Dear Management of Grand Hotel Sava,
I truly enjoyed my stay in Rogaška Slatina – the beautiful nature, clean air, beneficial waters, peaceful environment, quietness, and elegant rest spots were all wonderful. I also liked the Sava Hotel, especially the thermal pool. The rooms are tidy, the bathroom is comfortable, and the food is delicious. I especially enjoyed the ANIN festival concerts.
However, everything could have been even better if the pillow in my room had been comfortable. The mattress is fine, but the pillows are terribly uncomfortable. I came to Rogaška specifically for relaxation and to calm my nervous system, but I left with a major problem. My cervical osteochondrosis worsened so severely because of the poor pillow that my right hand has not functioned properly for 20 days. The pillows are very worn and lumpy inside and absolutely need to be replaced.
I reported this issue to the reception 2–3 times. On one occasion, I called a staff member to show the problem, and they replaced the pillow, but the new one was in the same condition. We pay a significant amount to stay at Sava Hotel so that we can genuinely relax and enjoy ourselves. Unfortunately, due to your terrible pillows, I was unable to rest and, on the contrary, my condition worsened.
Given the situation with my neck and the inactivity of my right hand for several days, I could request compensation from you. However, I will not do so, as I do not have the time for legal procedures and am very busy. I regret that things turned out this way. I hope that you will address this serious issue.
