Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Doha for 2 nights and 3 days, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of amazing. At the reception, Basit welcomed us warmly and took care of everything with such professionalism. The way he explained the hotel’s amenities and offers was very clear and helpful, and he even managed to get us the best room. The room itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the hygiene was top-notch. During our stay, we tried the Santa Monica restaurant inside the hotel, and it was excellent. The breakfast and food overall were delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Our server, Sagar and his team was outstanding attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We also had the chance to explore the Club Lounge, which was another highlight. Both Gabriel and Prakrati went above and beyond to make our experience special. Their service was outstanding, and they made us feel truly valued as guests. Overall, we were amazed by the hospitality at every level. The staff and the management truly deserve kudos for creating such a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere. This stay was memorable, and I would highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Doha to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional service.

Booked a room for the day while enjoying the beach club and had a great experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect for lounging between activities. The entire hotel is beautifully designed, with upscale interiors and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway or daycation.

Lovely 2 night stay. Check-in was super , efficient, frienndly and informative, We were escorted to our room to make sure we liked the view, which was actually lovely with a view of the gardens & beach. Room was large, bright and had a lovely balcony, We had a club lounge access room which had an evening hot/cold food and drinks offering with amazing desserts. A big thank you to Lucy who made us feel so welcome, a fantastic host. The breakfast was served in the main restaurant and was very impressive, again with very good service. Good Gym and pools as well as the small beach. would love to return

Check in and Check out was conducted by very friendly and highly professional reception staff. Breakfast was excellent and staff serving there was providing excellent service. Room was very clean and layout was good. Dunes staff and environment was praise worthy and great. Concierge very helpful in guiding and resolving issues. Overall, an excellent hotel with highly professional staff. My Compliments to the Managers and General Manager for their expertise in smoothly running hotel all facilities and great staff.

My husband and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Doha in August as part of the Qatar Airways stop over flight deal. We usually transfer via Dubai or Abu Dhabi heading to south east asia but this year we decided to try Qatar Airways and stayed 4 nights at this hotel in Doha. ||Qatar Airways picked us up on time at the airport and drove us to the Grand Hyatt where we had the most wonderful stay. All the staff were fantastic. So caring and kind. We felt welcomed immediately. We paid extra for the club ammenities and we were pleased we did. The evening food was excellent quality. The day snacks and drinks were fab and the club room is really nice. Very friendly staff in there at all times.||The hotel is extremely clean. We enjoyed day trips to the Souk and a boat ride around the city. The art museum was also brilliant. ||One of the best things about this hotel is the breakfast which was exceptional. One of the best breakfast buffets we have ever seen. The staff were very attentive. ||We would definitely stay here again and do another stopover in Doha when heading to asia. ||Thank you to all the team for a superb 4 nights.

It’s our second time here and we really enjoyed the amenities, especially the sauna and steam room. My son had a great time in both the indoor and outdoor pools. The food was excellent too, with plenty of variety to choose from. At night, you can relax at the clubroom lounge with food, wine, and other drinks. Hoping next time they can add pizza to the menu for the kids 😉.||||All the staff are friendly and accommodating special thanks to Lucy, Prakriti, and the housekeeping staff, Bishnu, for making our stay even better.

Thank you Grand Hyatt for such a wonderful stay. The moment we arrived the hospitality has been absolutely amazing. The Santa Monica Breakfast Club food was outstanding but the service we had from Sagor was first class. His attention to fine detail and his high level of service was unsurpassed. Worst ever experience - not even worth 3star |This place has no soul, employees are not interested in connecting. Empathy is apparently unknown|Service or customer first seems inexistant. When I voiced my concern, I got given a bottle of wine…. Message abviously not received||IFacts First:|- no internet connection for 2 days despite several requests|- no information provided on amenities, I had to ask for everything myself|- got given a room with sight into wild trees and no SUN, even though this is what I came for|- management on duty not visible, usually retreats when customers complain|- room not made up by 3 pm|- no signs for rooms to make up room|- 2 out of 3 pools have no pool bar, when requesting a drink you have to phone room service and collect it in the room|Restaurants are mainly empty other than breakfast (6 out of 10, no fresh bread, no homemade jam and way too expensive).|There is no possibility to grab snacks (other than room service😎)|And to top it all my tu quits by itself every 15 minutes.|BTW the TV chains are pretty poor as well for non Arabic Europeans.|All in all an empty shell, property clearly + years old, with carpenters working in the hotel grounds under horrendous working conditions, as I bumped into them by coincidence.|To the management: |NO need to write apologetic phrases on here. HYATT stands for much you do not seem to want to apply. |And if you really are interested in making your hotel a more welcoming place, come and see me, you have ny room number.|- my bag and my Brandner shoes were soaked by a pool attendant whose only worry seems to be the watering of the plant
