Grand Hyatt Manila (Manila, Metro Manila) Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"In the heart of Bonifacio Global City, Grand Hyatt Manila delivers high-rise hospitality on an impressive scale. Its rooms and suites feature large windows, marble bathrooms, and warm wood finishes, along with expansive city views. Dining is a highlight, from a theatrical 3D dinner at The Peak to dim sum and dry-aged steaks elsewhere across the property. With a club lounge, spa, and one of the city’s largest pools, it is a nuanced stay for both work trips and weekend escapes." - Tablet Hotels

I haven’t stayed here, but I keep finding reasons to come back. Whether it's for Hillsong Church or a drink at The Peak rooftop bar, Grand Hyatt Manila hits the mark every time. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is pure class. Tall ceilings, elegant finishes, and a calm energy that tells you you're in the right place. The Peak is next level. One of the best rooftop setups in the city. You get sweeping skyline views, expertly mixed cocktails, and music that sets the mood without forcing it. It’s the kind of spot that works whether you’re there for a quiet date or deep conversation. Staff are consistently on point. Attentive, friendly, and never overbearing. They carry themselves like they know they’re part of something special, and it shows. Even the church services feel elevated. There’s something about sitting in a hotel ballroom filled with light and purpose that makes the message hit different. If the rooms are anything like the rest of the experience, I’d bet they’re immaculate. This place doesn’t just wear the name Grand. It lives up to it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The breakfast was top notch. The lounge on 57 is superb. Amazing views of the city. The suite was perfect! Everyone is so nice here. Extremely friendly and professional. Just can't say enough about this one.

I stayed at Grand Hyatt Manila for 13 nights during a business trip and overall, the experience was pleasant with a few areas that could be improved. What I liked: The bed was very comfortable and made it easy to rest well after long workdays. Housekeeping was consistent and reliable, with daily cleaning and water refills. On my last day, the hotel gave me a large bottle of mango juice as a thank-you for the long stay, which was a thoughtful gesture. The mango cake was excellent and definitely worth trying. The lunch buffet stood out with options like tiramisu, beef wellington, and steamed fish served from carts. Guests can also request freshly grilled salmon or ribeye steak, which added a nice touch to the meal. What could be better: Dinner buffet items were often repetitive, which became noticeable during a longer stay. The bed sheets could use some improvement in quality (like Hilton :) ) The gym is small and has limited equipment, which might be a drawback for guests who work out regularly. The pool is also quite small, especially for a hotel rated as five stars. Overall: Grand Hyatt Manila delivers a comfortable and well-managed stay with great food and attentive service. While some facilities could be upgraded to better match five-star expectations, it remains a solid choice for business travelers.

Grand Hyatt Manila: Stunning Views & Sophisticated Vibes Grand Hyatt Manila offers a refined, city-sleek experience right in the heart of BGC. The cityscape views are absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset—every window feels like a live postcard. While the rooms are a bit smaller compared to places like City of Dreams, they’re stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The breakfast buffet was decent, though not particularly standout. But the real highlight? The Peak Bar—a must-visit. The ambiance, views, and cocktails there are next level and made the entire stay feel extra special. My only wish is that the price point was a bit more competitive considering the room size. That said, the service, location, and elegance more than make up for it. Overall, a great experience for those seeking urban luxury with a view.

Nestled within BGC, great location with all around retail businesses within walking distance. From check in experience to check out, they showed their utmost care and always adding a nice personal touch by calling your name. Their rooms are luxurious, with enough space and city view. The amenities within the hotel are also worth it. Overall I highly recommend them.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Manilla, it was truly remarkable. The staff are incredibly elite, they were so welcoming and professional and there wasn't a problem they could not solve! The service is top notch. The room is so lovely with a beautiful view of the city, the bed is extremely comfortable and the bath tub with so relaxing. The spa and sauna were amazing, I had a lovely facial. The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance of loads of restaurants and shopping. The food is amazing and breakfast is so wonderful with lots of options. All in all 10/10 and I will be dreaming of this place for the rest of my life.

We loved our stay here in Manila! The location is great with a mall really close and lots of food options close too. It is located in BGC which is a nice area of Manila that I was eager to explore! Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by the staff, they opened up the doors to a big, beautiful lobby. As we were checking in, they even gave our kids a special plushy airplane pillow. Our room was so nice. We had a great view of the city since the Grand Hyatt is the tallest building in the Philippines! Housekeeping would come every day and kept our room nice and tidy. It really did feel luxurious staying here with the Balmain shampoo, soap, and conditioner and the Nespresso coffee maker in our room. The hotel has lots to offer besides just their rooms. They have a rooftop pool and a kiddie pool. I liked hanging out up here, they had cabanas to sit inside! On the same floor of the rooftop pools, they've got a spa. They also have tons of any options for dining and a fitness center. On the top floor is a rooftop bar and restaurant (a great place to go for a special occasion or date night, they have a dress code), in the lobby area there is a cafe with many yummy pastries and sweet treats. They also have a buffet that is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with probably 5 other restaurants in the hotel! The hotel was much bigger than I expected it to be. Really cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Fantastic! This is an excellent hotel featuring state-of-the-art design, stylish furniture, highly rated restaurants, and outstanding amenities for guests. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by friendly staff and a grand, elegant entrance. During check-in, the staff answered all our questions efficiently and assisted us with our luggage. We explored the hotel amenities first and were truly impressed by the variety of spaces available. The pool area, in particular, was a standout with spacious and looked perfect for lounging and relaxation. When we entered our rooms, we were amazed by the generous space and the stunning views of BGC and Metro Manila from the windows. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the furnishings made us feel like we were in a luxurious home away from home. They also accommodated our room with a crib for our little one and an extra bed, which we greatly appreciated. The rooms had all the essential amenities you would expect from a high-end hotel. Our booking included the breakfast buffet, and it was a wonderful addition to our stay. The selection was vast, with a variety of Filipino dishes and local delicacies and it was honestly overwhelming in the best way. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! As a topping, the attentive and helpful staff made the experience better. Thank you to Kate and J-Mar especially for your attentiveness and kindness! The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short walk from BGC High Street and close to several major malls in the area. There’s no shortage of advantages when it comes to convenience and accessibility. We only stayed for two nights, and it was bittersweet to leave. We would definitely recommend Grand Hyatt to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay in Manila.

Yelp
This hotel truly lives up to its name! As of May 2025, I learned that Grand Hyatt Manila is the tallest building in the country. I loved the location of this hotel in BGC as it was walking distance to malls and many great places to eat. I felt safe walking around even at night time. SERVICE: The service here is unmatched (although I'd like to shout out that most Filipino workers we've encountered, especially in places like this, were hard workers). From the moment you step out of your vehicle, there are people immediately helping you get out your luggage, helping you to check in, and getting you situated. Check in took a little time for us since my mom and I requested for our rooms to be on the same floor and thankfully, they did. I can't comment too much on turn down services since we chose to leave the Do Not Disturb sign on during our whole stay. GRAND CLUB: Super worth it to get with your reservation. Located on the 57th floor, the view was amazing. We took advantage of the Grand Club every morning for breakfast and almost every afternoon for the "happy hour" and hor d'oeuvres. The employees always greeted us with a smile and were very accommodating. The breakfast everyday had a noodle and omelette station. My favorite was their fresh Taho and the traditional Filipino delicacies like Suman and Puto. They had a wide variety of food and we really looked forward to coming here every morning. ROOM: My husband and I originally booked a room with club access and we got upgraded to the Deluxe King room on the 56th floor. We had a nice corner suite equipped with its own walk in closet, separate toilet room with its own sink, and bathroom with tub that faced the window (and had the option to open the wall so you can watch TV from the tub). I really appreciated that they had ample mirrors and many toiletries already available. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the Illy coffee/espresso machine in the room. GYM/POOL: The gym was pretty big and I was surprised to see machines/equipment that you don't expect from a hotel gym such a rowing machine, free barbell rack (not a smith), and a separate room with mirrors to do your own workouts. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool but they had an Olympic size pool with 4 lanes and a kiddie pool. If we had time, we would've loved to enjoy it. OVERALL: We had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Manila. I will definitely stay here again whenever we come back to the Philippines!

Yelp
We stayed at the Grand Hyatt in BGC (Bonifacio Global City) in Manila for 4 nights to start our trip to the PH. At check in, Ariah was so nice and helpful. We also had a nice chat w/ Maia, who was very friendly and spoke good English. Maia also gave us a great rec for a casual Filipino food nearby. I reserved a Grand Suite that was approximately 775 sf. The suite inc a kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, full bath and a separate restroom w/ a toilet. Both toilets were Toto models w/ heated seats. More importantly, the suite gave you access to the Grand Club. Hotel clubs/lounges are not that common in the US. However, in Asia clubs/lounges are very special. The GC offered full breakfast, snacks & drinks all day, and a Happy Hour from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. All of the food was really good, and the staff were super nice and attentive. Funny story: One morning they served siapao (char siu bao, steamed pork buns). I jokingly told the chef, Patty, "Finally some Filipino food. But where is the longsilog?" Next thing you know, I had longsilog at my table every day for the remainder of our stay. Thats great service! The Grand Suite I stayed in was the best room I have stayed in around the world. Keep in mind, I have stayed at all the competitor's top brands: Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, St Regis, Waldorf Astoria and Intercontinental. In addition, the staff was the most professional and friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. If I return to Manila, the only place I will stay at is the Grand Hyatt.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed in Grand Hyatt hotel for 4 nights. We both give this place a 3/5 stars. Our first impression of this place is absolutely grand as you walk in. Their set up and how the lobby is designed is incredible. The roof top bar is nice, it gives you a great view of the city. Their food options here does not par with Conrad Hotel, which we also stayed at for 3 nights. The food's acceptable, but not grand, or something that you would remember. The view of the hotel from the room gives you a spectacular city view the higher you are, especially at night time. We stayed at 52nd floor and 53rd floor respectively. We had to move because our first room in the 52nd floor had bugs. Yes, it had bugs. Little black bugs, whatever they were. We notified hotel staff and they upgraded our room to a deluxe room on 53rd floor. Still not acceptable. A 5 star hotel with bugs. Further, we notified this hotel for a fan months in advance when we booked it. My wife needs a fan for white noise when we sleep. The hotel couldn't accommodate that. Conrad Hotel, another 5-star hotel that we stayed in, easily accommodated that request without even including it in our booking notes. Some hotel staff and the general people here seems to be incredibly snottier compared to the rest of the country. My wife and I dress and live very modestly, or I even dress like I don't care what people think of me lol because I truly don't. We felt as if you get treated accordingly to how you dress. It's quite funny because my wife and I are in early 30s and currently in top 5% of net worth in our age group. But we felt judge by how we dress when we probably have more money then most of them lol. A place you must absolutely visit when you're here is the American Cemetery and Memorial. Even if you haven't served a day in the military. The greenery, layout, and history of it all will make it worth it.

Yelp
The grand hyatt is worth your money. The room was very spacious and clean. The facility is very modern. Hotel staff were all so friendly and nice. We had one meal at the grand buffet and the selection was enormous ranging from local cuisine, chinese, spanish, american. Also the hotel has a little bakery/coffee shop at the ground floor which was so convenient if you want a grab and go place. The hotel is also centrally located amongst some of the biggest shopping centers in BGC. Extremely convenient and walkable.

Yelp
I love love love the Grand Hyatt in Manila! This building is currently the tallest building in the Philippines and offers luxury rooms with a view of the city. The location is unbeatable being so close to so many restaurants and centered right in the business and social hub of BGC. So beautiful and comfortable - this place really made our stay in Manila!

Yelp
Enjoyed staying a week at the Grand Hyatt Manila, a luxury five star hotel, just $125 a night which is a great deal! Checking in was easy and my room included free breakfast at the Grand Kitchen and breakfast was delicious each time. Very helpful staff and concierge services - ordered airport pick-up and drop off, very convenient and reliable. My corner unit room on the 51st floor was large and spacious with a nice view of the city. Large bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The toilet was in a separate room. The king size bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and pillows. Laundry service was quite easy and fairly cheap. Fill out the form, dial 0 for pick up, if before 10 am, delivered by 5 pm that same day as a regular request. The 24 hour/7 fitness center had everything I needed. Plenty of dumbbells, five treadmills, a few elliptical machines, and a separate yoga/stretching room. Drinks by the pool and at the Cellar were always refreshing and so were the appetizers and entrees.

Yelp
Wow....what a fabulous hotel this is. This is one of the best Grand Hyatts I have ever stay at. I was able to stay in one of their corner suites thanks to my brother's Hyatt status (thanks, brother!) on our last couple of nights in the Philippines. The accommodations were amazing - huge, CLEAN room with super comfy king bed, soaking tub, separate toilet with bidet, large walk in shower, walk in closet with safe, living area, and amazing views of Manila. They also have a delicious buffet at a reasonable price.

Yelp
Me and my family loved the hotel. The room space was goood Beds were comfy AC was cold Has a bathtub The cleaning crew was polite and didn't bother anyone sleepiing It was near so many malls so you could never be bored The breakfast buffet was amazing and the food was delicious. The pool was good They even had a sauna in the bathroom It's impossible not to love this place The service was incredible I would come back here no hesitation. I would totally recommend it to anyone who is in BGC It was extremely fun.

Yelp
I loved my three-night stay at the Grand Hyatt Manila. It was truly a first-class experience. The guest room felt like a small apartment. It had a toilet room, along with two bathrooms--one with a walk-in shower with a rain shower fixture and another with a bathtub/shower combo. The room was stocked with complimentary toiletries, water, and banana chips. It also had an Illy coffee maker, a Japanese tea set, and a mini fridge. In addition, my family and I had access to the club lounge, which offers all-day refreshments as well as breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres. The mealtimes provided a variety of options, and since we're not big eaters, we ended up not needing to eat out most of the time we were there. To top things off, all of the staff were very warm and accommodating. By the end of our stay, we were sad to have to say goodbye to our new friends. If you're ever in Manila, this is the place to be!

Yelp
Had a wonderful 2 week stay here @ the Grand Hyatt! The staff had genuine smiles, were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is immaculate. The amenities were of high end quality. Had the opportunity to utilize the spa too. Also, had a massage by Sheila, Wow, she's amazing. She focused on the troubled areas where I documented on the form. Great job! I'll definitely be returning for a visit and a massage.

Yelp
Went for breakfast buffet with my mom and it was not good. Breakfast buffet ends at 10:30 am. We arrived at 9:15 am plenty of time to eat. All the food on this buffet was old, stale, and didn't taste fresh. I guess arriving after 9am isn't good because they no longer put fresh food out. I sat by the congee serving area and they took all the condiments away at 10am and didn't put them back. Good thing I didn't want congee because I don't like plain congee. The sad thing is I threw more food away than I consumed. Such a waste, but I refuse to eat food that isn't appealing or taste good. The icing on the cake was when they brought the bill and asked if my mom was a senior citizen and she is at 77yo. They would not accept her US passport because it has to be a Filipino ID. We ate at a different restaurant (I can't remember which one in Manila) however they gave us the discount because a senior citizen is a senior citizen. Not this place. I asked to speak to the manager and she proceeded to tell me that that discount is a Filipino thing. No problem. Perhaps that manager needs to brush up on her English because essentially what she meant was that the Grand Hyatt discriminates against senior citizens. Only for Filipino seniors. Seriously?? Grand Hyatt can keep their buffet. Only $53 bucks for the two of us and that was enough for us never to return to this buffet.

Yelp
o1.o4.19 - o1.o6.19 We checked in to Hyatt after Conrad because this is where our friends be having their wedding. This hotel is very nice and everything looks very new. The staffs are nice and the room was nice. Apparently, there was a double booking under my name because our friend booked a room for us. But they were able to cancel at free of charge and reimburse it back to my friend. This hotel had a total of 56 or plus floors. We were on 46 and the room was very nice. There's a very nice sofa, shower, bathtub, walk-in closet, and the restroom was separated out from the shower so its got its own door. Check out my photos for reference. :) They have these complimentary banana chips. Oh my, those were so good! I wished I could purchase some and bring it back to the States. Maybe it's possible...I didn't get a chance to ask bc I was still very sick and just wanted to rest before the wedding. We didn't go out for dinner so decided to check out the buffet. Gosh...it was a disappointment. I didn't expect it to be as good as the ones in Las Vegas but I felt like Conrad's executive lounge breakfast was better than that. I don't even know where to begin. Maybe bc we went there kind of late? It was around 8pm local time. It was the worst meal in the Philippines even though the Jolibee's fried chicken was dry and stuff. So that's where the one star was missing. There was also been a little issue with our room. The shower drain wasn't working very well. So we called the front desk and they were able to send a technician over to fix it. They later gave us the option to switch room but we didn't bother since the time was already there fixing it. The technician said he'll let them know to send someone over to clean up the floor since there was a puddle of water from fixing the drain. We waited for awhile and no one came. So we called again and they sent someone shortly after. They asked if there's anything else we need so my bf asked for more water since I was sick. Then the next thing you know, he brought over 14 bottles of water. Lol... So nice! Then the next day was the wedding. The ballroom was decorated so nice and beautiful. My bf and I were both shocked. We agreed on that we were at a Crazy Rich Asians wedding! Then of course, it could be the wedding planners' work. But then you still need to have the space and all. And there were 3 projector screens. The crazy rich part was...live band and an actress singing for us while we eat. What?! I know!! Dang...I have some rich friends! I knew they were rich but not that rich. Hahaha At least the food should be cooked by the chefs the, right? The food at the wedding was very tasty! Foi gras, soup, beef & fish, and dessert. All of them were good. Sadly I didn't finish the main entree bc I wasn't feeling well. The chef often walked out to check on the dish. It was great to end our trip with a beautiful wedding. ;)

Yelp
Leisure stays are now accepted in Metro Manila for some hotels but part of the requirement is an Antigen Test on the same day of stay. RT-PCR can also be presented for as long as the test is done within 72 hours. We had an option to stay in south but Tagaytay hotels are not accepting guests below 13 years old. Called several hotels and they don't require testing but guests should comply with the Health Declaration Form. Since we have a baby in the family we decided to stay in Manila and found out that Grand Hyatt have a package that includes the testing on site. So far it is the only hotel I found with onsite testing though other hotels recommends antigen in nearby clinics. The hotel is located in 8th Avenue in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. It is very accessible to almost everything since it is near Uptown Mall, S&R Membership Shopping and St Lukes Hospital. We reserved through their office hotline but there are available rooms in sites like agoda and bookingcom. The room rate is Php14,000nett++ for an overnight stay which includes the use of amenities, breakfast for 3, and the antigen testing that covers 2persons. The third person is charged at Php2000 for the test. Room options includes King Deluxe and Double Deluxe with 2 double beds. The maximum occupancy should not exceed 3 person per room. The hotel is currently accepting guests from NCR and Calabarzon. All guests shall present a valid ID with address. We arrived earlier around noontime and waited for the test. There is an assigned function room for the testing and the result only took 15mins. Room will be assigned upon submission of the negative results and valid IDs. Breakfast is served at the 2nd floor. It is currently plated in observation to strict health and sanitation protocols. Fitness Center and the outdoor pool is on the 6th floor. The restaurant on the highest floor which was "The Peak" is currently open from Thursday-Sunday from 5pm. They are now accepting dine in guests with protocol observation. Reserve seats prior to arrival and guests are guided in the lobby.

Yelp
I stayed a week at the Grand Hyatt Manila in December 2022. What a disappointment. Without belaboring the problems (any hotel will have some unexpected problems), the real problem was the management. On checkout I told the front desk manager about an incident in the restaurant. They told me that my credit card had been declined and that I needed to see the front desk manager. I asked that they have the manager call me in my room - I was with colleagues and was embarrassed to be confronted with the credit card issue in front of them. I waited and waited, but no call from the manager. Finally, I called and was told that the card had not been declined and everything was fine. No apology, and no call to tell me the problem was an error. When I wrote and complained, I got the most insincere apology ever. The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, and the management unresponsive.

Menchz S.

Yelp
Jose the "assistant" hotel manager was rude and unprofessional. Lack of customer care etiquette, had a high tone on the phone rather apologizing first for his behavior and his two staffs at the dining area. He bragged that he's from Australia- is that how they behave in managing problems? He shared how a 3rd party partner has violated the company benefits policy and being reprimanded as we spoke. Do you have to disclose that confidential information to the hotel guests/clients? Wow

Yelp
Very impressed with the grand entrance. Staff is friendly and efficient. All are sharply dressed and everyone greeted me with a smile. The property is also extremely clean and comfortable. In places like these I usually end up complaining that the air conditioning is set way to high and the space is like an icebox. That is not the situation here. I found it very temperate as the outside conditions were hot and muggy (it is Manila at the end of the day). This property is awesome and I will stay in it again in the future.

Erica S.

Yelp
Came here tonight as a "surprise" birthday dinner. The hostess was great and nice. However, both areas where we were seated were filled with cobwebs. The outdoor terrace should be better maintained. The food was not well seasoned and the servers were not attentive at all. My wagu steak had so much uncharted fat, it was inedible. The view is beautiful but the food and especially the service was not what I hoped for based on the hype.

JM C.

Yelp
Poor customer service. I made a very human mistake booking a trip here not realizing that I was off by 1 day for check-in. So I booked for 1/6 but actual flight arrival was 1/7. This is naturally a human mistake when you travel across the date line. As soon as I realized this mistake I tried to correct it with Hyatt, within 1 day, and they denied my request. Sounds very greedy for a big company. I would cancel my whole booking if it was refundable but that was not an option. This place is a mess. I thought I would get world class service but it's greedy bureaucracy that you deal with. No to this facilty. Bad customer service.

Yelp
A few days ago my family and I just experienced the best hotel service and experience we've ever had. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous and gave us an amazing view of Manila. We felt extremely safe as the security was great and made sure everyone was checked. The gym had all the equipment we needed to have a great workout in. My favorite would have to be their spa. It includes a steam room, a sauna and a hot tub. Me and my fiancé went to the Peak which is their rooftop bar and the view was breathtaking and Carla took good care of us. Our overall experience is beyond amazing and we will definitely be coming back sooner than later.

Yelp
One of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Extremely clean and modern. Staff were kind and welcoming. The room was amazing with a great view of the city. If you get a chance to check out pool deck and gym area, do it. Will definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Worst managed hotel I've ever been at. 20 of us rented a private terrace on the 62nd floor only to have the organiser of our evening, who was a guest in an executive suite, denied entry because he was in shorts. The inability for management to navigate a simple issue was baffling. GM should be fired. Choose the Shang instead.

Yelp
Had a NYE celebration at The Peak and rang in the new year from the highest point in Manila. Helpful staff and amazing views both from indoor and outdoor areas. The Music Room was the perfect place for our group to enjoy the live music and festivities.

Yelp
This pertains to The Peak Grill (steakhouse) on the top floor of the hotel. The view of the restaurant is what earned its 1 star. The food quality and service is what made it lose 4 stars. First, we never received the house bread that comes with the meal. We knew this because the tables around us all received house bread. We ordered prawns and foie gras with chicken liver as appetizer. The "prawns" were small, or regular size shrimp to my standards. The foie gras chicken liver spread came with nothing to eat it with (bread, toasts etc). I ordered the Australian ribeye cooked medium and my wife had the Australian Tenderloin cooked medium well. My steak came medium rare and my wife's steak came medium. Both steaks were flavorless, there is 0 flavor in the steaks. The ribeye is supposed to be one of the most flavorful cuts, yet mine tasted like it just came out of the freezer with lack of flavor. My wife's tenderloin was tender, as you might expect, however, again, flavorless. Overall, nice try in identifying yourself as a high end steakhouse, maybe in a few years when things are better. Perhaps get better steaks from highly recognized farms

Yelp
You may want to call ahead to check that certain amenities that you require are available at this hotel. The hotel has gorgeous architecture and a fantastic staff. But it's so new it's still working out the kinks in regards to amenities. Having said that. It's a lovely five star hotel.

Yelp
Staying for 4 nights, had the deluxe room, then junior suite. Rooms are clean and spacious. Theme is modern asian. Toiletries are June Jacobs. They have the Toto Bidet, similar to Park Hhatt in France. Facilities include a lap pool, gym with cardio and weightlifting equipment, steam room and sauna at the spa, and a lot more. If you have club access, you get complimentary breakfast and snacks. You can bring a guest with you for a fee. There's tea time at the lounge between 2:30 and 5:30, around Php 2k for 2 people: Breakfast buffet has a range of food choices, from Filipino to Westernized food. Did not get to try the restaurant, but it looks amazing. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Although the price is on the higher side, it is worthwhile. Another plus is the central location. walking distance to shopping center and restaurants. Feels safe walking around the area even at nighttime. Fyi, luggages should go through front entrance for xray. There's parking spaces available too.
