Namesake 5 star hotel... Rooms are ok. There is no refrigerator or a mini bar. Bad service - we had to call like 5 times even for an extra pillow. Breakfast - breakfast timings are 7:00 am to 10:00 am. We came at 9 am and most of the items were over which they said there is no refilling. You can order only one omelette. We had to leave hungry. So much for saying unlimited breakfast. Overall this hotel no way feels like a 5 star. Keep very low expectations incase if you plan to book this hotel on offer.

Rooms are big and neat. Service is not great. Breakfast is very very poor.

Booked this hotel to attend a wedding. Breakfast was shocking, bland, cold and stale. We tried it once and never had breakfast at the hotel again. ||Most of the employees did not understand or speak English so communication was a daily issue. Mattresses were so hard it was like sleeping on a table, we were given a mattress topper but it made little difference. 7 nights of uncomfortable sleep. Shower head was not working properly as the nozzles were blocked up with limescale which was disgusting. We asked to change rooms, when we were shown the alternative, the shower head in there also wasn’t working. Due to the language barrier we were unable to communicate to the staff member that we would like a room with a shower that is in full working order. So we ended up just staying in our original room with an unpleasant shower. The room we had was also incredibly dark with no ceiling light to help.||Most of the staff were rude and not very welcoming, although we didn’t observe this towards locals which was concerning. We asked to purchase goggles and were told it would be 15 AZN which we knew was a lot to begin with. The employee then went in the office and came out 2 minutes later saying that the price had gone up to 25AZN. So that pretty much sums up the type of people running this hotel and the experience that comes with it. ||The only good thing about this hotel was a decent sized outdoor pool. I would avoid booking this hotel and spend your money elsewhere.

Breakfast was not good..The hotel looked deserted..Rooms were nice and service was also nice.

Stayed here for 4 nights, the rooms were good & spacious. But AC not working in room & no balcony as well, windows not opening too. It was very suffocating, complained multiple times to the staff (front desk) to rectify AC issue but no luck. They just told AC only works in summer season.

Worst Experience. Had struck in Bathroom and after breaking the door. Iam able to come out. They charged 200 Manathas. Service is poor. Swimming Pool not Working I think it's just a normal 3 star Hotel. No Qualities for a 5 Star hotel
