I enjoyed my stay here and felt very comfortable the whole time. Check in and check out were smooth, the gym facilities are nice, and my room was large and clean. I am giving four instead of five stars because I did the $5 a night upgrade ($20 total). I didn't feel like my room was probably all that different than other rooms. I was told it would be higher up, better view, and not by the elevator. My colleagues who did not pay extra were higher up than I was and had better / rainfall showers; my view was of the office building directly next to the hotel; and I was one door away from the elevator!|I will say that in particular, the valets were very helpful with the car and bags. I caught two out of three names - Josh and Rafael. The valet with the longer hair also helped our group. And my room was prepped by Amira and I'll reiterate - was spotless. My thanks to the entire staff!

Double beds with single sink, and limited counter space. Sliding Door to bathroom dragging on floor took two hands to operate. The shower had just enough pressure to make it to shower head, then it would fall out from gravity. Took twenty minutes for each shower. They think their saving money on water. At home I take a 5 minute shower. Charged 2 dollars for water in your room and $67 dollars per night for parking. The free internet is a joke at 10gig, couldn't stream a ballgame without buffering every minute. Couldn't watch it. The staff are the best, very courteous and gracious, the Grand Hyatt on the other hand will find a way to charge for anything you might need. Gaylord hotels are fabulous

The hotel was lovely. All staff members were so pleasant. The bar area and restaurant was a great place to watch a football drink and spend time with friends. The room was very spacious and clean. Home away from home.

Google
The Grand Hyatt was delightful. Situated perfectly downtown with tons of great places nearby. The staff was amazing and so hospitable. Kat, Josh, and Austin were so quick and friendly at the valet. Andrew and Meredith at the bar recommended/made the most delicious watermelon margaritas! We will definitely be back as this hotel was such an ideal place to stay in Denver.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a concert to attend and this was one of the few hotels where we could still book a room. I used free night awards with Hyatt for our stay. The check-in process was initially a bit rough because my husband checked us in while I was at work, so my globalist status was not recognized. However, this was quickly resolved and the rest of our stay went smoothly.|We dined at the hotel’s Courier restaurant for most of our meals. Arriving on our 17th wedding anniversary, we decided to eat there since I did not have time to plan ahead. Despite our initial skepticism due to the restaurant being nearly empty at 5:30 pm, the service and food were impressive. The vegan options were particularly notable. I tried an African dish made from pumpkin seeds, paired with salmon, which was delicious. The vegetables were extremely fresh and the salmon was flaky with a crispy skin. My husband enjoyed his NY strip steak.|During our meal, our server Antonio overheard us mention our anniversary. He and the restaurant manager Josh kindly treated us to our dinner. The quality of the ingredients used in all the dishes was excellent. The salad greens were fresh with no wilted or rotten pieces.|Our hotel room was spacious, even with a king bed and a rollaway bed. The drapes could be controlled electronically, and foot lights activated with movement, making it safe to navigate the room at night. Despite the building's age, the room design was thoughtful.|The desserts at the hotel were also delightful. The hotel’s proximity to the 16th Street Mall was convenient, and we felt safe using the adjacent parking garage. The fitness room was small but clean and well-stocked with towels and other items.|Overall, our experience at the Grand Hyatt Denver was very positive, and we would definitely return.

Google
I can’t stress how incredibly the guest service is, at valet, front desk, restaurant. They are exceptional and kind, super accommodating. The management creates the best hospitality experience. Clean room, great amenities. Food was great and our server, Lore was efficient.

Google
We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was good and the staff friendly. Be advised though, the "complementary" breakfast is Not free ($30). It Is a buffet (all-you-can-eat) and eggs are cooked to order. It's in an excellent central location one and a half blocks from the 16th street mall. I give it a 5 start rating. If you want a 5 Star Hotel, The Four Seasons Hotel Denver is just 8 blocks away. You can catch a discount for $625 a night.

Central to so many great spots! Valet was great, check in was easy and fast... no hidden charges everything is straightforward. Room was great. Lovely stay. View from 25th floor pictured. 😍

Yelp
I cannot say enough good things about the Grand Hyatt Denver! From start to finish it was a 10/10 experience. Check-in was a breeze and the staff member was genuinely so kind. Communication from the staff was top notch -- I got a welcome email as well as a welcome text. In the text we were able to ask for anything we might need for our room. I was able to request a box fan for our room and they brought it right up. Everything was clean and every staff member we came across was so friendly and welcoming. Parking was a bit pricey ($50) but it was VERY easy to use. This location was near everything we needed access to downtown and I LOVED that. I'd not only recommend this place but I hope we get to stay here again in the future!

Yelp
Average hotel. The only thing grand about this Hyatt are they balmain amenities and the exorbitant parking charges. The rooms feel a bit dated, breakfast is on par with the worst grand Hyatt I've ever been to. But the location and price are reasonable. Service is a hit or a miss. For example our house keeper Myla was extremely friendly, she was trying her hardest to do everything in her capacity to make us happy. On the other hand the gentleman that checked us did quite the contrary. As a globalist, I was not explained the benefits at the property and to add insult to injury, I always check the room inventory prior to check in. For the duration of my stay there were at least 2 executive suites available. However, when I asked at check in for an upgrade I was immediately dismissed, without him checking the system. This is a little frustrating because I would've appreciated the upgrade for a three night stay from far away.

Yelp
Earlier in the year i had a chance to visit Grand Hyatt Denver for a few days while attending a work meeting, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel provided a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was professional and attentive throughout my stay. The meeting rooms and ballrooms were very spacious and well-equipped, which made the work sessions comfortable and productive. The setup and technology worked seamlessly, allowing our group to focus without any issues. On top of that, the gym was impressive. It was well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with a wide range of machines and weights, making it easy to keep up with my fitness routine even on a busy schedule. My guest room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a productive stay. The hotel's downtown location was also convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining options during downtime. Overall, the Grand Hyatt Denver was an excellent choice for both business and relaxation, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for work or leisure!

Yelp
I stayed here with my kids for a one night staycation for their winter break and it truly was a treat! We had a blast. The staff here was so kind. As I was checking in one of the staff members let the kids pick out a toy from their toy drawer. I also got an upgrade to a suite (yay globalist status). The room was an executive suite and was super spacious! The kids had a blast and a nice mini getaway even if it was just downtown Denver! The breakfast was room service but was great and was served in generous portion. We had a great experience h

Yelp
Amazing location! We can walk everywhere. Beautiful hotel, kinda reminded us of the one in Kyoto. Probably because of the woods. The staff is great!!! We won't stay anywhere else in Denver.

Yelp
In town for a conference and I came a night early...as a Hilton Honors guy, I spent the first night at the Hilton Denver, a block away from the Grand Hyatt, which was the conference hotel. All I can say is what an upgrade! I had to check out early from the Hilton so I walked over to the Grand Hyatt, just hoping to store my bags until check in time but the guy at the front desk was amazing and offered me an upgraded room that was ready immediately for an upcharge of $10 per night which was a no-brainer in my book. My room was on a high floor with nice views and everything was clean and comfortable. I'm not a frequent Hyatt guest so I don't know if this is a common thing but I loved the lights on the floor that would come on when you started walking or got out of bed. That is such a nice feature and helps at night when you're visiting the restroom. If you're sharing the room it would definitely not wake up anyone you were staying with. I also liked the gym, the pool and the "sky deck". The pool was great for doing laps and it was not crowded when I used it. The gym was nicely equipped and all of the equipment was in working order which is something I don't always see at hotel fitness centers. The sky deck is an outdoor track, tennis court and recreation space. There were some nice crisp mornings when I was in Denver and it was great to walk out doors on the rooftop of the hotel (well, the top of the 4th floor) without having to dodge some of the less savory characters who inhabit the sidewalks of the Mile High city. With exceptional service, great amenities and a clean and comfy room, I give this place five stars. I'm a member of whatever Hyatt points program there is but usually only stay at Hyatts for conferences so I don't have status, but I felt like a valued guest so I may need to rethink my loyalties to Hilton.

Yelp
Stayed here for work. Very clean and staff were friendly. Gym was tiny in weight area - with even just two people lifting, it was crammed. Did love the outdoor track and court. Had breakfast and lunch served in the conference area. The Mediterranean meal was so good. Loved that they had even had stuffed grape leaves. There were walkable restaurants from the hotel.

Yelp
I travel frequently, but I have only recently started staying at the Hyatt. I will definitely continue because of the attention to detail and excellent customer service. I was in town for a concert at the Paramount Theater, which is a block away. Even before I got to town, someone from the hotel called to find out what time I would be arriving because I had asked for early check-in. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly and helpful. They all went out of the way to make me feel welcome. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The valet staff was always very friendly and upbeat, and they always got my car very quickly. I was on the twenty fourth floor and the view of the city was great. The cappuccino was as good as any that I got when I was in italy

Yelp
Beautiful hotel for a business trip. Check in was easy. The staff was helpful and provided good restaurant recommendations. Really liked the track in the roof to try on running in higher elevations. The room was clean and with comfortable bed. What more could you want!

Yelp
Grand Hyatt Denver is ideally location in Downtown, close to lots of great dining and has good accommodations. The lobby is stylishly decorated and has easy access to valet and underground self-parking. The staff here was really friendly. Even the housekeeping staff will kindly greet you. It's a nice property with lots of terrific amenities. The indoor pool and workout facilities were great. Extra points for Peloton stationary bikes! These is also a rooftop tennis/ pickle all court if you want to get some outdoor activity in. The neighborhood was close to many great restaurants and shopping, but a word of caution, go one direction and it's like a fun, vibrant downtown- go one block in the wrong direction and it's like skid row. So keep an awareness of your surroundings. Overall, most of our stay was great! The only misses were the restaurant, Courier Market Bar & Kitchen (which will be it's own review) and some of the weird things in the room like a strange odor in the bathroom (dry drain maybe?), very small closet space. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and the closet was the size of a broom closet, and a non functional TV in the bathroom mirror- totally okay, since I had no expectations of a TV in the bathroom mirror, but since it doesn't work, a regular mirror will do just fine. We throughly enjoyed most of what Grand Hyatt had to offer, and will certainly be back!

Yelp
My stay at the Grand Hyatt Denver was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's staff, particularly the woman who assisted me at check-in, were the epitome of professionalism and warmth. After a tiring international flight, their efficiency in getting me to my room for some much-needed rest was deeply appreciated. The room itself was a delight, combining luxury and comfort seamlessly. Adorned with high-quality Balmain bath products and offering a stunning view of Denver, it was the perfect retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep that rejuvenated me for my upcoming meeting. Though my visit was brief, the Grand Hyatt Denver left a lasting impression. From its strategic location to its impeccable service and luxurious accommodations, every aspect of my stay was flawless. I am eagerly looking forward to my next stay at this exemplary hotel.

Yelp
The good; It is located right in the city where everything is walking distance. Customer service is good room was turned and towels did get replaced. The bad; Very small gym with a limited amount of machines. Also a leak in our bathroom ceiling as you can see in the images This was in room 1521

Yelp
Amazing experience. Wonderful hotel. The beds were comfortable, room was spacious and Arianna at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our trip was memorable and comfortable. Really should be 5 stars with the excellent service from both staff and the facilities. Also love the track/tennis courts on the rooftop very cool and great for an early morning jog.

Yelp
I came to the Grand Hyatt for a convention and stayed here for a long weekend. The rooms were very nicely appointed, clean and we had a beautiful view of Denver from a high floor. Elevators seemed quick too. We did use a couple conference rooms and they seems great also! Drank at the bar in the lobby a couple times and they had some singers on Friday and Saturday nights - which was really nice! My only complaint is the price of parking, but it is downtown so what are you going to do! They took car of the car and it was easy to get in and out (the valet and self park is kind of between two buildings, but covered. All in all a great stay!

Yelp
Solid 4 stars. When you stay downtown, you will pay big city prices! Valet was nearly $60 - had I done better research before I rolled up after a long day of travel, I would have chosen differently. The initial impression was terrible. As a wary and worn out traveler, I expect a soothing place to relax in. While the room was more quiet, the lobby had a networking club for middle aged adults vibe, but with the noise level for 20-somethings. It was a terrible way to start the stay - shouting at the checkout counter is not amusing. The rooms are basic and nice - bed was very comfortable. The black out curtains were excellent! The noise from outside was normal downtown stuff. Please note, they are constructing a high-rise across the street and start working as early as 5:30am. I even brought a noise machine, but it didn't conceal the construction noise - thankfully, my daughter slept through it all. The best part of my experience was the customer service and the food. The employees are so friendly, warm, and attentive. If they say they are going to do something, in my experience, they followed through. Love that! When I ordered food to go, they were so careful about making sure the order was correct and that anything I needed was packed in the to-go bag. Thanks, Grand Hyatt, we had a good stay!

Yelp
I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Denver for 3 nights in November 2023 for a conference and enjoyed my stay here. The primary reason for this high rating is that I found the staff to be exceptionally polite. After I was given a room close to the elevator (1812), I asked to be placed into a different room. Although the hotel was close to capacity, in no small measure because of our conference that was being hosted there, the person at check-in, Joe, put me up in a different room much further from the elevator. Although I didn't end up having great sleep when I was there, that was not the hotel's fault in the least and I am certain that my sleep would have been worse if I had ended up in the room I was initially assigned to. Besides Joe, I also found one of the ladies cleaning the rooms to be very helpful. When I cut myself one morning as I was shaving, I went up to her (as she was in the hallway at that time) and ended up getting two band-aids for myself. Finally, when it came to checking out, the lady at the reception was able to accommodate my request for a late check out. All in all, I found each of the staff members I interacted with to be polite and very helpful. As far as the food goes, I did not end up going for the breakfast buffet simply because I did not have that kind of time in the morning and so can't comment on its quality. However, I grabbed a hazelnut croissant one of the mornings when I was there and it was delicious. And on the very first night that I arrived at the hotel, I went for a flatbread and found that to my satisfaction. By way of prices, I paid $201 for each night that I was there and with taxes and fees, the total came to approximately $700 for 3 nights. That isn't cheap by my standards but I do recall looking at other hotels close by that were as highly rated as the Grand Hyatt and from what I now remember, those other hotels were also roughly in the same price range. All in all, I would happily choose to stay at the Grand Hyatt if I found myself in Denver again.

Yelp
Great stay! Lots of services and amenities like a 24hr market, bar, and room service! Elevators are fast- never had to wait! Front desk check in was awkward but fine. She just lacked self confidence so wverything was met with defensiveness and fear of us as idk a customer? We had a corner king on 23rd floor. Ok view and large room. The cleaning staff is very good and we made sure we tipped heavily. One star off for the pillows and bed that had a definitive indent on one side.

Yelp
We were in Denver for Restaurant Week and had a nice time at the Grand Hyatt. Garrett warmly checked us in and helped us with a room close to the elevator on the 19th floor. He answered all our questions about walking/Uber distances from the hotel to some of the restaurants we picked. He also gave us a nice voucher after he found out that my husband and I are celebrating our birthdays. We appreciate that. Thank you Garrett. The Grand Hyatt Denver is beautiful. Toiletries are Balmain, the towels are extra fluffy and i especially loved the super strong shower pressure. We slept so well during our stay - so cozy! The restaurant and market Courier on the 1st floor is a one stop shop resto/cafe/bar/ convenience store. The hotel's location is great: we took the airport train to the city, hopped on the free Mall shuttle and hopped out on Welton, a few steps to the hotel entrance. It was convenient to text the hotel for a request we had and they responded promptly. Also super convenient to check out using the app and leave the keys inside the room at check out. It was a very pleasant stay and I recommend the Grand Hyatt for a quick weekender in Denver!

Yelp
Accommodating service was incredible. They booked a quiet room for me to sleep (and deal with pain) and put a microwave, robe, slippers, and extra towels in the room before I checked in. Although the card from my university declined their charge when checking in (after the staff's authorization already), Ariana talked with her manager and let me check in, with a word that they could wait for a day for the univeresity staff to fix it and charge my card the next day if not. Ariana kindly let me know that the staff paid for it, which relieved me. They also upgraded my room when I mentioned shower's leaking and feathers hurting my nose. They honored the conference rate for me to extend my stay to help me deal with pain (not need to switch hotels with hurting back and leg). They put everything else again and bath matt to the room and did not ask me to check out from the earlier room until the new room was ready. Joe the manager even wrote to another manager of Hyatt to refund my money when another website double-booked me accidentally. A view from the 16th floor was not bad, but the view from the 22nd floor was outstanding. I did not feel like I needed to go out to a rooftop bar, because the sun set and night view was gorgeous.
google avatar

Grace K.

Yelp
Never have I ever received such a festive welcome at a hotel. I checked in and received my keys to an upgraded room that was decorated with a big Happy Birthday sign and balloons. There was even a card with kind messages from the Hyatt team which brought a tear to my eye. The level of thoughtfulness from their staff is truly moving.
google avatar

Allan A.

Yelp
Unlike some of the other reviews, this review is not as positive. My room is on the 11th floor facing Welton Street. One of the benefits of this hotel is that the windows open, allowing fresh air. A negative is that when the windows are latched closed they are not soundproof and on the corner of Welton there are benches that 8 to 12 people sit out and talk all day and all night making lots of ruckus. The location of this hotel is a couple of blocks away from l restaurants plus close to mass transit routes. My rooms while clean is tired with evidence of ceiling plaster work, scratches on furniture and low water pressure. Unlike some of the other Yelp reviews my window view is not downtown but of the building across the street. I am in night two of a six night stay and feel the price is high for the value received.
google avatar

Brad W.

Yelp
The $45 per day parking charge is a bit excessive to say the least. Make a deal and cut the hotel guests a break. The rooms were nice, but no hotel bar available. Check in and out were super quick. Lots of upcharges, so watch your bill.

Yelp
The location and value of this Grand Hyatt was amazing. I was shocked to see the nearby Regency, Centric, House, and Place hotels more expensive, so the Grand Hyatt was a great value made even better with the suite upgrade for Globalists. I was upgraded to an Executive Suite, but I do have to mention that it's not as sleek as I've seen at other "lower" Hyatt properties. That said, again, the location and value is amazing. I was in Denver to just explore and enjoy the local scene, and the walkability from this hotel to places like the Denver Union Station and surrounding breweries made it that much more enjoyable. It was a little weird that the room didn't have a microwave considering it was the Executive Suite, but we had a fine time and will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to Denver.

Yelp
So I'm going to start with I was here for three days for meeting. I accepted the $20 upgrade, really like the room, the shower was not totally clean still had hair in it other than that everything was great. We had a night banquet in which we bought our own top shelf liquor we were told that we couldn't have it, so I got up from the table to take it out only to be met by the same worker who embarrassed me in front of everyone and grab the liquor out of my hand, almost hitting my face, and yelled at me with a very stern voice that you cannot have this in here, I have to confiscate it . I was like didn't you just tell me that. I have never been more embarrassed in my life and will never ever ever come to this hotel again because of it. I spoke with the manager. She was very empathetic, but it just didn't sit well with me I think I was only spoken to in that manner because of the color of my skin. This would have NEVER happened to someone else especially not in front of everybody a room full of 200 people.

Yelp
We LOVED our stay here!!! They have thought of everything!! We were in town for my nephew's graduation. I had never stated at a Grand Hyatt before. It was so nice!!! Beautiful lobby which included a complimentary hot chocolate bar. They were very professional and accommodating. Our room was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. I loved our view from the 14th floor. The in-room refrigerator was big enough for my large bottle of water. I loved the motion activated light under the nightstand, in the bathroom, and in the closet. We ordered room service the first night so we could watch the Suns game on tv. We got warm pretzel bites (so good!) and hummus & pita (delicious with the marinated cauliflower & olives!!) I will definitely be back. I loved, loved, loved my stay here!!!! Next time I'd like to have breakfast in their dining room - it looked great.

Yelp
Very nice hotel! Clean, classy and liked that they had card access to a majority of the building. Valet was very kind and helpful. The breakfast Buffet was very delicious too. Kind servers and a omelette bar.
google avatar

Belinda T.

Yelp
Overall a nice, comfortable stay. Staff were friendly, check-in was a breeze and I liked the little ledge to sit on facing a wall of windows. I'm not sure what street our room was facing but we didn't have significant noise issues. I liked how fast the elevators were, never had to wait too long, and the hotel as plenty of amenities that you'd find at Grand Hyatts although I usually don't use most of them. Room service is available and there is a bunch of courier (that's the name) services in the lobby, plus Fireside Bar. One of the best parts of the our room was that the toilet faced the TV, if you need some entertainment while on the porcelain throne.

Jason M.

Yelp
Great staff giving great service in a great location. The restaurant downstairs Courier is also worth checking out.

Yelp
We had a great time here we stayed this last weekend. Super friendly staff when you check in. They let us check in at 9 AM instead of the regular check in time of 4 PM because we got in early. They didn't even charge us an early check-in fee. They have a couple restaurants and bars inside the hotel. Also the hotel is literally walking distance from the main, hang out areas with restaurants, bars and shopping. It's right around the corner from 16th St. mall and Larimer Square. There is an indoor pool on the fourth floor and also a running track and sky view in the middle of the hotel that overlooks the city. They also have parking for a reasonable price compared to most hotels in the area I believe it was 36 tonight. Most hotels are around 45 to 50 a night for parking We had so much fun definitely wanna go back and we would definitely stay here again!
google avatar

Yelp
I'm basing what I say as a person that attended the con and not as someone that actually spent the night. They did have water stations up which is key to the health of people attending. One of the key things I noticed though was that they had the bathrooms locked on the lobby level (1st level). I understand that they are downtown and probably have concerns about the unhoused, but this is also a form of discrimination against guests that have disabilities or are older. They do not have as long to try and track down a key because urgency is a way of life for them. This clearly shows a disconnect with guest needs. We were able to get a temporary key, but before that we had issues. Then there is the restaurant. The restaurant charges an automatic 20% service fee even for the you get it yourself breakfast buffet. So they charge you a fee to serve yourself? Really? They don't even disclose this fee to you before you sit down, so this could be seen as one of the illegal service fees that the government is going after right now. Because of all of these issues I have to give this hotel a F- and I wish on Google that you could do negative stars.

Rou R.

Yelp
The rooms are nice enough. The bathrooms in the rooms weren't as luxuries as the rest of the hotel would lead you to believe. The air conditioning can be wonky and if you take a hot shower then it doesn't matter. The will room will be like a sauna. Terrible food options that are pre-made, the staff told me this, and tastes like garbage. I ordered all of my meals out of I was staying in. This hotel is very much for business oriented travelers but it's a good experience. The staff were accommodating and pleasant.

Erik O.

Yelp
Amazing hotel, great location, solid food, excellent service all around. Will visit again.

Yelp
I enjoyed my stay here at the Grand Hyatt in Denver. The bed and pillows were comfortable! The bathroom felt clean. I will say, room service, I was expecting a little more. We ordered chicken tenders and tater tots and they were fine.. microwaved to be heated up when I was hoping for a crisp chicken strip.

Yelp
We stayed at the Hyatt for 5 nights last week and overall it was a pleasant stay. We stayed there for two separate reservations because we went to Breckinridge for a night. Our first room was a little old and the furniture definitely needed a refresh. Our second room was in better condition though so maybe they're slowing updating the rooms. I like that they have a little snack bar downstairs with tons of options. I also called down to the desk at some point because my boyfriend got a nosebleed while he was sleeping and we needed new sheets. When we came back to the room, they had set up a humidifier for us, which was a really nice touch. The service is what stands out here!

J S.

Yelp
While the hotel is fine, not up to my high expectations for a Hyatt, but fine. The buffet leaves something to be desired, but the service at the front desk and especially at the restaurant is excellent. Thanks to Kaiya at the front desk and Luz at the restaurant. Luz went above and beyond during our breakfast to ensure everything we wanted or needed was anticipated and taken care of.

Yelp
Ice machine broken, in room fridge way too small. Bathtub and sink slow to drain, had to call maintenance a few times. One would think for the price the room would have more amenities but hey it's Denver right.

Yelp
I've been to this hotel a few times for a staycation, and the views overlooking Denver on the top floors are gorgeous! The rooms themselves are pristine and well-outfitted. I love the look of them and the rest of the hotel. Staff members are professional, and it's a decent location off 16th St Mall. Close to lots of eateries and bars. There always seems to be street parking. The entrance always confuses me because of the revolving vs. swinging door, one of which has a DO NOT ENTER sign but works anyways. My friend and I have had dinner at the Courier Market Bar Kitchen and ordered room service from them. Both food and cocktails are fantastic. Next time I should take advantage of more hotel amenities. Stay tuned!

Yelp
This place is a solid stop for work travel. Rooms are nice. It's not super lux but it's not basic either. Comfy beds. Pretty quiet. Hotel bar and restaurant could use more drinking hours at night and a better breakfast menu. Otherwise solid place.

Yelp
I've stayed at this hotel twice (voluntairly) so it can't be that bad, I guess. I feel underwhelmed each time, though. I think it's a case of cool-lobby-meh-rooms. I think what really made me want to stay here was the outdoor track - but the hours feel not convenient (closes sundown). I get they don't want people on a roof a night, but that also means if you want to run on the track you are doing it essentially very early in the morning or mid-day when it's very hot. The entrance also feels confusing - there's like a driveway and also a side door, but neither one feels like a 'real entrance' so it can just be confusing when trying to figure out how to actually enter the hotel. While not the hotels fault - the location is meh. Not dangerous, but I think its more the decline of 16th Street. A lot of homeless people around. Doesn't really feel dangerous, but also in some ways not the greatest impression. But, here the good/ok: Keurig in room Room was clean, just outdated Front desk staff nice and accommodating Has text check-out options

Yelp
We were visiting Denver for a few nights, and then we were moving onto other locations in Colorado. This was a great hotel. I would definitely love to stay here again. The bed was comfortable, the room was large, and the room had a beautiful view of the city. The natural light from the large windows made the atmosphere pleasant, but it also wasn't too light in the night. So many hotels are very dark on the inside and are places that are fine for sleeping but you don't want to spend too much time there. My husband and I loved the indoor pool and the outside patio. It was a nice touch that the hotel provided a bathrobe and slippers which were made it convenient going to and from the pool. I loved the added security of having to use your room key in the elevator to move to your floor. Also, a store/restaurant is located inside the hotel, so if you have limited time or prefer to stay in, you can grab something quick and go. The staff who worked at the store/restaurant were very friendly, and there was a wide selection of items. The only downside was there was not a microwave in the room, but we did find out when we were leaving that we could have requested that one be put in our room. Good to know for next time! Also, the thermostat was a little confusing, but we figured it out.

Yelp
We booked here through our Southwest Vacations package because we had such a good experience at the Grand Hyatt in DC a few years back. Of course, that was pre-pandemic. I wonder if things will ever return to normal. We were told at check-in that we wouldn't have housekeeping for 3 days, but we could call guest services if we needed anything. Yikes. I guess short-staffed? The hotel is well-located in the central business district, about a block from the 16th St. mall and it's free bus shuttle. We opted for the 784 Sq. ft. executive suite. Hey, you can't take it with you. Large living room and large separate bedroom. Large TVs in each room. Nice toiletries. The bed was decently comfortable with many pillows. Charging ports throughout the place. My favorite, an in-room safe. Always a deal maker or breaker for us. Keurig coffee maker. Large lobby with sofas and chairs. Not a bad place.

Yelp
Came for a trip with my wife while celebrating our anniversary. The staff found out from a family member trying to send us a gift. They went so far above and beyond to make sure we had a nice experience. I'm feeling so fortunate and grateful for the people that work at Grand Hyatt, the extra effort and thoughtful details helped make our trip special.

Yelp
We had a great stay.... Until I was woken up at 12 am by a drunk lady pounding on our door running up and down screaming. I was terrified, and Called the front desk. They were already aware of this situation this went on till 2 am. She was screaming like someone was dying. But apparently she was locked out of the bathroom in her room. Definitely was on something. She kept banging on all the doors walls screaming "it's in my husbands name" over and over. I will **** you up. Etc. The next morning I went downstairs to talk to the customer service front desk to see if they left or no longer staying there. I informed if they were still there I wanted to move to another floor. They just kept trying to give us free wine... I definitely did not want that. I just didn't want that to happen again.... Nice rooms and nice breakfast but not good experience. Will definitely be staying not in the city next time.

Yelp
Why four stars and not five? It's not a five star hotel. What it is is a great deal on a Grand Hyatt in a great location just off the 16th St Mall. Attentive staff, clean rooms, and a nice market/restaurant combo downstairs in a lobby that's attractive and comfortable.

Yelp
Bottom line: It's definitely a place I'd stay again. The venue is sleek, the service is quick, and you can't beat the location near 16th Street Mall. The rooms are nicely appointed, the housekeeping was on-par, and the amenities like the rooftop racetrack and indoor swimming pool can't be beat. Finally, the view from the rooms are great! If you're staying in downtown Denver, consider the Grand Hyatt Denver on the top of your list!

Yelp
I suppose most downtown hotels are just like this, but I truly do not understand the purpose of having a glam hotel lobby (somewhere you barely spend time in), and a mediocre hotel bedroom. For the outrageous price we paid to stay here, it didn't include parking or breakfast. We ended up just paying for the breakfast, which for over $20 was extremely underwhelming (the coffee was really bad too). Sometimes my bougie ass would want to stay at a nice-looking hotel, but honestly I would say just skip this one, its really not worth it.

Yelp
I recently attended a conference held at the hotel and stayed three nights. I had a nice view from my window on the 19th floor. The room was a good size. My favorite part were the motion sensored night lights placed under the nightstands. What a great idea! The light would remain off so the room was dark when I was sleeping but switched on when I got out of bed so I could see where I was going. No more leaving the bathroom light on all night! There is a computer in the lobby available for hotel guests. I appreciated that since I do not like traveling with a laptop but often find it easier to look something up on a computer than on my phone.

Yelp
Beautiful, clean hotel. Every staff member was courteous and helpful. Cleaning staff left room clean, bathroom mopped and stocked with toiletries. Nice amenities. Pool is indoors and was cold. Easily accessible by 16th st mall bus. Lots to do in the nearby area, including mall, movies, escape the room, yummy food, and dispensaries. Unfortunately I did not try out the hotel bar or restaurant.
