I’ve stayed in some gorgeous places, and this hotel was the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. I was welcomed as soon as I arrived to the hotel from the airport. My 2nd floor room was divine, with a balcony, the cleanest room I’ve ever seen, with a beautiful gift of Lithuanian chocolate and another nice personal welcome from staff. Everyone working in the hotel was super friendly and professional. Visiting dignitaries and presidents seem to stay there often, as I watched several motorcades from my room. I even watched a large folk dance and song parade a block from the hotel. I was able to walk to the church for my brother’s wedding, and walk to restaurants, shops, and the river. I ordered room service several times, and everything was always as promised. Thank you for such a fantastic experience - I hope to return again someday.

We not only experienced exceptional service, but also have a good story to tell about the integrity and customer service experience. My wife got separated from her valuable watch. The hotel staff quickly found the watch and reunited it with my wife. It really saved us from a heart breaking experience, and for this we are eternally grateful. ||Upon our late arrival, we were very pleased to be upgraded, due to my Hilton status. We had a wonderful room overlooking Cathedral Square. ||As for the hotel, it is very well located for a visitor’s experience. You could not ask for a better located property. ||Their pool and spa are very beautiful and should be experienced. ||We both had breakfast in a room overlooking Cathedral Square. The service was attentive and the food well prepared. ||I also must say the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The amenities offered in the room left nothing to be desired.

The location on Cathedral Square is convenient and pleasant: main sights right across and lots of restaurant on the beautiful Pilie Street nearby. The spa and the pool are lovely. The front desk staff are friendly and eager to help. ||The minus have to do more with the hotel's design: the shower is such that not only you can't reach the towel, but the dry rug is pushed out with the door so you can't step on it! The bed is a bit too soft for my taste. There is also no USB charging ports. I was told that a renovation is expected: hopefully these will be fixed by that.

This is the best hotel to stay in Vilnius. Starting from very welcoming reception to every detail in this hotel. The hotel has beautiful design, comfortable bed (just like sleeping in the clouds), very clean and fresh. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast from 06:30 which is super convenient for the early birds likes us. Parking is 60€ available at the hotel. Location is right in front of the bell tower near the old town! Absolutely worth staying here and exploring historical Vilnius! P. S thank you to an amazing lady at the reception who found a steamer for my after 23:00 she was incredibly helpful and saved my husband suit!

I stayed here 3 days in May,2025. I could not ask for better accommodations. The staff were attentive and courteous. Excellent service. The hotel was comfortable, large, quiet and first class all the way. I took advantage of the pool/sauna too and it was excellent. Breakfast is pricey, but oh my, what a selection you have! It was great. I can't say enough about this hotel and its staff and I will certainly return. Highly recommended.

I had a perfect three night stay here! It was truly luxurious without being fussy, and a sensory pleasure through and through. Loved the classic beauty and warm design, comfortable bed and soft sheets, the wonderfully warm staff and attention to detail. My only suggestion for improvement is that I would have loved extra spa opening hours in the morning and/or evening, and that the coffee was just good but not excellent.

Wonderful property. First class service. Beautiful breakfast and right across the street is the cathedral that is the center of Vilnius. Many nice restaurants within walking distance. The day i took the bus to Riga it was literally across the street. As well as the pickup for the Hop on Hop off tour bus and the trip to Trakai. So excellent location. Clean rooms, my friend had left a list of things that were not working, the lightbulb, etc that she was going to give to the front desk when she checked out so they could fix them for the next person. Well, the maintenance guy came in and fixed every single thing and she hadn’t even given the list to the front desk. It was just sitting on her desk. That is excellent attention to detail.

My husband and I decided to visit Vilnius, Lithuania for five nights to celebrate my birthday. Although it's been a long time since we last visited a Hilton property, we decided the Grand Hotel Vilnius was just the place for the festivities. And, from the moment we arrived, until we departed, this hotel mostly didn't disappoint. Almost every employee was very friendly, service oriented, and professional.||We also enjoyed our room, which was a deluxe with a balcony. We had an excellent view of the Cathedral and its bell tower. The room itself was comfortable and convenient.||I happened to mention to one of the servers at breakfast that it was my birthday. She surprised me with a little cake with a candle on it. Every day after that, she made a point of saying hello, and was very friendly and welcoming. That was much appreciated, and it didn't go unnoticed.||My one complaint has to do with the seating in the restaurant during breakfast. I found the chairs uncomfortable, so my husband and I decided we'd rather sit in the bar area. That was okay on most days. On the last day, we were strongly encouraged to move into the restaurant. I got the sense that the staff was hoping to keep the bar area unoccupied because it was more convenient for them. ||As a former server myself, I certainly understand wanting to be efficient and keeping areas clean for as long as possible. However, as a guest, I kind of felt put out, especially when the restaurant filled up and people were sitting in the bar, anyway. I suppose I could have said no to the suggestion/request to move, but I wasn't sure if maybe the bar area was closed. Obviously, it wasn't.||For as much as the breakfast costs, and the fact that the hotel is rated five star, that incident left me with a less than excellent impression on our last day. So that is why I didn't award five stars, because to me, five stars means near perfection.||However, I wouldn't hesitate to book another stay at the Grand Hotel Vilnius. It's a beautiful property, and overall, we had a wonderful time.
