Poor Service. Only one or two people at the reception during my stay and one of them behaved unprofessional. He received a call and was shouting while on the phone in front of guests. Even when he excused himself to a closed corner, we could still hear his voice. Cleaner did not change the sheets, had rashes on my skin. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One good thing was the room was spacious.

We checked in on the 29th of December and checked out on the 2nd of January. The rooms are quite spacious but the hotel is extremely unclean from the entrance to the rooms. The entrance was so stinky and literally unbearable.The door was not working and the additional bed was not prepared for us despite the fact that we arrived 6 hours later than the scheduled time. Even the dining area is so unclean with limited breakfast choice. They even use paper cups and plastic spoons. Really? For a 4 star hotel? Personally, I do not understand how this Hotel is a 4 star- I see it as a maximum 3 star or less.

I stayed 7 days in this hotel with my family , I think it’s 3 start hotel, to get a clean towels every day is a big deal, staff dose not care about the customers, and location is a bit tricky, I got 2 bedroom suite, was old and not clean. And finally I found the fort door open when I came back at 9pm. And of course, the duty manger start his shift after 1 ,so all customers did check out.

From the night we arrived were put in a room we had not booked.next day they changed our room only one bed my daughter had to sleep on bed settee. Still not unpacked .got manager said we had a studio room .so finally unpacked . The room had not had a good clean .we had to ask for beds to be changed. And also for toiletries. The only decent thing about this hotel was the pool .we had booked a deluxe twin room with balcony .would never go back there.

I took my family for eid weekend booked two bedroom and thinking we will be amazed by the interior and comfortable rooms as shown on the website. This what welcomes you in your room torn and dirty sofas sharp chipped edged tables and horrible beds. When we checked in room was even not ready. Pillows were missing no remotes for TV. I complained to management no response or even an apology to change anything. Looks like they are used of this crapy service. Hotel has a very weird entrance, breakfast is not at all worth 75 AED. Not recommended and will never stay here.

Staying here for two nights. The room is spacious although the lounge area is still full of popcorn of the last guests. There were no towels and we had to ask for towels. We went out for the day and came back 7 hours later at 17:00 and the rooms was still not cleaned and beds not made. The restaurant on the 1st floor only provides soft drinks. Not even cappuccino is available. The floors are sticky and dirty. Give the breakfast a skip as well, it really is not worth it. Omelette was burnt. Nothing in it. Just egg. Floors in the passages have also not been cleaned. I think housekeeping is non-existent here. On the good side, the views of the bay and the Burj Al Arab are beautiful. I have stayed in worse, but this hotel is pretty close to the bottom.

Customer service needs improvement, worn out room furniture, faulty TV in one room, general maintenance needs improvement facility are good just improvement needed in maintenance. Good location though, supermarket 3 minutes walk from ground floor larger supermarket at the junction, great views from upper floors, city and sea views are great.

Only bad thing is that the 2 guys in reception are the worst host ever, if i owned the hotel i would fire them on the spot and also the room service, i order an American breakfast and they put a steak to it and decided not to tell me they do not have maple syrup Overall cleaning room service was the best and the receptionist and room service where the worst. Utter disappointment for a 4 star hotel 😕😑😐
