Grand Hyatt Bogotá

Standard king room does not have a vent in the bathroom. Security is too tight. Too much eyes staring at me and my partner. Front lobby personnel will give you black and white experience. Some of them are very kind and others not so much. Very clean room and housekeepers are amazing. Location is not too great. It is between airport and centro. I guess it is for businessman. I will return later.

Overall, this is an exceptional hotel. I have stayed there numerous times when in Colombia and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The service staff is exceptional in responding to all your needs. Book in advance if you want a Suite, as these fill up quickly. I would recommend it as an exceptional hotel that is located in a safe and welcoming area of Colombia.

My second time stay at Grand Hyatt Bogotá. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean with beautiful city views. Service throughout the hotel was professional and welcoming. Restaurant were outstanding especially Ushin Japanese Grill, Gym and pool are great facilities and the location is convenient and safe. Highly recommend

The hotel itself is very nice, new, modern and a great place to stay. The staff was also terrific, polite and attentive. Location is also good from the perspective of proximity to airport.|My main disappointment was the food. I had breakfast daily, which was ok. I had lunch buffet, which was barely OK. One night I had dinner at the Japanese restaurant on the top floor, which was rather disappointing and expensive.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower fantastic, and the lighting just right. Flawless internet, a great DND system, and fresh flowers in the lobby added thoughtful touches. The location is excellent, the meeting space is functional and elegant—and the staff? Absolutely fantastic!

Ask for a made to order Latte, Cappuccino, espressos, or whatever you choose, sit back and sip, as you taken in the most breathtaking views of the City from the plush sofas or even plusher chairs. Lounge in your room, the lounge, or any numerous nooks throughout the hotel. Why stay in Bogota if you are not staying at the Hyatt Grand?!
