⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Extraordinary Stay – Where Genuine Hearts Define Luxury
This property is one of the best, hands down…and we’ve stayed in some of the finest hotels around the world. From the moment we arrived, every interaction was filled with genuine warmth, not the rehearsed politeness you often find elsewhere. Everyone here smiles because they want to, from the maintenance crew to the housekeepers, front desk, bartenders, and restaurant staff. The Executive Junior Suite (nothing “junior” about it) was stunning…sweeping, breathtaking views of Lake Geneva, a full walk-in closet, an enormous desk, a truly luxurious bed, and a spa-like bath that made it hard to ever leave. The rooms are exceptional, yes—but it’s the people who make this grand hotel sing. They embody pride and grace, and their happiness to be part of this historic place shows in every detail of the experience.
Special recognition: Khadijah at the front desk was our very first impression of the Suisse Majestic…her warm welcome after a long travel day set the tone for everything that followed. Graceful, efficient, and authentically kind, she is a gem of hospitality. Dana, another star of reception, went far beyond expectation…delivering our Uber Eats meal to the room without being asked, and later returning my wife’s scarf from the cigar lounge with a quiet knock and a smile. Valentine, the bartender extraordinaire, became more than a server…he became a friend. A master of subtle service and genuine connection. Lala, fluent in what felt like half the world’s languages, provided polished, joyful service every evening. At Restaurant 45, Sandra the maître d’ greeted us with warmth every morning; LuAnn’s sweetness and attentiveness made breakfast a delight; Neil’s humor and recommendation of paprika fries were spot-on. Even the doorman, Nabil, went beyond all expectations…personally escorting my wife to the pharmacy and providing precise guidance on the cogwheel train. Each of these individuals represents the very best of Swiss hospitality…refined, human, and heartfelt.
