Airport is very far,consider at least 1 hour for leaving ; bur city center is near by taxi ,bus and metro. Lots of restaurants and fast foods R near by 20-30 min walking. The outside pool was cold and inside pool didn't work until October. There is no jacuzzi. Gym has lots of equipments and good space,also sona. Staff are very kindly, helpful and honorable. The rooms were very cleen but humid,no AC, only a cooler system which made room colder and humid. Breakfast included good and various foods and dairy products.

What a wonderful place to stay, dine, and relax! Samir provides impeccable service in the Golden Caviar restaurant, breakfast and dinner are offer culinary delights and multiple vegetarian options. The hotel is decorated in classical style with all of the charm of historic elegant style. Beautiful grounds and su h a lovely room ... I do not want to leave.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The room is medium. No shataf in the bathroom but the toilet is Turkish style so no real need for shataf. The restaurant is somehow small compared to the guests. The breakfast is good with a variety of dishes and drinks.

hotel is ok , dusty curtains , dusty beds and pillows the sink is almost clogged slow the shower is suddenly hot water then cold water , the buffet is ok but not for me and location is not the best however is quite and safe and friendly staff but overrated not luxury

Near to nizami Street, good view, near sports complex, early morning walk with pleasant weather gives you good vibe..

Our stay in this hotel was a pleasant experience.. although the AC was on the warm mode and the weather wasn’t too cold but they changed our room to be able to open the windows and it was great.. the bedding is comfortable enough and the room is spacious enough and clean.. The toilet is beautiful and thankfully there’s a Shattaf although I wish they change the kind because it dispenses water in a painful way 😅 The breakfast was my favorite So many good and healthy choices.. and the staff are all so friendly, kind and helpful.. very recommended 👌🏽 Btw there are supermarkets and restaurants in walkable areas..

I loved my stay at the hotel, the rooms were very clean, the service was great and the staff were super professional. Also the quality of the food was very good. Great location, I was surrounded with different facilities the bus stop was near by, the restaurant and super markets also were around us.

Convenient with all services at great rates and very friendly staff, breakfast is a special experience to start your day with a fresh meal. Facilities are inviting and well maintained with helpful staff. Accessible with a pleasant walk to nearby bus stops or shops and nearby attractions.
