Grand Hyatt Macau

Good hotel, but not recommended to others if you are sensitive to smoking smell. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean, but there is a bad smoking smell in the hallway and the elevator.

Stayed in a twin room with a friend in the Grand Club Tower. Everything was wonderful. Check in and out was easy, a bowl of fruit arrived not long after we did. The room is spacious and comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Duke and the staff on the 37th Floor were fantastic. All the staff were. The 37th Floor is great for snacks and tea time. All in all a very good experience. Highly recommend this hotel

Second stay. Location is strategic and convenient with train. Few stops away from airport. Breakfast is served with variety of foods, tastes good. Receptionist is very friendly and polite. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

This is our second time staying in Grand Hyatt. The location is great with LRT just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Convenient for us to travel Airport and Ferry Terminal. The room is clean, spacious with very beautiful view of the musical fountain at Wynn Palace. Will definitely stay in Grand Hyatt again next time in Macao.

Great service overall! A special mention to Nancy, who was on duty during our meeting at Grand Ballroom IV and later at The Grand Club for lunch. She was exceptionally wonderful :- very attentive, friendly, and pleasant throughout. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced our experience.

An wonderful stay in the Grand Hyatt, 2 nights room on the executive floor, a delicious breakfast on the 3th floor with Christien who takes care for everyone and let you feel that you are special 😊 we really enjoyed it. It where not our first visit, but sure definitely not our last one! See you all next time.

The Housekeeping staff make-up my room was sincere and friendly; she tries to upswell me lunch at 2f LOL…. Room spacious; exterior view great; however if the sofa able to relocate by facing the window would be perfect. Facilities shows sign of aging but tolerable; breakfast serve freshly baked beacon which is a big plus👍🏻

Hotel environment is very good; their staff are very nice and helpful. They also gave advice to me when they knew that my family and I could not see the House of Dancing Water due to it had maintenance work to do. Breakfast is yummy, their staff are polite and humble with smiley face, outside view is well surprise to see Macau airport and Wynn Resotrs with cable car, hotel room inside have comfortable beds, big sofa, full range of bathroom accessories, all the essentials, etc.Nice and truly will visit this hotel again and again ..... ^^ .P.S. during the trip my family and I saw the rainbow ... woo
