Grand Lebanon Restaurant, Batu Ferringhi

C TIER Arab Restaurant. 6/10 Not bad, nothing special or really flavourful. It's just mid. It might go down to a low C tier because the price for portion size is not it. You are paying way more than what you get. I wouldn't have complained if the food was spectacular but it wasn't. My chicken Grilled tawook was good. It was juicy but everything else on the plate was just plain. Not disappointed, just meh. It's mid.

This Lebanese restaurant served pretty good food, most of the dishes are delicious. the restaurant ambience is nice for diners though the tables are quite close to each other, as long as you don't speak too loud, it is perfectly fine. They have private room too, good for a gathering or big family. Though the food are delicious but the portion is just too small for the price you paid. I think their focus is more on tourists rather than locals. Oh yes, their toilet is unacceptable, very tiny toilet situated outside of the restaurant (just imagine if it is raining) and both male and female shared the same toilet just different cubicle next to each other. I wonder such a good and expensive (high price) restaurant but so stingy on the toilet, not willing to make a slightly more comfortable toilet in door. They should be able to score more stars but the facility dragged them down.

My family and I have dined here every year for the last 10 years when we're in town for CNY, and Lebanon NEVER disappoints. The beef tikka is my personal favourite, but we have had lots of different dishes and enjoyed every single one. The service and atmosphere do not pale in comparison to the food either. It's definitely on the pricy end, but if you're looking for a place to splurge on good food, don't skip this one.

Well the mix platter was awesome but on the other side grilled chicken was the opposite. I felt like it was quite old and also black near the bone area. I mentioned this to the staff but they didn’t do anything about it unfortunately i had to leave it as is. Oh yeah the rice weren’t fresh also. Maybe there were not so many customers or idk.

Excellent service. Mustafa helped us very much, explaining the food and humor with us. The hummus is excellent, bread soft and perfect texture, mandi lamb so tasty, eggplant lamb to die for.. Oh.. And the dessert.. The dessert Khunafah is perfect - light crunch and crispy, a little chew in the middle, and with a hint of sweet, Very very happy with the food here.

Great food, the grilled chicken drumsticks 🍗 is beautiful 🤩 can’t lie. It’s very nice to come up with some rice and salad 🥗. Very healthy 😋 The other highlight is crème caramel, very excellent as a dessert, easy to eat, not filling at all. It tastes so good 😋😋😋

Such a great Middle East style cuisine in Penang! A lot of authentic varieties, starting from delicious appetisers to desserts. The mixture of different style of beans, makes into the unique paste for their crispy thin bread, Middle East style of Naan. It is very soft and fluffy while hot, and the flour taste like wheat kind of flour, smells really nice. The mixture BBQ signature is very tasty too, it is a combination of lamb and chicken. Huge portion suitable for 4 pax sharing. The ambience at the outdoor is very nice at the evening too!

The place is great. They also have great vegetarian options. The ambience is perfect. The staff is very welcoming and the food tastes amazing. Must recommend! Very close to Batu Firranghi beach.
