This is a lovely hotel, beautifully designed, comfortable, excellent customer service. It is located in a very nice area with limited traffic; many lovely piazzas in short walking distance.||I wrote to the hotel a few times in advance with issues and they always responded immediately and clearly. Staff at the desk during our stay were congenial and helpful.||Just past the reception desk, there is a beautiful common area with plenty of comfortable seating, with and without tables. This is connected to the breakfast area; excellent breakfast with a wide selection of high quality meats, cheeses, fruits, etc. or a more English/American breakfast if you prefer.||Our standard room was elegantly designed, bright and well lit. Windows open wide in the bedroom and bathroom. Our room looked out onto the courtyard. There was some sound of voices during the day, but it was quiet at night.||The room was beautifully furnished: a comfortable wide writing desk with a suitable chair. Nice closet with good quality hangers, and drawers for clothing. The bathroom has surface space for your things, including window sill. Good quality magnifying mirror with lights. Blow dryer in a handy spot out of the way. Bed is comfortable.||This was our second stay; for us, this hotel is impeccable.||Do you like good food? Our two favorite nearby restaurants were Solferino and Le Vitel Etonne.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks in May 2025. You can find out a lot about a hotel in that time. We both agreed at the end of our visit the consistence of living quality and friendly service was always the highest possible. The location was perfect. We could walk to most of the sites easily and the walks themselves were a pleasure. Every street was like a promenade meant to stroll and take in the beauty of Turin. The room was great the bed much bigger then most European hotel beds. We had a walk-in shower that over flowed once and as soon as we told the front desk it was fixed within a few minutes. We ate at the hotel Bistro a couple times and food was very good. The mussels and pasta dish was fantastic. But the thing that sold us on the hotel when we were first deciding was the American Bar and it turned out to be a hidden jewel that added greatly to the experience. American mixed drinks in Italy is special. Lastly I have say the front desk staff was incredible. always friendly and helpful for the whole two weeks. They made reservations got tickets and orders taxis, not to mention they broke some of larger euros into lower denominations.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Absolutely faultless. Beautiful decor. Courteous staff. Sumptuous breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were elegantly furnished. ||Centrally located. You are within proximity of the main piazza but it is quiet at night. You can walk easily from the Porta Nuova railway station and 10-15 mins taxi ride from Porta Susa railway. ||You can enjoy a reasonably priced and delicious meal at the restaurant next door called ‘Carlo e Camillo’. Can recommend the focaccia starter. ||Lovely cosy bar although didn’t get the chance to use it.||Would most definitely stay again.

Five star in all respects in a very convenient central location - 5 minutes to Egyptian Museum, 15 minutes to castle. Well appointed room with extremely comfortable bed and complete amenities. Luxurious lobby and lobby bar and very helpful staff. I skipped the high end restaurant in favor of the bistro which was just ok. Difficult to find if you're driving, but valet parking offered.

The classic rooms are beautiful, full of old world charm and elegance. The value and service is a real cherry on top of the great location. It’s my go to location for Turin. Giulia at reception - is a true hero and excellent host. I would like to note that although my Italian is pretty good - they easily switched to English for my British partner whenever was needed. Really really wonderful and make sure you have a drink in their American bar!

Comfortable, elegant hotel near shopping and sites. Rooms and hallways on guest floors look recently redone. Rooms are not particularly large by US standards but comfortable and quiet—we faced a pedestrian and heard little noise. The air conditioning works well—important given >90F temperatures. Fine breakfast, and the rate (€235) was stunningly good after other Italian cities and small towns.

Fantastic location and a really nice hotel. Really well run, quiet rooms, very clean, and bordering on luxurious. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone. The breakfast is excellent too. The only very slight minus is that the shower was a little on the small side, but the bathroom on the whole was beautiful. Bed was super comfortable and internet worked perfectly

The Grand Hotel Sitea is centrally located in Turin being walking distance to everything. We had some difficulty with our hire car getting close enough to the hotel to drop off our luggage. Fortunately, we were helped enormously by Gabriel who is a credit to the Grand Hotel Sitea. The hotel itself is a historical hotel with lovely public areas, as you would expect. Breakfast was superb and the staff were at all times courteous and helpful. Ultimately, it is the central location in a wonderful city that is the key selling point. Definitely a fantastic option if you are visiting Turin.

Yelp
No reason to look anywhere else for a hotel in Turin. This is a beautiful hotel located in the City Centre near many shops and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet each morning, nicely appointed and comfortable rooms, excellent showers. But, what sets this hotel apart is the service. All the staff are incredibly responsive and helpful. Parking is a breeze for only 25 euros. Just park outside the front door and your car is moved to a secure, private garage. If you will need again within the next couple of hours they will park in their interior courtyard. We used Turin as our base of operations, but on two occasions we left for two days (skiing at Courmayeur and bullet train to Rome). In both cases we didn't want to haul all of our luggage. No problem--they held our luggage until we returned. We enjoyed our time in Turin and will definitely come back. There's no question where we will stay--Grand Hotel Sitea!

Yelp
Okay, so the 5 stars here might be because we booked the Executive Double Room...but WOW! We felt like royalty! The room was huge and had beautiful details like crown molding, high-end materials and a walk-in closet. Equipped with robes, slippers and other luxuries we almost didn't want to leave the room. The hotel itself was really nice as well, and we almost felt like Kevin in Home Alone 2. The breakfast included an impressive selection of meats, cheeses, breads, etc. It's too bad we only had one night here! As for the area- we were able to walk to several nearby shops & restaurants. Parking was a breeze.

Yelp
Where do I begin!! I love classy historic hotels and this one was exactly that. A great stay we had one night in July 2016. The room was large with a beautiful delicious bathtub and great products. Cozy and comfortable bed. Beautiful views of Turin out the windows that opened for fresh air. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and filling. Check out my photos for more love. A perfect location in beautiful Turin!

Yelp
Located in the best part of town, right in the center of the old city very close to the Piazza San Carlo and the Piazza Castello and most of the attractions in this kind of quiet but lovely town. The hotel is meticulously kept, and the service is attentive and friendly but never intrusive, just what we look for in a property. Breakfast was excellent with something for everyone and great custom cappucini each morning. Beautiful branded robes, slippers and amenities in the spotlessly clean room, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return.

Yelp
Getting straight to the point, this is one of the GREAT hotels. Every detail has been lovingly considered. I usually lean toward economy, thinking where I sleep is relatively unimportant compared to other aspects of my travel. I decided to treat myself on my first visit to Torino, and I'm so glad. This hotel either has the most enlightened owners/managers or its employees just love working here or, most likely, both.

Yelp
Fabulous fancy hotel. Pretty pricey but super nice and amazing breakfast. It's also located really close to the egyptian museum. If you stay here go to the patio behind the restaurant and look for the cute little turtle family.

Yelp
Basically a nice old hotel, but missing many details. Breakfast is more like a conference buffet. Room is lacking an iron and hair dryer. Bar is ways too expensive (8 EUR for a small beer).

Yelp
This hotel would have been a 4-5 star experience aside from the fact that they turn off the air conditioning to your room during the hottest part of the day! Thank goodness it is just 70 degrees today! Without air the Windows provide limited air to make the room only moderately tolerable. I can't imagine returning on my next visit next month! This should be noted on the website and prior to reservation! My husband went to reception and they told him nothing could be done, but 5 minutes after posting the air conditioning was turned on. Not sure there is a correlation but happy my husband went down and happy that they were so responsive.
