Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Grand Hyatt Doha – Valentina and Stefania. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless at all times, with daily cleaning and no missing amenities whatsoever. The room itself was very spacious and had a stunning view over the garden and lagoon, with the city and high-rise buildings visible in the background — truly beautiful. The hotel staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. We felt very well looked after throughout our entire stay. ( Thank you, Sagor) The restaurants offer a wide variety of cuisines, suitable for all tastes and nationalities, so there is always something to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily return.

​A very reliable stay. Everything was exactly as expected: the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and everything inside functions perfectly. The hotel does have its own beach, which is a nice feature, though be prepared for high prices at the beach bar—the drinks are quite expensive. Overall, a solid choice if you want a hassle-free experience.

The staff were hospitable and accommodating. We loved our room—it was very spacious and any requests were satisfied. They even offered us chocolates for the fact that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. This was never rely resolved and there are flashing lights in the rooms. However, on a positive account, the Singaporean restaurant is extremely satisfying if you don’t mind a little bit of spice. The rooftop views are gorgeous—especially at night. It felt very safe-even for travelers from the states like us. The rooms have special features like a vanity, many mirrors, robes, slippers, espresso/tea maker, toiletries, and large spacious rainfall shower. The buffet was nice-many options were given including food ethnic to Doha. You can order off of the menu as well for avocado toast, chantilly pancakes and French toast. There is a pool that is very large and very nice that we visited. Everything is well kept and very clean. It’s only a few minute’s walk from downtown (the corniche) so it’s nice if you want to stay in the city.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff are kind and always smiling. A special thank you to Mr. Cruz, who was extremely kind to us during breakfast. I would have appreciated having the room cleaning done daily; for a 5-star hotel, this should be standard. It’s also a pity that there are no entertainment activities at the hotel. Aside from these points, everything is beautiful and I truly loved my stay.

Had an amazing 2 weeks stay here. We visited for the formula 1 and incorporated a family holiday into it. Was not disappointed. Doha is a beautiful city and would definitely be returning. The metro station was only a 10 minute walk away from the hotel making it ideal to get out and explore. It was very easy and cheap to use and staff available to help if we were stuck. Across the road from the hotel was a small shopping mall with a variety of shops including a very good supermarket which came in useful for buying drinks etc for the hotel|Room. The hotel staff were outstanding and could not do enough for you. We travelled as a family of 4 and found the rooms very spacious. We had 2 twin rooms which were interconnected which was ideal. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Big shout out to the pool/beach lifeguards Rabha, Samuel and Naba who always had a friendly smile and made us very welcome. Breakfast was outstanding with a vast variety to choose from, restaurant staff were also very friendly and remembered every day what drinks we wanted especially Sagor. Thankyou guys for making a memorable holiday we will definitely be back

had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed. I slept well and felt relaxed throughout my stay. The location was perfect and easy to move around. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Sagor for his kindness and exceptional service. He truly made my stay even better. I definitely enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very nice and cosy. Family friendly and the staff are super nice. Shout out to Riaz at the breakfast buffet, he was super nice to us and our kids who were very demanding. He is very responsive and he acts very quickly. Another shoutout to Jazrel who has the most beautiful smile and very welcoming, she’s super nice and very accommodating. We really had an enjoyable breakfast experience during our stay because of Riaz and Jazrel. Highly recommend hotel for people with kids

Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel and Villas is genuinely our home away from home. This stay was special in every way. The team are exceptional, warm, and incredibly attentive. Housekeeping were brilliant throughout, and a big thank you to Aziz and Pradeep for going the extra mile every single day. Big Thank You to the whole of Santa Monica Breakfast Club. Breakfast is always a highlight, thanks to Chef Jason, Chef Ahmed, and really the entire SMBC team who make the experience feel personal and consistent (and delicious). What we loved seeing this time were all the thoughtful upgrades around the hotel. The new playground is great, the new beach beds are beautiful and comfortable, and there are so many little improvements that make the place feel refreshed without losing its familiar charm. It is the people here that make all the difference. The level of care and attention to detail made this stay unforgettable and genuinely heartwarming. We cannot wait to come back, and it will be because of how well we were treated by the entire team.
