Grand Hyatt Xi An

Grand Hyatt Xi’an is an architectural masterpiece, blending modern elegance with grand, spacious design. From the moment I arrived, I was in awe of the stunning arches, vast open spaces, and sleek contemporary style—it’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at! I had the pleasure of staying in the Grand Suite King Deluxe (Suite 3005 on the 30th floor), and it was absolutely amazing. The suite was incredibly spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing breathtaking views of the modern cityscape. The bathroom was impeccable, featuring an oval bathtub with stunning views—a perfect spot to unwind. For dining, Allegro was a great experience—an Italian restaurant in the sky, offering delicious food and cocktails with a view. The Grand Club was also a highlight, providing a private and exclusive space for cocktail hour and relaxation. The Grand Café, the main restaurant for breakfast, was spacious with an impressive variety of options, making for a great start to the day. The gym was massive and well-equipped, perfect for a proper workout. While the pool was a bit small, the spa and sauna area made up for it with a relaxing ambiance. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way—from the breathtaking design to the luxurious accommodations and excellent dining. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Xi’an!

We checked in around 12 min night and was served by Ms Loopy. She also slept helpful to share with us where we could get our yummy supper and also sending us various links that we could explore for the next two days. The room was spacious compared to other other hotels we have stayed during this trip.Upon knowing one of the rooms were celebrating their wedding anniversary, she made a personalised card for them in the wee hour. The toilets were also very spacious with both a shower and a large bathtub which were both very enjoyable.The only shortfall was we were unavailable to swim in the pool as we were not aware of the requirement to wear a cap. Suggest the hotel to keep visitors informed of the detail prior to others' trip. Thanks.

The hotel's environment is beautiful and the architectural design is very unique, making people feel relaxed. Hotel staff Judy service is very thoughtful, our requirements can be met in time, can be called silky service, Hedy left us a very good impression. The hotel rooms and gym are very attentive to protecting the privacy of guests, stay very comfortable and safe, very recommended.

Top quality. Staff are extremely service oriented and friendly. The building is in excellent condition, all the finishings are top quality.||Bathrooms are beautiful and clean. Very comfortable room and work area. ||Breakfast is very wide ranging and very impressive although predominantly for Chinese taste buds.

Amazing experience in the suite. It was really nice and look exactly like the pictures. Having 2 separate rooms was great for family travel. The staff was very helpful too. Would definitely recommend for family travel. The bathroom and bathtub was amazing too

The decoration of this Grand Hyatt is very impressive, reflecting local culture spirit. The staff is exceptionally supportive and friendly. The environment is very convenient, the subway station only needs 6 mins walking and quiet as well. I would definitely stay here again if I need visit Xi’an again.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at the Grand Hyatt Xi’an. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The architecture is stunning and truly showcases a passion for artistry. I appreciated the thoughtful upgrade to a suite that truly reflected my Globalist status; the room itself was a masterpiece. The Club Lounge was welcoming, and the breakfast spread offered a delightful array of sumptuous options.||Additionally, the hotel's location near the big Japanese bookstore Tsutaya with a café, as well as the presence of a Starbucks Reserve within the complex, added to the convenience and charm of the area. I also enjoyed exploring the nearby Italian and Vietnamese restaurants, as well as the various breakfast and café options available. Furthermore, I found the compact mall across the street to be a convenient spot for shopping and dining.||Kudos to the dedicated team at Hyatt Xi’an for delivering such a wonderful experience!

My wife and I decided to visit Xi'an for her birthday from November 30th to December 4th, 2023, and we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt Xi'an during that time. In short, it is an exceptional hotel, offering super delicious breakfast with a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. For examples, the gentleman in the front door of the hotel always welcomed us with very beautiful smile, the lady who took care of our room every day, displaying meticulous attention to detail that never failed to surprise us. The employees at the Italian restaurant were exceptionally kind, going above and beyond to provide extraordinary care and respect. When they discovered it was my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a small cake, decorated our table with balloons, and even offered us complimentary cocktails.Furthermore, the staff in the Lounge went out of their way to help me arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. They decorated the table with great care and passion, and even presented her with a thoughtful gift and a postcard, sharing their kind wishes with us. I almost forgot to mention that they also surprised me by offering a birthday cake when I was in my room. So, we ended up with three birthday cakes in one night that gave us the opportunity to share our joy and share a slice of happiness with the incredible staff. These are just some examples of their great team of their staff. Without doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Xi'an.
