We had family visiting from out of town and overseas, including seniors and small children. The amazingly friendly service from the staff was the standout of our stay. Gabriel in the restaurant was helpful and humorous and helped with special requests for seating and food. Anthony at the front desk was a huge hit with our young nephew, making it a fun experience for him and allowing his parents to enjoy their stay. Also, the selection of food at breakfast was fresh, diverse, and plentiful. We had some non-guests join for breakfast, and the costs was extremely reasonable, far cheaper than we expected for a 5-star hotel breakfast. Lastly, the rooms were clean and modern, particularly the residence-style rooms which include a kitchen and living room area. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to take advantage of some of the other facilities like the pool and spa. We will definitely be staying here again in the future, and we're considering getting a membership as well. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Seoul

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the room condition was excellent. The location was very convenient for transportation. Check-in did take a bit longer than expected, but overall I was very satisfied.

Hotel has definitely seen better days and feels badly-run and neglected by management. Examples include very long queues to check-in, inconsistent and poor information on which restaurants are open and when, and lack of upkeep or attention to detail. Staff are, however, excellent and a credit to the hotel. We had a medical emergency with our infant daughter in the middle of the night and reception staff arranged for an ambulance within minutes, and continued to check on how she/we were throughout the trip. It was extremely reassuring and appreciated. Concierge was also very helpful and knowledgable.

I stayed here in May 2025 and was honestly disappointed with the service. Despite the hotel’s five-star label, the overall experience felt unprofessional and lacking in basic hospitality. • I was asked to pay for a laundry bag—something that is typically provided complimentary in high-end hotels. A small detail, but it says a lot. • Room service? Forget it. I tried calling several times during my stay and there were hours where no one responded. Completely unacceptable. • During check-out, I waited patiently, only for another guest to throw her key at the counter and walk away—with no intervention or organization from staff. It felt like chaos disguised as luxury. • And when I was finally approached by the staff, the first thing I was asked was:“Where is the second room key?”I simply answered:“It’s in the room.”(As if that was a major issue that required a tone.)The hotel looks nice on the outside, but the service fails to match. Poor communication, lack of courtesy, and minimal sense of professionalism made this stay forgettable for all the wrong reasons.Won’t be returning, and wouldn’t recommend.

Don’t book this hotel if you have tattoos! You cannot use the gym, sauna, or pool if you have visible tattoos. There are plenty of other hotels that do not have this rule. The rooms are a bit shabby for a five star hotel and the AC struggles to keep up. There’s a reason it’s a five star hotel at three or four star prices. I cancelled my stay and booked another hotel after one night.

The valet service was amazing! Front dest! Buffet service both lunch and dinner and breakfast, absolutely hard working and wonderful. The café, were a little rude to my mother, and lacking. Also the brunch we expected in the café was disgusting and un edible sometimes. Everything else was above and beyond wonderful. But being at the front of the hotel and such a beautiful place to relax. They should make sure it is more accommodating, d. elicious and respectful. Especially to elders

I stayed for 3 nights — while the hotel offered exceptional service and a great location, the rooms were not well maintained. My bathroom kept flooding, and water was spilling into the room. The AC wasn’t working, and when I flagged it, staff mentioned it was due to the season. Still, the room was uncomfortably hot at 27–28°C. Opening the window wasn’t a good option either due to noise from the busy street below. On the bright side, the breakfast was exceptional.
