This hotel is a gem. The property is beautiful. Classic but restored and well mantained. Roons are comfortable and updated but also keeping the classical luxury flair. The terrace is gorgeous, overseeing all the Napoli bay. Precious views. We were there for New Years Eve and the views were spectacular, seeing all the fireworks. You can enjoy this view every day because breakfast happens in that space every morning. |But the very best of the hotel is the attention to the details: employees are all the time trying that you feel home and pampered. They come out with surprises linked to the hotel history. Employees are very commited and some of them have been working at the hotel for many years and they are experts on taking care of a luxury hotel guests. |The property of the hotel is still a family that has owned the hotel for very long and you can see how passionste they are about being hoteliers. |The hotel is quite close to the city center (Piazza del Plebiscito is at 20 minutes walking through the beautiful Chiaia district) but it stil gives a break from the crazy Napoli old town.|I’ve been to many hotels because of my work but this place has stolen my heart for all the care of the details and for how special is the place. If I ever go back to Napoli, this will be my hotel again with no hesitation.|If you want to enjoy Napoli and be pampered, this is the place!! Thank you for everything, Grand Hotel Parker’s!

My stay at the Grand Hotel Parker's was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the elegance and charm of this historic gem. The hotel seamlessly combines old-world sophistication with modern luxury, making it a truly unique experience. The view of the Bay of Naples from my room was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to such a panorama felt like a dream. The rooms themselves are beautifully appointed, spacious, and meticulously clean, with every detail carefully thought out for guest comfort. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, always ready with a smile or helpful recommendations for exploring the city. The hotel’s gastronomic offerings were another highlight. Breakfast on the terrace was a daily delight, with fresh and flavorful options paired with stunning views. Dining at the George Restaurant was an unforgettable culinary journey – truly Michelin-star worthy! The location is ideal for both relaxation and exploration. Set in the prestigious Chiaia district, the hotel provides a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to Naples' vibrant attractions, such as the historic center and the waterfront. I can't recommend Grand Hotel Parker's highly enough. Whether you're visiting Naples for business, leisure, or a romantic getaway, this hotel will exceed all your expectations. We stayed at the Grand Hotel Parker's for two nights before moving on to the Amalfi Coast for our wedding, and it was an unexpected pleasure. Our focus being mostly on the impending wedding, we hadn't invested much time or effort investigating Naples or the hotel, but it turned out to be a real turn-of-the-century treasure with attentive service, comfortable historic rooms, a stunning view, and an outstanding restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet, within walking distance of some good cocktail bars and the seaside promenade as well as a train stop to get you into the heart of Naples within 10-20 minutes. You can also take a scenic walk along a hillside road to the Spanish Quarter and the museums beyond. Our room as well as the rooftop terrace had incredible views of the Bay of Naples, Vesuvius, and the city. The bathroom was modern and spacious, but the bedroom retained the old-world charm you would expect of an older building. We had considered the other 'Grand' hotels of Naples, and chose Parker's basically on a whim, but we were very glad we did-- it was a little taste of the Grand Tour at its greatest height, in a beautiful city.

I stay at many 5 star hotels but this one raises the bar. They should get a 6th star for excellence in every category. Don’t miss the exquisite breakfast in the dining room while admiring the beautiful view. All the staff are warm and welcoming and go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful experience.

Five Star Luxury! My husband and I stayed here for 10 days last month, and it truly felt like home! The hotel quality and service offered is unmatched including the hospitality, food (including room service), and the cleanliness, size, and view from the rooms. We especially enjoyed our rooftop aperitivos at the end of the day with the stunning Bay of Naples view... It is truly an urban oasis! The owner, Giovanni, even took the time to chat with us and other guests at breakfast. It was very classy and appreciated. Highly recommend!

This hotel is a gem, with beautiful decor and excellent service set above the bustling Napoli. Its location is in the middle of the two very nice neighborhoods and up sets of stairs or a short cab ride to the port and more touristy areas of the city. This offers a quiet escape after a long day of sightseeing with the most spectacular views of the bay of Naples. Our room was a comfortable size for an urban hotel, and the bathroom was spacious. Very clean and very recently updated (2024) while maintaining the original historic decor and design elements. The rooms at the front of the hotel have an amazing view and are surprisingly very quiet despite proximity to the street below. The service is truly five star. Everyone at the front desk was happy to greet us and make recommendations on the best restaurants and places to visit in the area. We were treated to cake on my birthday which was a nice touch! Highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included. Breakfast is served on the sixth floor with that gorgeous view. An assortment of pastries, fruit yogurt are provided and they offer plates of meats & cheese, salmon, and a variety of breads and jams. You can order anything off the menu as well if you’re still hungry. At night the rooftop opens for food and drinks, which I highly recommend for the view alone, food is refined Neapolitan fare. Overall, five stars but would remove a half star because the location could be difficult for some who are not used to walking uphills/stairs.

Everything about the Grand Hotel Parker was great. The room was comfortable, the common spaces were lovely. The food was exceptional. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and helpful. Sitting on the balcony enjoying breakfast or a late afternoon snack and drink was incredibly relaxing. I would love to go back!
