I had an amazing experience at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai. The atmosphere is elegant, the property is beautifully maintained, and the service is on another level. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, attentive, and genuinely focused on making the stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with all the comforts you expect from a luxury stay. Food options were excellent too, from breakfast to late-night meals. The pool, gym, and overall vibe of the place make it perfect for both relaxation and work. Overall, a flawless experience. Truly worth the rating. Highly recommended.

Great Ambience & Service, But Food Needs Improvement Visited here for the event , and the overall experience was pleasant. Staff: Very helpful, polite, and cooperative. Their service really stood out. Ambience: Top-notch. The vibe, lighting, and seating were all excellent. However, the only concern was the food. The presentation was good, but the taste felt very ordinary. There was no wow factor in any of the dishes we tried. Considering the ambience and service, the food quality could definitely be better. Would love to visit again if the taste improves, as everything else was perfect.

A truly delightful experience. I was taken aback by the warmth and kindness of the staff. Special mention to the wonderful staff supporting the dining experience at 55 East restaurant. A very attentive Assistant Manager Rahul , supported by the charming young gentlemen Shawn and Makrano. All under the wonderful leadership of Sahil. I should not forget to mention Rajnish, the eagle eyed floor manager taking care of the busy morning diners.

Loved my first time stay with the Hyatt brand at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Mumbai! As a Marriott Platinum member, my expectations were high and the folks at the Grand Hyatt exceeded all my expectations!||||In particular, I would like to recognize the warm attention to detail from Daljit Kaur, Nirvy, Shreya, Rohan and one other on the room staff. I will definitely plan on returning to this hotel in my future visits to Mumbai.

Great hotel to stay as a regular guest ! Nice spreads of restaurant and dining. rooms are clean and staffs are approachable. ||Sufiyan Shaikh has been a great support in guest relationship during the stay and service after stay etc..

Great hotel with an amazing breakfast and outstanding service. Special thanks to Irfan, who kindly accommodated my much earlier check-in without any additional charge. Extremely polite and professional. I’ll definitely stay here again.

i was assisted by Irfan, his accommodating level is superb plus i arrived early in the hotel but then he gave me a luxurious and spacious room with a beautiful view and managed to check-in me early as well. and i booked a room with breakfast and dinner, i got to say the restaurant is well maintained and the food is really nice!!! all i can cay the people here are so nice!!! im looking forward to stay here when i get back to india❤️❤️❤️
