Grand Koper Hotel

A true gem of a hotel! The staff trully mastered the art of accomodating the guests! Even though it is a four star hotel, the armosphere is very relaxed, bur professional, which I loved. The breakfast is rich and fresh, and there is an omllette station where you can get fresh eggs prepared based on your preference. The rooms are great and full of light, with some complimentary coffee and water. My favourite was the Tomos bike in the hallway, a rememberance of Koper's past and my childhood (all the coolest people in my town had them)

Just amazing 👏. Everything was perfect!!! The people very friendly. The restaurant-pizzeria very very tasty. The rooms were big and very clean. But the best of all was the position of the hotel. 5 min from the beach and very close to the old city. Thank you for everything. I hope to stay there again.

What can I say. MUCH. From start to finish it was an absolute joy to be there. The staff all friendly and impeccably dressed. The room was amazing with a great sea view to include the marina. Nothing was an issue. Any requests dealt with immediately. It was the breakfast of royalty. The main restaurant was beyond my imagination and the food was spectacular. The price in the restaurant was unbelievable for what we ordered including wine and beers. The restaurant manager was probably in the top three of all Maitre's I have had the pleasure of dealing with anywhere in the world and I have travelled a lot. Nothing was a problem. I was blown away by the service even by the night porter (Borut) who without a skipped step dealt with us with quiet professionalism to all needs after the bar had closed. If there was a blueprint for hotels worldwide we then the Grand Hotel owns it. nothing was fake or forced it was all natural and I will be back for longer next year.

We had an amazing weekend again, highly recommended, no wonder we always choose Grand Koper. The view from our room was scenic. Staff was thoughtful during our whole stay. Special thanks for the receptionist girls and bellboys 💕 Great food at restaurant and delicious cocktails. If you want to visit Trieste it's better to stay here, higher quality and lower price only 20 minutes from there. Beach opposite the hotel is also very nice and the best near or far.

Although this hotel is officially rated as four stars, it truly felt like a five-star experience. Gaia at the front desk was a true professional, incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed something. Her attitude set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was spotless, everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was relaxing from start to finish. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was one of the best. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at Grand Koper Hotel as a family of four (my wife, two kids, and I) on August 17th for two nights, and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. When we arrived with our rental car, two staff members immediately greeted us, handled all of our luggage, and took care of valet parking. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff personally showed us to our room, giving us a quick overview of the amenities before helping with our baggage. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep after exploring the city. Breakfast, which was included in our stay, was absolutely amazing — a generous variety, beautifully prepared, and something we looked forward to each morning. Overall, Grand Koper Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, comfort, and attention to detail made our family stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience here! The people at the front desk were so kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to help us with our transport problem. The staff were supportive and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place — worth the price and highly recommended!
