Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel & Residences

An early check-in was accommodated for the club rooms and greatly appreciated. Staff go above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and spotless. Beds were very comfortable and a lovely patio area overlooking the beautiful garden. Breakfast was perfectly made at the club lounge. There was something for everyone with stations for items made to order. We didn't get to appreciate happy hour or the afternoon tea but there was ample food, drinks and snacks available throughout the day with comfortable seating. Hopefully we will book for an extended period next time, but highly recommend for a high standard luxurious stay.

Great Ambience & Service, But Food Needs Improvement Visited here for the event , and the overall experience was pleasant. Staff: Very helpful, polite, and cooperative. Their service really stood out. Ambience: Top-notch. The vibe, lighting, and seating were all excellent. However, the only concern was the food. The presentation was good, but the taste felt very ordinary. There was no wow factor in any of the dishes we tried. Considering the ambience and service, the food quality could definitely be better. Would love to visit again if the taste improves, as everything else was perfect.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Grand Hyatt. The overall ambiance, cleanliness, and hospitality were truly exceptional. They were courteous, helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. I had an amazing experience at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai. The atmosphere is elegant, the property is beautifully maintained, and the service is on another level. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, attentive, and genuinely focused on making the stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with all the comforts you expect from a luxury stay. Food options were excellent too, from breakfast to late-night meals. The pool, gym, and overall vibe of the place make it perfect for both relaxation and work. Overall, a flawless experience. Truly worth the rating. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place with amazing service! I highly recommend anyone visiting Mumbai to stay here. Their breakfast is something else. I have never seen so many options before on top they have live food option that they can cook for you. We also had dinner at their restaurant Soma restaurant and the food and service was on par. We only stayed two nights but wish to comeback in future to enjoy their other services like Spa and Pool. Location is also very convenient near airport.

Amazing experience during my stay. Wonderful service at fifty five East restaurant toped up by great choices of indian and continental cuisines. My stay was made more memorable by Mr Rajesh a waiter at the restaurant he really took good care me and my team and the Manager Mr Vishal who also present and took good care of team. Rooms are great but the service can surely be better. In Room service was excellent. When you check-in they don't share explicitly on the Wi-Fi access details & the timing of the breakfast. We could get the details by calling the helpdesk but these things can explicitly called out. Breakfast especially Coffee is never hot and you have to tell them so many to bring it hot but you still get the room temp cappuccino. They don't have the water as soon as the guest arrives, we need to explicitly ask. Everything works fine when we keep asking. Service could have been better but rooms are pretty good and convenient. Ambience is good. Except for few things with service(they might look small but small things is what makes a difference) and it's a great place to stay.
