This is my third time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, I am quite disappointed. While I had hoped for an improved experience, the issues I encounter this time make my stay frustrating and far from what one would expect from a four-star hotel.
The room is significantly small without even a chair or a small table—basic amenities that should be standard in a hotel of this category, especially for guests who need to work.
The biggest disappointment, however, is the window. Not only is it tiny, but instead of any sort of view, all I could see were the metal sheets from the suites, just three meters away. Because of this, the room felt extremely dark, even during the day, making it even less pleasant to stay in. Worse still, whenever it rained, the sound of water constantly hitting the metal was relentless, making it difficult to sleep or even relax.
The staff was not helpful at all. Despite my repeated complaints, they showed little interest in resolving the issues. It felt as though they were indifferent to guest concerns, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed standard.
I can definitely say that the amount I paid for five nights does not correspond to the level of service and comfort provided. A four-star hotel should offer more than just a name—it should deliver an experience that justifies its rating and pricing.
