Grand Hyatt Macau

Stayed in a twin room with a friend in the Grand Club Tower. Everything was wonderful. Check in and out was easy, a bowl of fruit arrived not long after we did. The room is spacious and comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Duke and the staff on the 37th Floor were fantastic. All the staff were. The 37th Floor is great for snacks and tea time. All in all a very good experience. Highly recommend this hotel

Great service overall! A special mention to Nancy, who was on duty during our meeting at Grand Ballroom IV and later at The Grand Club for lunch. She was exceptionally wonderful :- very attentive, friendly, and pleasant throughout. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced our experience.

Hotel environment is very good; their staff are very nice and helpful. They also gave advice to me when they knew that my family and I could not see the House of Dancing Water due to it had maintenance work to do. Breakfast is yummy, their staff are polite and humble with smiley face, outside view is well surprise to see Macau airport and Wynn Resotrs with cable car, hotel room inside have comfortable beds, big sofa, full range of bathroom accessories, all the essentials, etc.Nice and truly will visit this hotel again and again ..... ^^ .P.S. during the trip my family and I saw the rainbow ... woo

Had an amazing experience. The room was Fantastic and the bathroom blew my mind. The staff were so kind and polite. They even provided with fruits to appreciate me as a member, how absolutely nice of them. Felt like a royal treatment, loved the hotel and everything about it. Highly Recommended

I was so pleased with our stay at this hotel that I feel compelled to express my appreciation.First of all, "Katrina", one of their staff members, was incredibly attentive and friendly. She made eye contact, smiled genuinely, and was happy to accommodate my complex payment requests.Additionally, "Kent" escorted us to my room and explained the stunning view while sharing what makes the Grand Hyatt Macau unique. He also provided us with excellent sightseeing advice, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Kent consistently greeted me with a smile, and even when I passed by him at reception, he maintained that same warm attitude and said hello.I have stayed at many hotels, but staff like Kent are unique. By anticipating our needs, he provided a sense of comfort and peace of mind throughout our stay. Thanks to him, I truly enjoyed our trip from start to finish.

This was our 7th time in Macau and definitely my favourite hotel. No gimmicky theme, simple elegance and great service. The breakfast was better than any I've had at any of the other big Macau hotels and club lounge was great. Every member of staff I interacted with was lovely. Location within COD and connected to LRT is incredible too. Will be my goto hotel in macau going forward.

The check in experience is very good. The staff heard that we love the peking duck.So, he recommend we try Beijing Kitchen and gave us a discount coupon for hotel guest only. The peking duck is really tasty.I was surprise by theri bath room in the room, it is so model and a lot of sun light come in.Compared this hotel with othe new hotel in Macau, it made me feel like like home.My only concern is they do not have sauna in the changing room at health club.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Not too crowded. Friendly and helpful staff. If you're planning in staying in the area, this is a great choice.
