Mostly it’s nice(?). Bedroom’s cool. The gym is spacious and equipped. Yet, I was heavily dissapointed the first time we arrive. We had book them a week or two before from traveloka for 2 nights .We arrived at 3 like we have to and the room have not yet prepared. It’s fine and all. We wait around mall but we don’t get any call at all until 5. When we go to the reception, it’s not only us, alot of other guests had line up to complain about their booking haven’t not yet ready too. Some of them got angry and ask for refund. The worst thing is there’s only ONE GUY facing these angry guest, Idk where the others went. My parents did the same and ask for refund but the staff decline it because they say we’re booking from an unrefundable website (?). They try to make compensation by offering dinner and breakfast. My mother decline and try to ask why their room isn’t ready yet, is there a problem or reason? They said it’s because they are full (it’s christmast night). After that we keep waiting like a homeless in the mall. When we finally get our room? 7:45 at night. So basically we wait for 5 hours to get our room. Compensation? One morning breakfast for 3 people, no time extention for check out, for me it’s ridiculous. Our luguages also late, the staff have to call my parents to ask which luguage is ours. We also call to ask for extra blanket, they can’t give us and over bedsheet instead, we accepts and ask for two. They only give one. We ask again for the next night (they took it away after make up room) for TWO bed sheet, they give us one again. Probably the policy idk.
