Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton

We had a great stay at the Grand Hotel. From check in to check out, the staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. The room was spacious and clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom again spacious and clean. The blackout blinds worked well to keep the room dark. Breakfast each morning had great variety and plenty for everyone. Location is perfect, across from the cathedral. Highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel at the end of July 2025. Beautiful building in a good location, in the Old Town, close to the main attractions of Vilnius. Clean, comfortable rooms with a great view of the Cathedral. Impeccable service, very good restaurant. We were impressed by the high level of customer service of the receptionist Indraja. She greeted us warmly upon arrival and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. During our stay, Indraja answered our many questions and gave us many useful tips. She is a true professional in the hospitality industry and deserves recognition.

This is the hotel the stay at for discerning consumers. I asked an official Lithuanian delegate to the USA (off the record) and they recommended this hotel. Home run! Amazing location, and as I write this review, I’m staring at the clock tower from the central cathedral from my balcony.||Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms! Well appointed||Very friendly staff and a shout out to the excellent bellboy “V” (happy 20th birthday)!||The surprise? Hilton honors included breakfast. This was no ordinary, breakfast: tasty, diverse, and sustained us for each tourism day! ||Highly recommend !

I’ve stayed in some gorgeous places, and this hotel was the nicest I’ve ever stayed in. I was welcomed as soon as I arrived to the hotel from the airport. My 2nd floor room was divine, with a balcony, the cleanest room I’ve ever seen, with a beautiful gift of Lithuanian chocolate and another nice personal welcome from staff. Everyone working in the hotel was super friendly and professional. Visiting dignitaries and presidents seem to stay there often, as I watched several motorcades from my room. I even watched a large folk dance and song parade a block from the hotel. I was able to walk to the church for my brother’s wedding, and walk to restaurants, shops, and the river. I ordered room service several times, and everything was always as promised. Thank you for such a fantastic experience - I hope to return again someday.

The location on Cathedral Square is convenient and pleasant: main sights right across and lots of restaurant on the beautiful Pilie Street nearby. The spa and the pool are lovely. The front desk staff are friendly and eager to help. ||The minus have to do more with the hotel's design: the shower is such that not only you can't reach the towel, but the dry rug is pushed out with the door so you can't step on it! The bed is a bit too soft for my taste. There is also no USB charging ports. I was told that a renovation is expected: hopefully these will be fixed by that.

Overall this is a very good hotel, with key pluses being excellent location, great reception staff and fantastic spa (shout out to Bridgitta in particular). That said, it still falls short of other Hilton/Conrad/Curio 5* hotels because: 1) their breakfast menu is limited and the eggs are always cold and not fresh, 2) service at breakfast could be better, 3) the divider in the shower that separates the rain shower from the handheld shower setting was broken so you get both at the same time, 4) they didn’t realise that I am a Gold member and took them a while to ensure my status is accounted for. All in all, this is probably the best hotel to stay in Vilnius but some improvements still needed.

This is a great hotel - wonderfully located with fine big rooms. Our stay was just for one night but we could happily recommend it for a longer stay. One tip - if going there by taxi, make sure the driver doesn’t bring you to the other Hilton, as our one did!

This is the best hotel to stay in Vilnius. Starting from very welcoming reception to every detail in this hotel. The hotel has beautiful design, comfortable bed (just like sleeping in the clouds), very clean and fresh. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast from 06:30 which is super convenient for the early birds likes us. Parking is 60€ available at the hotel. Location is right in front of the bell tower near the old town! Absolutely worth staying here and exploring historical Vilnius! P. S thank you to an amazing lady at the reception who found a steamer for my after 23:00 she was incredibly helpful and saved my husband suit!
