Grand-Inn Bar and Bed

This place is great. We had tasty beers and great conversation with Snow. Loved our time in this little gem thanks to her! She answered all our questions about life in Iceland without making us feel silly for asking them. Would definitely recommend

Just came back from a drink there - totally random stop while driving the ring road and just next to our hotel. Great choice of beers and incredible nice host. Absolutely a recommendation to drop in for a drink after dinner. Beautiful garden!

That rare thing, an Icelandic beer bar with a good range of beers from local breweries. Run with great patience by a natural landlady, who knows her regulars and her beers, but welcomes accidental tourists and better-researched strangers. There is accommodation next door, in a parallel business, which shares the very unusual and large "pub garden".

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms are nice and there’s a shared kitchen. Don’t miss to have a local beer at their Bar downstairs!

Firstly the owner is soo lovely! She lets you try the beers before you order them. Happy hour from 8pm - 9pm it is 2 for 1 and the beers are 1300 so it’s a great deal. All the beers are local craft beers and they are lovely!

Lovely house. Kitchen had basically everything. Owner dropped by to say quick hi. Was able to do laundry on our ring road trip. Area is also nice and beautiful around. Nice town and lovely bakery nearby

We finished the beers in a few hours with 5 lads. Great bar with great people behind the bar! Lovely place!

The owners are absolutely amazing ! We got caught in a random blizzard driving back to reykjavik and got stranded in Sauðárkrókur. Fortunately we found their Inn. Great location close to an amazing Bakery, with Convenient pub attached to the Inn. The Inn also has full kitchen, with utilities and great washing machine and dryer. Beds were comfortable and most Importantly, it was nice and warm inside. Great local place, owned by fantastic owners !
