Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel & Residences

It’s an exquisite property, built with a lot of money and great taste. Well located too- near BKC and Santa Cruz. The rooms are good. I had an attached sit-out patio, which made it even better. We used the lovely on two days, it is large enough, shallow enough and clean enough to be fun. What doesn’t work is the front desk and the food. It took us over 30 minutes to get the room allotted and we were asked to wait in the coffee shop till the issue(whatever it was) could be resolved. After that part of our luggage was not sent to our room- another wait of 20 minutes therefore. We walked into a restaurant for dinner. The food was good, not great. When it came time to sign the bill, we discover we have to pay as they haven’t blocked our card. On day two only we discover, that we are entitled to use the ‘club’. The front desk had forgotten to tell us. The breakfast spread is wide: covers different cuisines, is served hot. But… even the specials aren’t great to taste. A lot of work required there. Not sure I will stay there again, unless I read many reviews that it has improved.

Good place to stay close to the airport. Rooms are great. Especially the 1 BR apartments. Food was excellent and gave that feedback to the chef personally. Reduced a star as the lobby coffee shop closed sharp at 8pm and couldn't find a place to chat up with a client over coffee!! A hotel of this category deserves a 24 hour coffee shop.

This is another good hotel in Mumbai. The rooms are good, but it would have been better with better carpet color choice. The current color is easy to clean but dull. The food choices and restaurants are excellent. The only issue is the location, which makes you go through few narrow streets to get to this hotel.

Great stay. The rooms are spacious and room service is excellent. The quality of food is extra ordinary. The view is amazing too. Staff is so polite and helpful. Definitely recommend to stay here. Ample parking facilities.

One of the good hotels to say if you want to stay near the airport or BKC. The staff is helpful and disciplined. The food is great.

Stayed here in May 2024. Centrally located and near the airport. Ambience is good. The breakfast menu is excellent and delicious food.

Great hotel but too noisy. Also this was a 5 star review, but for the second night running the next room has had an all night party and staff were unable to deal with it. I certainly don't recommend staying here if you need sleep as this hotel has NO CONTROL and can do very little to help.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife during her interview at the US Consulate, it was 15 mins away so we I chose this hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and all the staff were very assisting and nice people. We had a king bed reservation but they were out so we had to get a Queen but we made it work. Price is fair enough for the quality and name of the hotel as it is an Hyatt, I’d recommend to stay here if you are touring Mumbai or have any type of work or business.
