An unforgettable luxury stay at this truly stunning and high-class hotel! The Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga exceeded every expectation and delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms are incredibly spacious, grand and beautifully designed, with excellent soundproofing that makes them feel like a peaceful retreat in the middle of the city. The location is also very central, making it easy to explore Riga and walk to many of the main sights. The spa facilities are absolutely gorgeous, and the staff there are wonderful. We opted for a massage and it was honestly one of the best massages I have ever had. Service throughout the hotel was truly top tier, from reception to breakfast to the spa and every interaction in between. The rooftop restaurant was also delicious, with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Thank you for the most wonderful stay. We will absolutely be back.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga was absolutely outstanding and made our anniversary truly special. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were the best we have experienced, always professional, warm, and attentive. A special mention to the Lady in Red, who was incredibly professional and ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. We were also touched by the lovely anniversary surprise waiting for us in our room. The hotel is centrally located, making it ideal for exploring the city. Many excellent restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, which added great convenience to our stay. The breakfast was also exceptional with so many options. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the spa. It is a truly relaxing and beautifully designed space. From the quiet room, to the sauna, to the steam room and the indoor pool, every area was designed for comfort and tranquility. It was an experience in itself and the perfect way to unwind. The Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga is without question the best place to stay. We highly recommend it and would gladly return.

I have stayed at Kempinski before and generally like this hotel chain, but the one in Riga initially looked a bit outdated for my taste. Still, I decided to give it a chance. I visited Riga during the Christmas market season, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right in the city center, within walking distance of everything. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was good overall; however, this was the only downside of my stay. Ordering from the à la carte menu took quite a long time, with waiting times of around 20–30 minutes, and I’m not sure whether this was due to staffing or other issues. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Travelled here with my partner to propose to her in Riga, we spent 3 nights in the hotel and it was an amazing experience, very attentive staff no matter what type of room/suite you are staying in, great atmosphere throughout the hotel. Could not ask for more. Amazing food from room service, and a brilliant spa and massage experience.

Great hotel in very very city center and 1 minute from Riga opera House. Very nice small spa with pool and underwater massage. If you like cigars, than you can visit cigar lounge. Great service and clean rooms. Fabulous breakfast.
