had an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Bogotá. The hotel is modern, clean, and truly lives up to the Grand Hyatt standard. My room was spacious with a beautiful view, comfortable bed, and everything felt new and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming me with a smile and making sure I had everything I needed. The gym and spa facilities are top-notch, and the hotel’s overall atmosphere feels luxurious yet relaxed. The location is also convenient—close to the airport, safe, and easy to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogotá.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Bogotá. The staff is exceptional, the amenities are top-tier, and the location makes getting to and from the airport incredibly easy. Even reaching the popular dining areas is no problem, especially if you head out a bit later. The sushi restaurant upstairs is outstanding and offers a stunning view, while the lobby café serves excellent, high-end options. Even the lobby bar stands out with genuinely well-crafted cocktails. Overall, you really can’t go wrong with this hotel.

The Grand Hyatt Bogotá is a stunning blend of elegance and modern design. Fresh flowers fill every corner, and contemporary art adds character at every turn. From the central lounge, the panoramic view of Bogotá—its rolling blue hills and green parks—is breathtaking. The atmosphere is tranquil, and the bedding deserves special mention: cool, crisp sheets that make sleep effortless. Even the amenities stand out—the shampoo and soap are among the best I’ve ever experienced in any hotel. I also fell in love with their restaurant, Capitalino. I’d return just to be served by that exceptional team—their coffee is outstanding, and their attentiveness unforgettable. Don’t miss the chicharrón, the fresh local fruits, and the refreshing tangerine morning juice. Pro tip: when ordering coffee, ask for it de la máquina—that’s their premium coffee!

This is probably the best hotel I have stay at while traveling for business. It is not only a beautiful hotel with clean, well-light, flawless and well designed rooms and spaces, but the service is the real differential here. When I checked-in, I realized I had made a mistake in my reservation and had checked-in earler... I was also missing a day at the end of my stay. The person helping me in the front desk (Monica Forero) wrote an email right away, and got me an upgrade for my room while keeping the same conference rate I was booked on. The next day the problem was solved! I was able to stay in the hotel the entire time. I recommend this hotel whole heartedly. Thank you Monica and the rest of the staff for a wonderful experience!

This Hyatt hotel should be the standard across the board!|It is literally my home away from home since I spend more time at this hotel than I do my own house.|I came this time on my own for what was supposed to be to be Kendrick’s concert (cancelled 😩).|The staff here never ever fails to make me feel welcomed, special and as if Im part of their family.|The Club house at this hotel is the best I have been too from all my stays in Hyatts around the world!|Super special shoutout to Marcela, Sonia, James & Huerly who make it so I never want to leave! Gracias por todo siempre!|I will review this location over and over and recommend each and every time that if you are visiting the beautiful city of Bogota make this the place you stay.

World of Hyatt at the Grand Hyatt Bogotá continues to impress me. The service, comfort, and attention to detail always make my stay feel exceptional. I truly appreciate the consistency and the welcoming atmosphere every time I return.

This is by far the best Hyatt I’ve stayed in. Everything is exceptional. Bogota is such an amazing and vibrant city and this hotel is a reflection of the city. Hyatt should require all of their brands to visit this hotel as the gold standard in their collection. Well done Bogota and I’ll be back for sure!
