Grand Hyatt Seattle

Upon arriving, Steven, the doorman was very friendly and helpful. Sorry Steven, I am not used to someone opening the door for me. Great work however.||V at the front desk for checkin. Again very helpful, and friendly with lots of information.||David (who I thought was running the whole shabang) Great work. Would have liked to stay a little longer, but time was limited. Lots of great information regarding the surroundings around the hotel. Thank-you.||Stephanie and Steve at the 'new bar'. Good work, crazy busy. As the bar was really new, I am guessing that you are still trying to find a routine. Maybe they will hire some additional help for you. Again very good service.||And finally, the most amazing interaction I had was on the elevator one morning. Service guy or maitenance guy (I did not catch his nametag) when he got off the elevator, he turned to me smiling like he had been given a $100 tip and wished me a good good day.

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt Seattle for the ABA Risk and Compliance Conference 2024. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff took initiative to make recommendations and assisted with locations of entities needed or desired during the visit. Room service food was delicious and timely. Upon leaving, the staff assisted with calling a cab and just as they had been consistent all week with respecting the guests' time. A fabulous experience and highly recommend.

Great hotel - very clean, very friendly staff and we had a great experience.||||We are so happy that we chose this hotel. Gary was great! He was so welcoming and took the time to speak with me on the phone. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by Steve and he acknowledged us throughout our stay.||||Jordan was so welcoming when we checked in. Love this hotel and we'll definitely coming back. This hotel was within walking distance to the train and public market.||||Thank you Jordan, Gary and Steve for the exceptional service!

Check-in was great and the pillows in the room were really comfortable. They had both a really nice feather pillow and a really nice foam pillow. The room lighting was so poor that it was hard to read much of anything and it was no way to turn on an overhead light that made the room brighter. We had to wait until the next morning and open the curtains in order to see better. We ordered room service food for the evening and the sandwiches were small, dry and really expensive. For three small sandwiches and a little bit of soup with one of the sandwiches the cost was over $83

What a romantic impromptu 1-night stay.. The Grand Hyatt is in the heart of Seattle so it was so convenient to get to places! We took a monorail ride after checking in around 6pm because it was a 4 minute walk! The front desk clerk Ebony gave us the most amazing check-in experience that surpasses a Four Seasons check in. And mind you, this was around 6pm yet she had the aura of a star! Loved every second of that check in experience.. she needs a raise! The room had a gorgeous view of the water and I couldn’t be anymore grateful to the gods and goddesses of the Duwamish lands for giving us a stellar room on a busy Saturday night! Hallelujah! What they say is true.. “don’t look at the receipt after the trip is done”. They charge a “destination fee” and “destination fee tax” and my half slip almost fell to the ground after reading this sorcery because it was nearly $60. This is the only reason why I’m giving this hotel a 4-star instead of a 5. Other than that, this hotel is dope!!

This is a Beautiful property, and the set up is wonderful. I am not to keen on the bar being so close to the front doo, but is was a nice set up, especially if you are waiting to leave. I felt the parking service could really use some TRAIING, for they did not seemed organized at all, when it comes to customer service. My Front Desk assistant - Ebony, was absolutely amazing!! She just so attentive and helpful, and helped turn all our concerns into resolve matters!! ||This is a great place to stay, they just need to clean up a few issues with parking staff, and maybe it will be even better. I rated the Services due to poor Parking attendance services and Club attendant service, but the Front Desk Team is Awesome !! Housekeeping was great as well, for they always greeted you when you when by them.

Good hotel downtown, can conveniently walk to most locations (including Pike Market) and well connected to public transports (5min walk to direct tram line stop from/to the airport!). As always with Hyatt the service is great, from check-in to check-out. The rooms are pretty spacious and well equipped (including an umbrella!), and I really liked the smell of the Balmain soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. Make sure, if you can, to get a room with view on the sea (you’ll need a room on a higher floor though), as the golden hour light that peaks through the windows is simply gorgeous! I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, however there is a Starbucks coffee directly connected with the lobby so it was perfect to grab a bite and a drink before heading out. And I couldn’t help but smile at seeing the Champagne vending machine in the lobby (because who knows, you might need it for impromptu celebration ;) ).

Got upgraded to a suite. The room is spacious with a nice city view. The hotel has lounge that provides breakfast, drinks and light snacks. Shelf parking within the building or you could valet.
