Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas

During a combined business and leisure trip I stayed three nights at this hotel. Using my points, I booked a club lounge room. The room at the 5th floor was OK, beds a bit firm but room very clean and access to the club lounge worth the extra money. In the evening they served a very nice buffet, lots of food, choice of beverages and everything of good quality. Staff in the hotel is very helpful, friendly and polite. Special mention for Rovina at the club lounge and Wali at the frontdesk. Staff make or break a hotel. ||Breakfast is nice, good choice of food and drinks. Also no problem to get a complimentary late check-out which was pleasant since I still had some business to finish in the morning. Only downside is the annoying loud boom-boom music from the beach club. And the pool area ain't much. But for a business visit, it's OK.

My recent stay at the Grand Hyatt was truly memorable. From the valet parking to the reception, the service was exceptional. The room we were assigned offered a beautiful view, was clean, and well-maintained, thanks to the two wonderful cleaners on the 5th floor (I unfortunately forgot their names). We had a great time at the Club Lounge and enjoyed a delightful dinner at Isaan. The spa experience was also fantastic, with the staff member there being especially friendly. And of course, the breakfast was always top-notch. Overall, I had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning!"||||Highly recommended🥰

The hotel is really great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff everywhere in the hotel were very welcoming. Breakfast in Santa Monica club was amazing with a big collection. We had access to the club lounge and it was great. Special thanks to Rovina. I highly recommend the hotel.

The check-in was fast. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. They provided helpful information about the hotel amenities. My room was clean and calm. Check-out was smoother as check-in. My billing was accurate, and they were happy to assist with transportation arrangements. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. Thanks

Prakriti was very welcoming and the the club lounge was cozy and friendly, the food was good and the receptionists were friendly and professionals. The room was comfortable and I am welling to come back again for sure. The Tai restaurant also was very recommended

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel 2 weeks ago. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Especially Wali and a very helpful lady from the Philippines on the check in desk who was extremely helpful in making suggestions of places to visit. It was fairly easy to walk to the nearest metro station which was very efficient. Would recommend.

A great team from start to finish. Comfortable, quiet rooms and lovely grounds. A gem. Nothing was too much trouble and the smiles were authentic. A safe place to rest from a busy Doha. The spa was super relaxing with great service. would return and recommend.
