Grand Palace Brno

We stayed at the Grand Palace Hotel in Brno and loved the service and atmosphere.|At the reception, a Russian-speaking girl checked us in very quickly, answered all our questions, gave us a map of Brno, and suggested places to visit. We arrived before 3 PM, and she helped us get into our room right away without waiting.|Our room was cozy and nicely designed, with windows looking out onto a small park and the city. It was quiet and peaceful. We had a welcome bottle of water, a Nespresso coffee machine, tea, and a minibar with drinks (for extra charge). The bathroom had a shower, Rituals toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. Everything was clean and beautiful.|We ate lunch and dinner at the Danube restaurant. The chef cooked delicious food, and the service was excellent. Thanks to Alex for great service!|We also tried the Thai massage. The Thai masseuses were gentle and professional. After the massage, we enjoyed the sauna and relaxation area, which was small but very cozy and nice. The gym and sauna are free for hotel guests.|When we checked in, we got vouchers for welcome drinks, which we could use in the lobby bar or restaurant (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).|Breakfast was very good, with fresh juices, champagne, tasty food, and a coffee mashine. A lady played the piano in the lobby bar in the mornings and evenings, which was very nice.|When we checked out, a young man at reception asked how our stay was, offered us water for the road, and asked if we needed anything else.|We want to thank the whole hotel team for a wonderful stay. We stayed at the Grand Palace Hotel for one night and were very satisfied. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff are polite, and the building itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The room was cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay.||We especially appreciated the on-site restaurant, which offers delicious food and a pleasant ambiance. We also took advantage of the spa services — the massage was excellent, and the sauna and relaxation area helped us unwind perfectly.||A great option both for a short stay and for a longer, more relaxing visit. Highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The lobby was beautiful, with a fresh flower smell that made it feel very welcoming. Live music in the morning and evening created a great atmosphere. The location of the hotel is also very good. We really liked the wellness area and the gym. The gym was small but good enough for a hotel. Special thanks to Danylo at the reception. He was very friendly, explained everything clearly, showed us to our room, and gave us a welcome drink. The only minus was the soundproofing — we could hear people in the hallway. We’re not sure if this was just our room or a general problem. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and would gladly come back!

A lovely hotel in a very convenient location. Rooms are incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff (reception, lobby bar, and housekeeping) were all great. We had a lovely time, enjoyed the piano in the lobby, and the desserts/drinks in the lobby bar.||I didn't like that the TV in the hotel room had no access to basic OTT platforms, like Netflix, YouTube, etc. - we were limited to news channels and programmes in Czech, which meant that we couldn't really have a movie night. The bathroom is not overly practical - it leaks and the shower pressure isn't great. Ordinarily, I wouldn't be too bothered with these issues if it were a lower rank hotel, but, for a 5* hotel, I'd expect that these issues do not exist.

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Palace Hotel Brno for 2 nights during our honeymoon. We wished we had stayed longer! This hotel is absolutely top tier, charming and luxury. The room was amazing - beautiful high ceilings, a very comfortable bed and extremely clean. From the moment you walk in to the building, you are met with a beautiful foyer and friendly staff. Our favourite part of our stay was actually the fitness and wellbeing amenities below the hotel. The gym was modern and equipped, but the sauna was insanely good. I highly recommend trying it out, our stay was more of a retreat than a hotel stay. Breakfast was also of the highest quality. Great selection and best quality. We loved it. This hotel is beautiful. They offer an amazing breakfast every morning and there is also a sauna available. The staff were so welcoming and helpful especially Ulijana at the front desk and Chris at the Bar. Highly recommend this hotel if your travels take you through Brno!

Tomaš and Danylo at the reception helped us really a lot to solve our problem. They were very kind and helpful. We are very grateful to Tomaš. The other people of the personnel were also nice and polite with us and our dog. The hotel is exceptionally beautiful inside. Our room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with diverse food. A lady was playing gentle music on a piano. We received even a welcome drink. When we arrived to the hotel, we were in a very difficult situation and the receptionist did not help us to solve our problem.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, but definitely not the last. The staff is very kind, the rooms are big and clean. In the evening, there’s live music and a welcome drink, which makes the atmosphere even nicer. The restaurant has great food at good prices, so it’s worth a visit.Breakfast has a lot of choices, including lactose-free and gluten-free options. There’s also a gym with modern equipment, sauna, and a space for yoga or stretching. You can be sure that everything is set up for a great stay!
