I was sorely disappointed with my room. Have you ever been in a room that looked clean, but it felt dirty? The room was painted black and dark red with very low wattage lighting, which made for a gloomy room. In addition, one of the chair cushions was in awful tatters. The seat of the desk chair had visible stains on it! The refrigerator did not close, so I had to jam a towel into the cabinet door to keep the cabinet door pushed up against the refrigerator door. UGH! The tissue holder was falling off the wall too. See the pictures! We will not EVER stay at this hotel again!

We stayed at Grand Times Hotel for two nights. The check-in experience was smooth. However, the rooms are disappointing. The rooms are dark, smell, and the washrooms lack ventilation. The location is good. It is a 15 minutes drive to Old Quebec.

It's a fine facility, a little out of the way but close enough to the highway to make it a good place to stay when visiting several spots around the area. The front desk messed up our reservation and gave us one bed instead of two. They were so full that they had no other rooms available. They offered us a bottle of wine rather than a discount. Disappointing.

Very surprised how anyone could rate this hotel anything above a 1star. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Bodily fluids, boogers, and god knows what other substances all over supposedly “clean” removable sheets. Mattresses were stained which is not surprising, but the removable coverings that are meant to be changed were stained too. They offered us another room, that wasn’t very clean either… hair, lint, and dust on the sheets. There are many hotels in the area, find something else please don’t give yourself the headache.

- The young lady who checked us in was professional and welcoming, - Alexandre Alain was very helpful when I sent emails with questions prior to booking the room and, when we stayed there he was on vacation but, he did reply to my latest email and apologized for not being there, - The room was not super but it wasn't bad either. I just hated the ironing board because it was broken and made it hard to iron, - The bottle of water shouldn't be at almost $4

I want to give a huge thank you to Daniel at the front desk. He didn’t just save the day—he saved our entire trip. After losing a $4,000 machine, we asked everyone in the hotel for help with no luck, until Daniel stepped in and came to the rescue. His outstanding service and genuine care for guests’ needs made all the difference. Because of him, I’ll be returning here from now on.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night after a concert at the nearby Videotron Centre. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. It was quiet and there is ample parking. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed 1 night while on passing through town. When I arrived I was greeted with “why are you here?” Booked on a travel site for around 200, and was told at check in that breakfast was not included, that I would need to pay $9 for the buffet the following morning. Room was dusty, didn’t seem like anyone had been in the room for quite some time. Ceiling is not sound insulated, so you hear absolutely everything going on in the hallway. Fabric detergent doesn’t smell very nice, it was hard to tell whether or not the bedsheets were clean or not. The following morning, I mentioned the cleanliness of the room, and they waived the $9 buffet fee. I felt like a winner, until I saw how pathetic the buffet was. It’s 2025, sad to think they have the nerve to charge for a mess of bread bags, and cold hard boiled eggs.

Yelp
A modern, tidy hotel. Amenities of hot water, carafe coffee, with tea and hot chocolate on offer 24/7. The night we stayed, security services and police in town for Pope's apology tour resulted in a sold out night for this big establishment. Loved the soap, creamy and moisturizing! Nice staff. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Modern hotel with a great design. The sixth floor rooms have a high ceiling which make the whole place look more spacious and relaxing. The lighting is dim in the rooms which I found a bit annoying at times when we needed more light, but also it was very calming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable! I only didn't like the pillow because they all seem puffy but get very very flat once you sleep on them. Bathrooms are very clean and the tubs are quite large so you can actually have a very nice bubble bath in there! Service was great and there's a lovely lobby space with a little fireplace. There's continental breakfast included which is not that great and not a lot of options but good enough. They give you an assortment of bagels, breads, and English muffins into which you can slather peanut butter, cream cheese, or an assortment of marmalades/jams. There's three cereals to choose from and also two bowls of fruits which are mostly melons and oranges. Ofcourse then you have fruit juice, coffee, or tea! Not a big selection but you can't really ask for much when it's a complimentary continental breakfast for all guests. Over all, I wouldn't mind staying here again. There's a big parking lot and parking is free, there's wifi, breakfast, very clean rooms, spacious rooms, and great service. :) Ohh and did I mention it's only a 10 minutes drive away from old city Quebec? So you can go into the city during the day and get away to the quiet for night!

Yelp
This hotel is only 15-20 mins away from old Quebec and it is a relatively good hotel. There is no hot breakfast, but they do have bread, bagels, different types of things you can put on your bread like raspberry, blueberry jam, honey etc. I wish they had eggs, sausage at least. It is a relatively clean hotel but I wish they would change the lightning as it is really dark. Staff speaks English really well as well.

Yelp
Modern, well kept hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Number of good restaurants nearby. 15 minute drive to old Quebec. Great place to stay. Don't take exit Boulevard Pierre-Bertrand from 73 North to hotel. It is tricky! Take next exit Boulevard Lebourgneuf, then left and another left on :Boulvard des Galeries. It is much easier from this exit.

Yelp
If you love modern boutique style hotels and can get over the hotel's slightly large ego, this place is for you. For a four-star hotel (and they definitely make sure their four stars are ingrained in your head), its pretty affordable. Free internet, free parking, and complementary breakfast (though it is skimpy, just fruit, bagels, and toast). Lobby is really nice and smells lovely. Rooms are clean, stylish, and well kept; if you're lucky, you'll get a room with exposed walls. Service is friendly. They have a small indoor pool. It's a couple of miles from Old Quebec, but would still recommend this over some other choices.
