Grand Hotel Imperiale

Just returned from a lovely family stay at this boutique hotel, and it truly delivered the warm, boutique experience we were looking for. From the start, we were supported by Laura (Reservations Manager) who went out of her way to accommodate our requests and ensure we had the best room possible. Her help made our stay feel smooth and personalized.Jelena from F&B team was super helpful and amazing when it comes to service. The hotel management was incredibly friendly and welcoming ,Special thanks to Franchisco (GM) and Alice (Reservations Manager) for their hospitality and support throughout our visit. It really felt like home cozy, relaxing, and very family oriented. The kids absolutely loved it! The hotel itself is set in a peaceful pinewood area, just a short walk to the beach, designer boutiques, and charming downtown shops. There’s also a kids park just around the corner, and the hotel provides a shuttle and plenty of bicycles, which we enjoyed using daily. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, and we’re excited to see the renovation upgrades planned for later this year, it will only get better. The food quality was good, and the overall experience struck a perfect balance of luxury and ease. Looking forward to coming back next year to see the new version of this already beautiful place.

I never start a hotel review talking about the Spa, but in this case I have to. I have had massages all over the world, but Barbara at Hotel Grande Imperial just topped them all. I would book this Hotel again just for the massage.||Now the Hotel. Very classy, elegant hotel where the staff say yes to everything with a smile. It's 200m from the main town area and beach front which is great. My room was amazing, modern Italian chiq. I was pleased from arrival to departure.||But a final word for Barbara. Bellissima, grazie.

From the minute we arrived we were treated like royalty. The hotel upgrades are gorgeous, the room and bathroom is spacious and well appointed. The breakfast buffet had many delicious choices. The staff was gracious and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located to all the shopping, beaches and restaurants. Having a driver at your disposal was an unexpected perk and we used this service multiple times during our stay. The decor outside the hotel is stunning and we enjoyed cocktails and snacks on the beautiful couches. We had a marvelous dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend staying at the Grand Hotel Imperiale.

A short walk from the hotel reveals a pedestrianized luxury district, home to high-end boutiques and designer stores. I had the unique opportunity to be the very first guest at the newly renovated hotel. It was a short trip to Forte for business purposes, but I hope to visit again soon and will ask for the same room with a sea view

The location is perfection, the hotel is beautiful , the room and fantastic and best of is the staff. All were great but especially the manager Alice who went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel, check-in was great. However, the room service and breakfast service were very unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel to Muslims. There is no information at breakfast about what kind of cold cuts are halal or haram, and when we asked, one woman did not know English, and another was very rude. Additionally, when we ordered a meal from the menu at breakfast on the 2nd day - the same as the day before, we received it without sauce (the day before it was with sauce), so we asked for it. The woman from the service started commenting nervously (I know Italian and I understood what she was saying) and going from person to person and showing that there is no sauce on the menu. (so why was it the day before?) Additionally, she was rude and insulted us in Italian. This is not the service you expect in a 5-star hotel. . We were very disappointed.I do not recommend

This 5-star hotel is in probably the best location in town. You can drive right up to the hotel and park there, which is super convenient, and yet you're also just a short walk away from the center of Forte dei Marmi since it’s right at the start of the pedestrian area.||The moment you walk in, you'll be struck by the hotel's opulent and sophisticated vibe. ||What really sets the Grand Hotel Imperiale apart is its distinguished clientele. It attracts guests who truly appreciate the finer things in life, creating a refined and exclusive atmosphere.||Despite its grandeur, the hotel doesn’t feel stuffy at all, thanks to the wonderful staff. They manage to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, making you feel right at home.||Unlike the typical 5-star hotels from big chains, the Grand Hotel Imperiale offers a unique and memorable experience. It's sophisticated and elegant, but also has the charm and intimacy of a boutique hotel. ||Thank you to all the team for their special attention!
