Grand Hotel Mussmann

Beautiful rooms, hotel & friendly staff. I pulled into the wrong stall for vehicle parking & they helped me back out. Just to find out their normal parking area was closed because of a garage door failure. The front desk staff were not aware of this. After a little confusion, they helped me get into the parking garage in a different location. Great folks. They upgraded our room & it was probably the nicest I've ever been in. Sadly, it was my father & I. Seemed like a waste of a room. We still enjoyed it greatly & got a laugh out of the whole situation. Staff were very helpful & warm. Great folks & hotel. I'd recommend anyone I know to stay here. Great experience overall

Return visit. Really nice hotel, good choice of breakfast options. Only complaint, and it is minor, is they call the rooms names instead of numbers and it does not make it easy finding your room!😁

The best thing about this hotel is the location, right opposite the main train station - but you can't hear in the room. Service friendly, rooms clean with slight signs of wear and tear. Breakfast excellent, just the same choice every day, which can cause grumpiness during a longer stay. Interestingly, the floors and rooms do not have numbers but names.

Didn't actually stay but wife was on her period the other night and we didn't have ibuprofen / an easy way to access it as supermarkets here dont sell it and everything is shut on Sunday. Anyway the staff were so lovely and kindly supplied us with some pain relief. Hope yall see this and thank you so much!!

Clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast with friendly, attentive staff. Recommend.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff of the reception is attentive, knows the city and gives good tips and always with a great mood. Several languages are spoken. The rooms are spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a singing shower, that brings a smile to your day. Breakfast is served by gracious staff that makes your wishes come true! Highly recommended!

We only stayed here one night, but it was a lovely stay that made a very favorable impression. We arrived in Hannover by train (not the original plan but thanks to Lufthansa's poor management, a plan we were stuck with) and were delighted to find that the hotel was just across the street from the station. Our room was very spacious and quiet and included a walk in closet and desk area, and the bathroom was over the top! There was a tv (with all my favorite international options) imbedded in the bathroom mirror , which let me watch the news while getting ready. Also, when you turn on the water in the shower, Classical music pipes in along with a colored light show! It's a bit Las Vegas-sy, but I loved it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had just enough options to jump-start our day.

My room was tastefully decorated. The window faced out onto a courtyard, so not much of a view but it meant that it was very quiet despite the hotel's central location. ||The bed was comfortable and the shower gives a coloured light show + musical accompaniment(!)||Breakfast is served from 6.30 and the pastries are delicious.||The staff are friendly and helpful.||The hotel is right next to the Hauptbahnhof and to Kropke tube station, so whether you want to explore locally or further afield you are in the perfect location.||My flight did not leave until late but I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel upon check out and collect it later.
