The bed was comfortable and soft, allowing me to sleep peacefully every night. The facilities in the room are all available, and free wireless internet is provided, allowing me to stay connected with the outside world at any time.I was also impressed with the hotel's food and beverage service. The housekeeper is very helpful when we stay in the hotel. She brought water for us and did everything we requested. Her name is Chen yun and takes care of floor 10. My families are all satisfied with her.||The room is pretty hot even we turn off the ac. The room has a beautiful view. Lily and Am at the front desk are attentive. I like the yoga space in the gym and took a boxing class with the teacher. The staff at the fitness front desk are very enthusiastic. The best thing about this room is the shower head. Breakfast was ok. The doorman service could be improved a bit. When I first arrived, I struggled to take my luggage out of the back of the car, but he just stood there and looked at me indifferently.

I brought two boxes in and there was no staff to help. This is the service attitude of a five-star hotel. There was dust everywhere in the room. I went down to find the staff and no one came to deal with it. Such a high price and such experience and service. Well

I came to Beijing for work and booked a room temporarily. The location is very convenient. It is just over a hundred meters away from the subway entrance. But what attracts me to come to stay here monthly is the hospitality of the entire holes staff from the front desk, concierge, dining hall to housekeeping. Eric Shi is my firm’s sales manager.
