Grand Hyatt Amman

I had the worst experience ever at the Grand Hyatt Amman. Despite raising our concerns with the management (happy to share names of the individuals), nothing was resolved. All promises made were unfulfilled, and there was no attempt to address our concerns or compensate for the overall experience. The hygiene standards in the restaurants and rooms were far below expectations, and the overall service was disappointing. The hotel did not meet the international standards I expect from a Hyatt property. Management wasted our time by merely listening to our feedback without taking any corrective actions. Apologizing alone doesn't mean much! The hotel is also overpriced for what it offers. If we had been treated professionally, we wouldn't have minded the cost. It felt like a group of people trying to placate us with words, without the courage to take real corrective actions. I will and willing to take this further to the municipality and higher authority in Amman as this is not acceptable specially when having kids and it has to do with hygiene and standards ! Grand Hyatt is not a five star hotel ! Willing to sharing names and pictures but will do that with people that will serious take action

I love the personal service and the whole place. The name sums it all "Grand". I stayed at other large brands but keep coming back as I feel more like at home. Easy access to main roads and key areas including city centre. You are within a short distance from Rainbow Street, where you have plenty of food choices. I enjoy breakfast and have in the past enjoyed dinner at Hyatt. Staff is so friendly and provides personal service.

Hyatt Hotel is a great place to stay, the room is clean and comfortable and can not be heard noise during the night, services like jim and Swimming pool are great and kept very well. Breakfast has a lot of choices and the quality of the food is really good. last but not least, hotel staff is great , they are really polite and they try to help you in all way possible to make your stay comfortable. what can I say , really a place to stay , I am really happy that I had the chance to spend my time here

Staying at Grand Hyatt Residence in Amman was awesome! Even though English wasn't widely spoken, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was top-notch, keeping everything spick and span. The restaurant was a highlight, especially the breakfast buffet – yum! Big shoutout to Sameer and his team for running things smoothly. Overall, a great experience with good vibes all around. Highly recommend it!

Stayed here 3 nights. The hotel was nice, but the service in The Terrace Lounge was excellent. The night that we ate there, the Terrace Lounge was busy hosting a large wedding party. Still our wait staff, Diya and Abdullah managed to take great care of my family and we had a terrific meal. Thanks Diya and Abdullah for a great experience.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that set the tone for my entire stay. This hotel truly offers a luxurious retreat, blending elegance, comfort, and top-notch hospitality.

Great rooms with truly amazing service. All the staff has been incredibly helpful and accommodating, which has made this far journey so much smoother and easier than one could hope. In fact, We started the trip off on a rough foot, and the fantastic customer service here has really helped save the trip. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Amman. It has been a pleasure to stay here!

Everything was really great. Hotel location and atmosphere. All the hotel team members were amazing . Mamdouh was really supportive since my pre arrival call , as well i met him during check in he is professional thank you so much . I would like to thank Jood at front desk for the great hospitality she tried her best to assist me and explain everything in details .
