We stayed at the Grand Hotel in Flekkefjord for one night and found it to be a charming and convenient stop on our trip.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of town, with a small parking area available. Though do note that the spaces are quite tight. The building itself has a historical feel, with a touch of grandeur that gives it a unique character.
We had a family room with four beds, and it was surprisingly spacious, even including a small seating area and a private terrace. While the terrace overlooked the building next door, we could still catch a glimpse of the beautiful Norwegian mountains rising behind.
The room itself didn’t quite match the grandeur of the exterior, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a good night’s rest.
Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with fresh options that were regularly replenished. Not overly abundant, but more than enough to start the day right.
