Grand Hotel

The Grand Hotel is one of the best vacations spent with my family, offering a great deal. Allowed for early check-in upon availability as we arrived early. Spend a great time out of regular work with sophisticated ambiance and food. Due to the beautiful structure, We felt like we were on the streets of the other country. Convenient for shopping and commuting to the local tourist attractions. Enjoyed the everyday stay. Thank you Grand Hotel staff for the services provided. Best Hotel for all types of events. Will surely visit again.

The room was excellent, and the location was fantastic. Although the food was somewhat disappointing, the hotel overall is definitely great.If you have business near CST, this hotel is worth considering.Keep in mind that while the food at the hotel's restaurant could be better, it isn't bad. The reception and other staff provide good service and are very accommodating.

I recently stayed at Grand Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy to access local attractions and transportation. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I appreciated the modern amenities, including the fast Wi-Fi and high-quality toiletries.

Great room, amazing location, food was a bit of a let down but overall great hotel for sure. If you have some work near CST then it's definitely worth looking at booking a room here. Do note that whilst the food at the hotel's restaurant does leave you desiring more and better options, it's by no means bad. The service from the reception and other staff is good and they're very accommodating as well. Overall a great experience for sure!

I have stayed in this hotel for two to three days, customer service is good. The food is delicious whether it is a breakfast, lunch and dinner everything is perfect. The staff is well behaved and so cooperative.

My sister and I stayed at the Grand Hotel for a night and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is the highlight, perfect place for evening strolls. We expected the hotel to be old ( 101 years old indeed!) which it is yet well maintained and glad to see renovations ongoing without making it lose its old school charm. The architecture is so fascinating, I couldn’t stop admiring. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The person who helped us with the luggages and the front desk staff were very courteous. If we are in South Bombay again, we would love to be back at Grand Hotel. Thank you for the service!

The hotel is just amazing. I’ll give 5 Star to this hotel. The staff was quite friendly and they serve delicious food. It’s one of must visit hotel when you guys are in Mumbai. Elegant interior:)
