Grand Hotel Passetto

Very friendly and competent personell! Beautiful and light room and bathroom. Great view over the Adria, large balcony with table and chairs. Traffic noise from the street below only during the day, at night no traffic and therefore quiet. Breakfast room very elegant. The buffet is wonderful! Good restaurants in walking distance! The Hotel Passetto is highly recommendable

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Passetto this July. The location is simply unbeatable — perched above the sea with stunning views and just steps from the Passetto beach. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the Adriatic. Each morning I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of fresh options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready with local tips that made my visit even better. The outdoor pool was a delightful bonus. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. I can’t wait to return!

You can't beat the views from this hotel! The location is a great balance of stunning views and access to all the city has to offer. ||We enjoyed the pool on the property and loved visiting the beach that was easily accessible across the street. ||The staff was very kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay very much!

The rooms are comfortable, with good working airco and good beds, the breakfast is great, and the hotel has a nice pool well secluded from the street. In our room (top class) there was no wifi reception, which is rather unacceptable when you are there for work, they definitely need to fix this. Another week point is parking space: the hotel has only got a few spaces available, luckily space can often be found in the streets nearby, but most of them are with parking meter. There is a parking lot right over the hotel, but the hotel only has 3 spaces there: that should be definitely more.||||The first few days we had an unfriendly girl at the reception, but that changed when other collaborators took over. Once you get to know the "camarero" in the breakfast room, he is a very pleasant man. The breakfast room is light and stylish, and he fits in greatly.||||The hotel is on a nice location near the sea, but right accross there is a restaurant with roof bar that can be very noisy when ythey have a festivity.

Nice hotel, recently refurbished, with excellent view and overall quality. Superior breakfast. Personnel very kind. The only problem is related to the lighting system in the room. the functioning mechanism is not intuitive as it should be.

The hotel has its pros and cons, but travelers should be aware of a few important details. The biggest challenge is the noise level. Since the doors are old wooden ones with little to no soundproofing, sounds from the hallway and cleaning in nearby rooms can be very noticeable. Doors also lock with a key, so knocking is common and can disturb those still resting. From around 7 a.m., it may be difficult to continue sleeping. The blinds on the windows do a good job of blocking sunlight, but they can be quite noisy and don’t prevent outside sounds from coming through. If your priority is a peaceful and quiet stay, this hotel may not be the best choice. However, if noise is not a major concern, it could still be an option.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great. There’s a small gym available as well. Be sure to ask the team for restaurant recommendations nearby—they have some excellent suggestions.

This hotel is located in a great location. Clean and well preserved hotel! Breakfast was great and service was perfect.
