It's a highly-regarded hotel, praised for its central location, and elegant decor. A consistent highlight for me is the breakfast experience. It's a generous and varied buffet that receives high praise for its quality and wide selection. Also a special treat is being able to enjoy breakfast in the hotel's charming private garden. The high quality of the food, combined with the pleasant setting, makes it a memorable and satisfying start to the day.

This is a lovely, well located hotel but it doesn’t rate as a five star. Our room was comfortable and charming yet dated. When we arrived there was no one to help with our bags. Turn down service is at 3 pm; you have to ask for a later time and when we did our face towels were mistakenly replaced with bath mats!|Breakfast is nice but the coffee meager. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and impossibly attractive. Do stay here, but lower your expectations.

The hotel is located right in the city center. All the sights are within walking distance. You can also walk to the embankment and the park nearby. We had a spacious room of good quality. Yes, it is not new and a little shabby, but in very good condition. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is very responsive. Although if they recommend going to the restaurant opposite - do not go) The hotel does not have parking, but there is an agreement with a garage 5 minutes walk away. We enjoyed our stay.

This Must Be My Favourite All time Hotel for Consistency Over the Years. |Clean / Amazing Staff / Spacious Rooms and Best Ever Breakfast, visited many times since 2017 and always had the same exact Brilliant Experience. |The Bar in the Hotel is Old School Tip Top.|Valet Parking Service also a Plus +.

A truly wonderful hotel. The location is great, close to the train station, in walking distance to any of the museums, to the river and to many great restaurants. It’s a safe and lively area even at night. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They all looked happy to work there which makes me happy to support the hotel as it seems very well run! Generally, the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. The rooms were very clean, elegant and comfortable, with AC. The bathrooms were well laid out and convenient. The bedding and beds were very comfortable (with rather soft mattresses). The hotel itself is beautiful, with a very nice breakfast room. There is a small inner garden with turtles which looked well cared for with vegetables and fruit peels at their disposal. The breakfast is good, but not exceptional, which is a bit too bad since I would say that the hotel is otherwise quite exceptional. But it is really my only (and very small) complaint. I would gladly stay again at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Turin! We also tried the bistro Carlo and Camillo, ran by the hotel, and would recommend it! The food was very good and the service too.

We had a very pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Sitea. The reception was warm and friendly, and we appreciated the offer to upgrade our room for a small additional cost – a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were consistently super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are traditional in style but well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and attentive, friendly service. For the gym, I’d recommend consulting a fitness professional to optimize the layout and equipment selection, as the space is quite small and the current setup is not ideal. We didn’t try the Michelin-starred restaurant, but unfortunately, the bistro was a disappointment: service was slow, the waitress appeared visibly uninterested, and the food lacked excitement.

I experienced the most incredible stay at Grand Hotel Sitea. This historic 5-star hotel has equally 5-star service and staff. Located in the heart of Turin, the hotel is perfectly positioned and also gorgeous. The hotel lobby, restaurants and hotel bar "American Bar" have retained its old warm charm without feeling dated, also managing to preserve some details dating back to decades prior, yet keeping the opulence and elegance of that by-gone era without feeling "stuffy" or "pretentious" like other hotels of its caliber would. The rooms are all done in similar taste, but more modern with thoughtful touches. The bed was HUGE and so comfortable and I especially appreciated the spacious spa bathroom and delicious smelling products. Sitea is a sustainable hotel and still family-owned and operated after all of these years - which was another thing I appreciated both as a traveller and travel professional. Other things worth noting is their incredibly abundant gourmet breakfast spread, enchanting garden (with turtles!), an amazing hotel bar with legend and veteran Italian bartender Beppe serving some great classics, forgotten classic cocktails, as well as his own signature drinks (1 was even given an award!), and not one but two restaurants to choose from - their Michelin star Ristorante Carignano and the more "casual" stylish bistrot Carlo e Camillo. But what stood out the most were the people who worked there - extremely professional but also super sweet and personable, always welcoming you with a smile and going out of their way to help you with any questions or needs, making sure you feel taken care of at every moment.

Comfortable, elegant hotel near shopping and sites. Rooms and hallways on guest floors look recently redone. Rooms are not particularly large by US standards but comfortable and quiet—we faced a pedestrian and heard little noise. The air conditioning works well—important given >90F temperatures. Fine breakfast, and the rate (€235) was stunningly good after other Italian cities and small towns.

Yelp
No reason to look anywhere else for a hotel in Turin. This is a beautiful hotel located in the City Centre near many shops and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet each morning, nicely appointed and comfortable rooms, excellent showers. But, what sets this hotel apart is the service. All the staff are incredibly responsive and helpful. Parking is a breeze for only 25 euros. Just park outside the front door and your car is moved to a secure, private garage. If you will need again within the next couple of hours they will park in their interior courtyard. We used Turin as our base of operations, but on two occasions we left for two days (skiing at Courmayeur and bullet train to Rome). In both cases we didn't want to haul all of our luggage. No problem--they held our luggage until we returned. We enjoyed our time in Turin and will definitely come back. There's no question where we will stay--Grand Hotel Sitea!

Yelp
Okay, so the 5 stars here might be because we booked the Executive Double Room...but WOW! We felt like royalty! The room was huge and had beautiful details like crown molding, high-end materials and a walk-in closet. Equipped with robes, slippers and other luxuries we almost didn't want to leave the room. The hotel itself was really nice as well, and we almost felt like Kevin in Home Alone 2. The breakfast included an impressive selection of meats, cheeses, breads, etc. It's too bad we only had one night here! As for the area- we were able to walk to several nearby shops & restaurants. Parking was a breeze.

Yelp
Where do I begin!! I love classy historic hotels and this one was exactly that. A great stay we had one night in July 2016. The room was large with a beautiful delicious bathtub and great products. Cozy and comfortable bed. Beautiful views of Turin out the windows that opened for fresh air. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and filling. Check out my photos for more love. A perfect location in beautiful Turin!

Yelp
Located in the best part of town, right in the center of the old city very close to the Piazza San Carlo and the Piazza Castello and most of the attractions in this kind of quiet but lovely town. The hotel is meticulously kept, and the service is attentive and friendly but never intrusive, just what we look for in a property. Breakfast was excellent with something for everyone and great custom cappucini each morning. Beautiful branded robes, slippers and amenities in the spotlessly clean room, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return.

Yelp
Getting straight to the point, this is one of the GREAT hotels. Every detail has been lovingly considered. I usually lean toward economy, thinking where I sleep is relatively unimportant compared to other aspects of my travel. I decided to treat myself on my first visit to Torino, and I'm so glad. This hotel either has the most enlightened owners/managers or its employees just love working here or, most likely, both.

Yelp
Fabulous fancy hotel. Pretty pricey but super nice and amazing breakfast. It's also located really close to the egyptian museum. If you stay here go to the patio behind the restaurant and look for the cute little turtle family.

Yelp
Basically a nice old hotel, but missing many details. Breakfast is more like a conference buffet. Room is lacking an iron and hair dryer. Bar is ways too expensive (8 EUR for a small beer).

Yelp
This hotel would have been a 4-5 star experience aside from the fact that they turn off the air conditioning to your room during the hottest part of the day! Thank goodness it is just 70 degrees today! Without air the Windows provide limited air to make the room only moderately tolerable. I can't imagine returning on my next visit next month! This should be noted on the website and prior to reservation! My husband went to reception and they told him nothing could be done, but 5 minutes after posting the air conditioning was turned on. Not sure there is a correlation but happy my husband went down and happy that they were so responsive.
