A great hotel located on the edge of the center. They have a great free shuttle to two points in the center. There is a perfect path to walk to town along the creek from the hotel. Great large rooms nice pool. They have on spot valet parking for a fee. Nice staff. For winter I saw an on spot gondola for ski which is perfect

We visited on our honeymoon and everything was amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food from the restaurant was great. (I had the salmon twice because it was just that good) The atmosphere we cozy and the location was great, we could get the everything fast but were night right in the middle of everything. The staff even surprised us with some champagne and chocolate strawberries!

Great property. Rooms are clean, high quality design, great bathroom design and size. Room facing mountain and over looking stream was wonderful. Valet and front desk staff top notch but service and food prep at the hotel's Gessner restaurant took the overall score down. Unsatisfactory experience there. Scallops under cooked, price error on check and waiter service just not good. The place was quiet but waiter not attentive and hard to find. No restaurant manager or supervisor seemed to be present on the floor. We decided to check out early and go off property for breakfast rather than venture back there. Management follow up on the issue was soft. We were frankly surprised.

Great hotel! The room was very clean and also luxurious feeling. The room is thoughtful in its decor. I love the flowers on the balcony! The beds were very comfortable. The hotel grounds are well-kept and beautiful. It’s a nice, luxurious hotel surrounded by lots of natural beauty. I would especially recommend staying here if you can get a good deal.

Beautiful location and wonderful rooms! My only complaint is the gym, it’s surprisingly under-equipped for a resort. There are just three treadmills, one cable machine, and two benches. It does include free weights, kettlebells, a leg press, and a chest press machine, but overall, the cardio options are very limited. For guests like me attending a conference with little time to enjoy the outdoors, a better-equipped gym would make a big difference.

The location and view is great! Close to Vail Village and Lions head. With the Aspens turning its gorgeous in late September. Friendly service throughout the team. Elaine is the perfect, living definition for the hospitality industry. We met her in 2023 and again this trip currently. She is incredibly friendly, genuine and warm, she bends over backwards to be accomadating and makes you feel comfortable. The company has a real gem in her! The desk staff was very helpful as well and offered us a complimentary room upgrade.

Very large. Lots of walking between areas. Has Sushi restaurant on premises. Buffalo chili was DELICIOUS! Lots of parking with valet service if needed. Beautiful mountain views from rooms, restaurant, & bar. Staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Cozy lobby seating area with fireplace and large TV.

The lowered review comes from our initial impression, which was with a very unpleasant valet person. He was absolutely and unnecessarily rude when we tried to ask for assistance getting access to the hotel. Due to where the hotel entrance is located, you pretty much have to use valet or you have to walk a pretty long distance back from the garage. This isn't easy to navigate late at night. The hotel was very nice and was what you'd expect from a resort. We had a room facing the mountains and the view was amazing. We had breakfast in the hotel and the food was quite good. The price was a little high, but that's to be expected at a resort. Overall, it was a great experience minus the rude little guy at valet.
