Grand Hotel Europe

The hotel is quiet and clean. The room is medium. No shataf in the bathroom but the toilet is Turkish style so no real need for shataf. The restaurant is somehow small compared to the guests. The breakfast is good with a variety of dishes and drinks.

Our stay in this hotel was a pleasant experience.. although the AC was on the warm mode and the weather wasn’t too cold but they changed our room to be able to open the windows and it was great.. the bedding is comfortable enough and the room is spacious enough and clean.. The toilet is beautiful and thankfully there’s a Shattaf although I wish they change the kind because it dispenses water in a painful way 😅 The breakfast was my favorite So many good and healthy choices.. and the staff are all so friendly, kind and helpful.. very recommended 👌🏽 Btw there are supermarkets and restaurants in walkable areas..

hotel is ok , dusty curtains , dusty beds and pillows the sink is almost clogged slow the shower is suddenly hot water then cold water , the buffet is ok but not for me and location is not the best however is quite and safe and friendly staff but overrated not luxury

I loved my stay at the hotel, the rooms were very clean, the service was great and the staff were super professional. Also the quality of the food was very good. Great location, I was surrounded with different facilities the bus stop was near by, the restaurant and super markets also were around us.

Convenient with all services at great rates and very friendly staff, breakfast is a special experience to start your day with a fresh meal. Facilities are inviting and well maintained with helpful staff. Accessible with a pleasant walk to nearby bus stops or shops and nearby attractions.

New Year’s Eve: Watching the fireworks from the balcony was a truly magical experience, creating an unforgettable start to the year. Room: 10/10. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and perfectly designed for comfort and relaxation. Room Service: Absolutely superb. Special thanks to Aysel and Nobar, who ensured every request was met promptly and with great care. Coffee/Bar: Amazing. The drinks were fantastic, and the coffee was rich and aromatic. A big thank you to Samir (supervisor) and Valariya, who made every visit to the bar a delightful experience. Samir arrange breakfast in the room as a DIAFAH. Reception and Staff: Out of standing! Kenan deserves a special bonus for his exceptional service and attentiveness. Baloglan and Husseyn were also incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the check-in and overall experience smooth and enjoyable. In/Out Carrying (Bell Service): Incredibly helpful and professional. Many thanks to Ali and Mohammed for their assistance during my stay. The spa: the cheapest in the city but the massage was awlalllah. 2 hours would be fabulous. Imagine how good is that. Overall: A perfect 10/10 experience. We recently spent 4 nights at this establishment, and while the rooms were cozy and well-appointed, our dining experience was severely lacking. As vegetarians, we repeatedly requested the staff to provide at least one vegetarian dish, but our pleas fell on deaf ears. Despite multiple requests, we were left with no option but to subsist on milk and dry fruits daily. The pool, too, was poorly maintained. The location, although pleasant, was inconveniently situated far from Nizami Street and Boulevard, necessitating frequent use of ride-hailing services. Pros: - Cozy rooms - Comfortable stay Cons: - Inadequate vegetarian options - Poor pool maintenance - Remote location Recommendation: Vegetarians may want to consider alternative options. Room for Improvement: Enhance vegetarian cuisine and pool maintenance to ensure a more enjoyable stay for all guests.
