Grand Hyatt Bogotá

An excellent luxury experience. The location is convenient, right near Gran Estacion Mall, and the on-site dining is wonderful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with an excellent layout. ​The amenities are fantastic, featuring a semi-Olympic sized pool and a best-in-class spa with outstanding hydrotherapy. ​The service really stands out—the staff were kind and accommodating at all times. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive selection of fruits and cereals, but the fresh juices are a definite must-try. Highly recommended

While this hotel did not "wow" in any particular way, it ranged from above average to very good in pretty much every aspect that I could think of. ||We were upgraded as Hyatt Globalist tier guests to a nice spacious suite which had 1.5 bath and was very comfortable. It lacked a bit in local touches but otherwise it was high quality and very nice. Breakfast in the restaurant had a wide spread and good food, the one mild negative being that on some mornings the restaurant was fairly crowded. But there was a solution: we could have breakfast in the club lounge instead. There it was peaceful although with less choice of course. But service more than made up for it, for example if we wanted something available in the restaurant downstairs they brought to us in the lounge which was very helpful. Happy hour in the evening was also quite good. Since we were two families travelling together we asked if we could use the meeting room at the far end of the lounge to avoid disturbing other guests, and they made the room available to us every night. We were out of sight so staff could have been excused if they forgot about us, but no, they frequently came to clear our table and offer drinks refills etc. Overall I was quite pleased by the service. That also includes the staff which prepared an arrangement in our room to celebrate a special occasion, which was lovely.||It is hard to find any single weakness to this hotel despite some aspects falling a tad short of greatness. I would return without hesitation.

Excellent stay at Grand Hyatt Bogotá. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When I arrived with altitude sickness, the staff took exceptional care of me — oxygen support, access to a 24-hour nurse, coca tea, and a lovely welcome fruit plate were all thoughtfully provided. Anyela at the front desk truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly professional, warm, attentive, and proactive, constantly checking on me and making sure I was comfortable. Her care and kindness made a real difference and turned this stay into a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

My room was spacious with a beautiful view, comfortable bed, and everything felt new and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming me with a smile and making sure I had everything I needed. The gym and spa facilities are top-notch, and the hotel’s overall atmosphere feels luxurious yet relaxed. The location is also convenient—close to the airport, safe, and easy to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogotá.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Bogotá. The staff is exceptional, the amenities are top-tier, and the location makes getting to and from the airport incredibly easy. Even reaching the popular dining areas is no problem, especially if you head out a bit later. The sushi restaurant upstairs is outstanding and offers a stunning view, while the lobby café serves excellent, high-end options. Even the lobby bar stands out with genuinely well-crafted cocktails. Overall, you really can’t go wrong with this hotel.

This is an exceptional Hyatt property and certainly lives up to Grand Hyatt standards. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym areas were some of the best I’ve experienced, and I have traveled the world. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Bathrooms were exceptional and the smart TV was a great addition for watching Netflix and relaxing in this beautiful property. Having a nice shopping mall a short walk away in a very nice area was an added perk I wasn’t expecting. A fabulous experience all the way! I will surely return here if ever in Bogota again. Thank you Grand Hyatt for an amazing stay!

I had a fantastic experience and was upgradedas a globalist! The rooms are new, the staff is super responsive, and the breakfast is amazing. The New Year fireworks were magnificent—completely exceeded my expectations.

Perfect city hotel.|I went bird watching in less developed parts of Colombia with fairly rustic hotels, e.g. no hot water, I needed to recover. Booked a suite with club room access. Great soaking tub, great assortment in the club room. Highly recommend
