hotel n Cochin located on MG Road near Ernakulam South Railway and Metro Station, Jose Junction. Room neat and clean Staff friendly Grand Restaurant is famous for Non Veg food specially Sea Food. Always pack with customers. Breakfast given to Hotel Customers as compared was average. Not much varities in breakfast Rest value for Money Safe for Families and children Lot of Parking area outside Hotel

One of the iconic and old (since 1963) hotels in Kochi… went to their restaurant in ground floor and food was exquisite … Must try their Basil Chilly Fish … Wide array of dishes available with varied tastes..

We went to the restaurant Grand Hotel on MG Road, Kochi which was walking distance from our hotel, I wanted our French family couple to enjoy fish dishes. Also the restaurant had a reasonably good selection of drinks (wine, beer, etc). We and our family from abroad enjoyed the fish moilee, meen roast with appam, rice etc. Good experience at a tried and tested place.
