Grand Hyatt Amman

Grand Hyatt Amman was very good. Hotel was very clean, staff was attentive. We had club access and the breakfast and night appetizers were good. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get in out, we had a driver from Lamar Rent car and also a spot to get in and wait to pick. I didnt use the gym or pool but tour it and they were noth big and nice. I highly recommend the hotel.

Outstanding customer service. Friendly staff with polite demeanor. Will attend to personal needs promptly. Furniture and room amenities are not of matching quality to hotel rating. Open and public space is abundant and very convenient for large group gatherings which we full took advantage of as we were attending a destination wedding at this hotel. Speaking of which, the food and service at the in-house wedding were top notch. I recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Amman.

Stay 3 nights deom 14-17/08/25 . With breakfast. The reception did the check in fast and professional||All clean and the room daily clean and arrange.|| We use the pools and the spa thats open to 10 pm.. ‼️ ||the stuff helpful especially ISLAM FR9M THE SPA. ||BREAKFAST we use to eat at the Italian restaurant was very good we get all what we askes for we have ro recommend noh and abo aws as excellent servise they gave us. ||We will back to this hotel at the future

All was ok. Check in at 4 min Rooms is nice always clean every day, breakfast is very good We got all what we asked The stuff helpful give us personal service all the time the spa and the pool indoor and outdoor at 1st floor was very good. And the locations is perfect

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, and a great location for walkable access to nearby shops and restaurants. The restaurants on site were excellent, especially the Italian restaurant, and the offerings for breakfast were also great. Highly professional service. Excellent meeting spaces and support by the hotel staff as well. Would definitely recommend and would book an event here again.

We arrived late in the middle of the night, and the staff was ready to greet us warmly. The hotel’s security is top-notch; guests pass through a metal detector each time they enter or leave, which is very reassuring.||The lobby staff speaks perfect English, and they are poised, efficient, and respectful of procedures, ensuring every guest feels safe and well cared for. They are flexible with guest needs and demonstrate a deep understanding of excellent customer service.||Our room was large, beautiful, and spotless, offering both comfort and elegance. The dining options are varied and delicious, and the patio provides a stunning view of the Grand Mosque. The pools and spa are cozy and relaxing, making it easy to unwind.||A special shout-out goes to the night manager, Hossam. With a genuine smile, he is charismatic, worldly, very sharp yet humble, and professional. Fluent in English, Arabic, and even Korean, he impressed us with his attentiveness to both the hotel and each guest’s individual needs. It is obvious he received the greatest form of training in the past, judging by his demeanor and the way he communicates with his colleagues, ensuring that we and other guests receive top-notch care. His exceptional service made him the highlight of our stay at the Grand Hyatt!||I would also like to give a heartfelt shout-out to Tala, the trainee at reception. I am not sure how long this remarkable lady has been working at the hotel, but she seems fully in control, shows reverence to her senior colleagues, and follows protocols to the T, all with a warm smile and clear explanations so that guests feel heard and genuinely taken care of. She brings elegance, softness, and a beautiful feminine touch to a male-dominated environment, and her enthusiasm is contagious. It was a true pleasure interacting with her, and I sincerely hope she has a long and successful career within your brand.||A huge thank you to Sameer, the restaurant manager. When my sister arrived sick with a severe flu, he and his team went above and beyond to prepare special home remedies free of charge, helping her recover within 48 hours. On top of that, Sameer surprised me during breakfast for my birthday with a cake, accompanied by the staff singing in Arabic, a truly moving gesture. Sameer is attentive to every detail in the restaurant, constantly checking that all guests are happy and that service runs smoothly. He communicates efficiently with his team, personally checks on guests multiple times during meals, and ensures that everyone feels welcomed and cared for. His dedication and professionalism make dining at the hotel a genuinely wonderful experience.||I would also like to recognize Nour, our server, who was always attentive, warm, and polite, with a smile on his face. He consistently went above and beyond at every meal, providing excellent service and making dining truly enjoyable.||We are so happy with our choice of stay and will definitely be back when time permits.
