Lovely hotel at heart of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Hashem , Abdullah and Muhammad for their help and patience. Location is convenient for Amman. Staff is nothing but amazing. Rooms are more than decent. I would recommend it...

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Amman! The hotel itself is beautiful, with an incredible breakfast spread, amazing rooms with great views and a stunning Italian restaurant, Lombard, and also a great location. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the people. Shadi was absolutely amazing, he goes above and beyond in every way. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, and when we had a problem at Amman airport late at night, he personally helped us arrange a transfer and supported us with everything we needed throughout our trip. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests are remarkable and made our stay so much more comfortable and stress free. We also want to thank Waleed, who was always so warm and welcoming every time he saw us and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. At Lombard, our waiter Clemonce was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and ensured we had everything we needed. Overall, the hotel is fantastic, but what really stands out is the incredible team, especially Shadi, who go above and beyond to make you feel special. We can’t wait to come back!

Compared to other hotels with this price it's very good. Terrace, bar and lobby are inviting. Valet parking works great. Good fitness and indoor pool. Outdoor pool is nice and heated but a lot in the shade. Quiet. Service is ok. Only in the buffet area very slow and not personal. Nothing in walking distance. You're bound to a car or a cab. Traffic in front is heavy. Try to get a room looking pool side. Coming again - other option, when renovated, is Landmark.

Grand Hyatt has always been the gold standard for hospitality and this time was no exception. Staff were friendly and helpful, I felt really taken care of. I Was provided nice and quiet rooms. Loved the hotel breakfast buffet.

Stayed here on a month long tour of Egypt and Jordan. The room was well appointed and linens were impeccable. The work out facilities and pool and ladies spa area are beautiful. Dinner at the Lombard was delicious. The carbonara was authentic and the pasta fresh. Dyaa our head waiter was meticulous.

Excellent attentive & helpful staff, Abdallah at the reception is wonderful, a true star of customer experience. Very fast and seamless check-in and check-out process. Comfy & spacious rooms, small but decent gym with great sauna and nice steam bath. Choice of indoor and outdoor pool. |Nice breakfast with varied options.
